Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: One of the Best Trips

This resort was amazing, right from the check-in to the check-out. Staff were amazing, friendly, well trained, and always willing to go above and beyond. The resort was clean and very modern. Pools and beaches very clean and amazing. Food was fantastic. We did preferred which was well worth it. We had a butler who would book us dinners and also got a cake for my wife’s birthday. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice resort. Needs to do more to lessen its environmental impact ie. use less single use plastics but overall was an enjoyable trip. Could use a few more people on the front desl to speed up check in and check out process.

TRS Turquesa: Amazing vacation, amazing resort!

This resort was hands down the best we have ever been to. From our swim up room, to the beach, to the food, to the service it was all top notch. The service though... we literally felt like royalty our entire vacation. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful. Staff was usually excellent however we had issues with no water for 2 days and it seemed the staff could not provide an accurate or consistent answer as to the issue or expected timeframe for the water to be on again. Service was generally good, some staff amazing while others mediocre at best. The beach was beautiful. Food was good and we really enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Beautiful Pool

We loved our stay. The massive pool is sparkling clean, and the swim out room option is ideal. The beach is soft sand, clear water, and the seaweed is cleared out every day. The staff are the friendliest people and never stop trying to make you happy. The food is just okay, but there are a lot of options. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Amazing Resort

We spent a wonderful 7 days in February 2020 on a return trip to the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. What a pleasure to return and find the grounds beautiful maintained and many changes made to make the resort more Green from an environmental standpoint. Food excellent, accommodation great and staff very friendly and so competent. Strong recommendation to go and experience it for yourself.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Fabulous resort

We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and restaurants at Now Latimar resort while we stayed in next door Secrets resort. Staff, food and room quality and cleanliness were all exceptional. Beach was beautiful and clean. Everything well maintained.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Amazing Resort

We had a great time at this resort. The staff was very friendly, excellent service at the bars and restaurants. The bartenders Luciano and Efrain were amazing. Very attentive and entertaining, they kept your drinks filled. The resort was kept very clean, including the public restrooms. Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellence Punta Cana: FANTASTIC

The resort and the staff are amazing. We stayed in an oceanfront with private plunge pool. The room was amazing. The staff were all eager to please and always cheerful. the grounds are beautiful with lots of plants and greenery, there is also a area with trails surrounding ponds which have many different species of birds. Our favorite restaurant was the Tapa (small portions) delicious. We did not have any bad meal experience, they are all delicious and all have their specialties. You can walk fo [... read more]r miles on the beach in either direction. We travel every year and this resort is by far at the top of our list for great resorts.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Terrible Experience

I have travel over the last 25 years and I have never had such a bad experience and so many problems on my travels The staff was not friendly, the food was boring, and there was no real hospitality in genera. although i would like to send a shout out to the following staff members Lionel Richie our butler, Carols the pool bar tender, Gavin the swim up bar bar tender, Eric (Cokacola) activity team. Paradisus Punta Cana: Under Renovations Do not book

The grounds were amazing and the beach and pool was great, but the reason we booked this location was they advertised 11 restaurants and a buffet with very few reservations required. What we found was the restaurants were under renovations and only three were open a day. All required booking in advance. The buffet was very small and even that changed locations. The staff was not helpful and tried to avoid discussing where there was food available because they themselves didn’t know. Occidental Caribe: Happy times

I felt this place was great. We upgraded to premium. It was nice. The place was beautiful and the people were great. Had an amazing time. We spoke with the reception and they helped us in ever way we needed. Juan was perfect. So was all the reception staff. When we booked our excursion we didn’t the the hotel sending us to the island as it was boring after the catamaran. I think the language barrier was a problem. Barcelo Bavaro Palace: We love this resort

