Attended Feb 3rd to 10th Every staff member was friendly, talkative and goal oriented so each visitor was happy and had a great time. All amenities in close proximity from ocean beach, pool, restaurants, entertainment . Some really great entertainment staff with different activities daily, loved them. Rooms cleaned daily, very functional staff always cleaning constantly. better beaches, up dated facility (broken tile in the bathroom) , staff needs to be a bit more pleasant they should be saying hi to the guests first not the guests to them , pool could be a bit warmer, slight change in the food in that it appeared to be the same thing day after day ,

Riu Reggae: Lovely resort

This is a lovely new resort. The staff is very friendly and they work very hard to keep everything clean and make you feel welcome. The evening shows are very good. This is a small resort so everything is very accessible. Take a cab ride with crackers from the cab station and enjoy a wonderful tour of Montego Bay. Only recommendation is that front desk staff take a tour of their own facilities to familiarize themselves with the location of rooms so as to give accurate information to guests.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Time

Good bang for your buck. The staff went out of thier way to make you comfortable with everything. Food was good and the room was clean The only real problem I have with this resort is that you have to pay for the safe in your room. I would tell my friends to stay here

Catalonia Montego Bay: Amazing Staff!

This resort is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I like to walk along the beach so this was not my favourite resort for that. I'm also not that picky when it comes to the food but the buffet was not great here. Mostly I miss the fruit! There was very little and no garnish for our drinks, ie lemons and limes. We did a 3-hour catamaran excursion with snorkeling and stopping at a Margaritaville. Can't say enough good things about that excursion. Secrets Wild Orchid: Fantastic Vacation in celebration of our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary

From the minute we arrived at the resort, we were catered to. Our room was extraordinary. The ocean was literally about 40 feet from the steps below our room. We found the staff to be helpful in all things. If we asked directions to a restaurant, they wouldn't just give directions they would actually walk us there. The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean. We did have an issue with the bed: it was too soft and not what we are used to. I suppose everything can't be perfect. Beach and grounds are very nice really enjoyed the island and the catamaran Buffet High lots of variety when buffet was closed you could always get a snack at three different locations really enjoyed the adult area and swim up bar in the anal area at the end of the beach there's a little market for locals very cheap but negotiate

Riu Reggae: Sparkling Clean

We really enjoyed our time at the Reggae. The grounds, rooms and restaurants were sparkling clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. Our only recommendation would be to have a nice chair in the bedroom for reading instead of the table and 2 chairs that were there. Also a place to hang towels in the bathroom after a shower.

Beautiful rooms, beach, water was great. Luxury side lobby was very clean Lots of variety at buffets but food lukewarm to warm Exceptionally friendly staff, seemed sincere Internet was free and worked quite well

Me and my girl friend had a great vacation. 5 nights. Buffets were excellent! Staff were very helpful sometimes a little to helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Gardens are beautiful.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Loved This Resort!

My children and I spent a week at Jewel Runaway Bay and loved every moment! The hotel was clean, the grounds were meticulously maintained, the restaurants offered every type of food you'd want, and the staff was amazing! I can't wait to return!

Hedonism II: Best time ever

Although the rooms could need an upgrade, it was not important to us since we only were there to sleep and shower. The rest of the time we were either resting or having fun. There is one more restaurant comparing to last year. We will definitively go back again next year

Beachcomber Club: Great beach

The grounds are very well maintained as well as the common meeting area. We had requested two beds and ocean view, neither was provided. The almost all inclusive provided limited selection, 4-5 menu options and the coffee was very weak. The beach was a 9.

Dreams Rose Hall: Fabulous Resort

Two years in a row to the Hilton Rose Hall with the family. Kids are 10 and 13, and are easily entertained by the awesome water park. Overall, the resort is not too big and not too small. Overall perfection and relaxation. Private beach for Hilton guests is awesome and you can feel at ease in letting kids run free. I should also mention the staff are simply the best. Jerk Hut on beach is to die for. Will be back,and have recommended this resort to colleagues, and they have gone and loved it.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Well worth the cost

Everything you need! near the airport , great food ,amazing staff ,fabulous food . A great home base to enjoy the local attractions . Like Dunns falls and Marta Brae river . And evening trips to Margareta villa

Sunscape Splash: Great Family Fun!!

Thank you so much tripcentral-there were no hiccups and everything worked out accordingly!! A BIG shout out to all the staff at the Sunscape Splash, you were all absolutely amazing..We found the staff friendly, energetic and always willing to go out of there way to help. The grounds were immaculate and the food was tasty!! We loved the Portofino a la carte -the food was just delicious! The water park equipped with a lazy river was fun for the whole family but the kids especially loved this add [... read more]ed bliss. The snorkeling was outstanding! We brought our own equipment and spent hours looking/seeing all sorts of fish. There's alot of seeweed so bring your water shoes. Everything was kinda perfect. We'll definitely return! The resort provided a number of outstanding features ; Terrific property with various zones for quiet times or family fun The food quality and variety was excellent with a number of restaurants available The hotel itself was solid and the service and attitude of staff was also outstanding

As usual Riu Resorts are the best. Food excellent well done, good variety, lots of choices. Rooms are big, very clean and well supplied with everything. Grounds are beautiful and well care for, pools are very clean. Staff very friendly and ready to help in all excellent Customer Services

Riu Negril: Awesome resort and staff

This property was awesome from the check in , meals , cleanliness , pools ,drinks and best of all was the smiling friendly staff !! The food selection and quality was terrific . The bartenders were never behind as they were very efficient . The grounds keepers worked diligently to keep the walkways and beach immaculate . Each and every staff member were a pleasure to do business with !!