The best thing about the resort is the number of elements that are included The resort has everything - fantastic beach, great pools, fun poolside activities, sports and games, water park, nice excursions, tennis courts including pickle ball, spa, gym, soccer field, casino, disco, 5 nice restaurants plus the bonus wine cellars, excellent bars including the sports bar, great buffet and balcony overlooking pool and beach, hot tubs on room balconies, lobby shops, great guest services, high quality [... read more] rooms, attentive maid service, helpful transportation and shuttles on site and the crowning touch - Pete Dye golf course, clubhouse and practice area with pro shop and reatuarant Add to this the friendly and efficient staff and you are guaranteed a great holiday At the price it is almost impossible to beat in my opinion

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: A great place to stay

Room was nice and clean, everything worked. Was happy with the hot water, was nice to be able to take a decent shower without it running cold. The cleaning ladies did a great job, stocked our mini fridge every day. All the staff were very friendly. Pool was beautiful, lots of pool floats for guests to use. Grounds were well kept, lots of palm trees and shrubs. Food was good, room service was also fantastic. No long wait times and food was good. Lots of variety to choose from at the restaurant [... read more]s. The beach also beautiful, lots of chairs and bali beds. The only downside was we only had Canadian currency, couldn't exchange at hotel, and everything was priced in American dollars. A bag of cheesies was 8.00 US...everything was so expensive. I know resorts mark up items but that was crazy. A 20 pack of cigs was 10.00 US, not any cheaper than buying in Canada. Other than that, there were vendors around a lot, trying to sell you stuff, even the resort itself tried to sell us a membership for around 1500 US....the always trying to sell things was a bit annoying, and some are pushy

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Amazing Resort!

We just came back from our week vacation in Majestic Mirage, which is our 2nd time there as we had to go back! Accommodation is great, we love the space, units are very big, living area and bedroom have a sliding door for privacy which works out great for a family. And then there is that huge terrace with a jacuzzi. Food is very good, we love a la carte restaurants where you don't need to make a reservation, as we don't like to be on schedule. Entertainment was 5+ stars, excellent shows with gre [... read more]at singers and dancers and then there was also their "animation" team that mingled with us, especially Adeli (Mickey Mouse) who was teaching our daughter Spanish dances, he was so kind! No seaweed this time of year, but it was a little bit too windy for us. The only complain is room service - ladies were not paying attention to what to replenish, so I had to go hunting for shampoo, conditioner...next time I will bring my own and be worry-free. And they don't speak English so make sure you know Spanish word for it. The thing that we also love is a little piazza that adds a special flare, it feels like you are in a small Spanish town. They set up buffet there one night in the week for the Dominican fiesta which was lots of fun. We also walked to other sister hotels - Elegance and Colonial, and that felt great as you are not confined in one place. We would definitely recommend this resort!

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Paradise

I don't even know where to begin. The entire experience at Dreams was incredible. The grounds were beautiful and so was the room. The staff was exceptional and the food and drinks were delicious. I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you book with them you won't regret it.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Beautiful Resort

The grounds are lovely. Pools are clean. Restaurants are delicious. Staff is exceptional!!! The beach was beautiful. The sand Was raked every morning The ocean water was turquoise. Fun trip with my son and I.

Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana: Great time!!

This was our 3rd time to Punta Cana and our first stay at a Royalton. Check in was smooth, our room was clean and quiet. The beach is beautiful and the pools were refreshing. Foodvwas delicious. The only negatives were a few little things that with a little attention, could easily be fixed. There needs to be management overseeing things, ensuring that bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, that bars are fully stocked so guests can have the drinks of their choice. Hot water for tea served in [... read more] a stainless steel pot, rather than servers pouring hot water in a cup and adding the milk. Replace their acrylic glassware. They're cracked and foggy...worn out. This resort needs to step up a little to continue to be a luxury resort.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Best resort I’ve ever been to

What a fantastic hotel and resort.staff could not of been anymore accommodating.Fantastic food and rooms are amazing and so clean. Golf course is great, best vacation ever This place was first class from start to finish.very short ride to resort, which is great after a 4.5 hour flight

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Beautiful resort!!

This resort was above our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous, the food was great, the drinks were plenty and amazing. The staff....we cannot day enough positive things about the staff at this resort. They worked hard and made our stay so exceptional!! So friendly, always smiling. You could tell they loved their job!
