Good service very clean amazing people enjoyed the beach food was excellent had so much fun I will definitely will go again beautiful resort very well maintained very safe the shows at night were very enjoyable so is shopping I'm glad I have made good choice to go and the most I like to thank my travel agent saskia for helping thru it all good job thanks to you all trip central

Hedonism II: Best time ever

Although the rooms could need an upgrade, it was not important to us since we only were there to sleep and shower. The rest of the time we were either resting or having fun. There is one more restaurant comparing to last year. We will definitively go back again next year

Beachcomber Club: Great beach

The grounds are very well maintained as well as the common meeting area. We had requested two beds and ocean view, neither was provided. The almost all inclusive provided limited selection, 4-5 menu options and the coffee was very weak. The beach was a 9.

Dreams Rose Hall: Fabulous Resort

Two years in a row to the Hilton Rose Hall with the family. Kids are 10 and 13, and are easily entertained by the awesome water park. Overall, the resort is not too big and not too small. Overall perfection and relaxation. Private beach for Hilton guests is awesome and you can feel at ease in letting kids run free. I should also mention the staff are simply the best. Jerk Hut on beach is to die for. Will be back,and have recommended this resort to colleagues, and they have gone and loved it.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Well worth the cost

Everything you need! near the airport , great food ,amazing staff ,fabulous food . A great home base to enjoy the local attractions . Like Dunns falls and Marta Brae river . And evening trips to Margareta villa

Sunscape Splash: Great Family Fun!!

Thank you so much tripcentral-there were no hiccups and everything worked out accordingly!! A BIG shout out to all the staff at the Sunscape Splash, you were all absolutely amazing..We found the staff friendly, energetic and always willing to go out of there way to help. The grounds were immaculate and the food was tasty!! We loved the Portofino a la carte -the food was just delicious! The water park equipped with a lazy river was fun for the whole family but the kids especially loved this add [... read more]ed bliss. The snorkeling was outstanding! We brought our own equipment and spent hours looking/seeing all sorts of fish. There's alot of seeweed so bring your water shoes. Everything was kinda perfect. We'll definitely return! Dreams Rose Hall: Excellent vacation spot

The resort provided a number of outstanding features ; Terrific property with various zones for quiet times or family fun The food quality and variety was excellent with a number of restaurants available The hotel itself was solid and the service and attitude of staff was also outstanding

Riu Montego Bay: Excellent resort

As usual Riu Resorts are the best. Food excellent well done, good variety, lots of choices. Rooms are big, very clean and well supplied with everything. Grounds are beautiful and well care for, pools are very clean. Staff very friendly and ready to help in all excellent Customer Services

Riu Negril: Awesome resort and staff

This property was awesome from the check in , meals , cleanliness , pools ,drinks and best of all was the smiling friendly staff !! The food selection and quality was terrific . The bartenders were never behind as they were very efficient . The grounds keepers worked diligently to keep the walkways and beach immaculate . Each and every staff member were a pleasure to do business with !!

Secrets Wild Orchid: Secerts wild Orchid

We think the hotel was great and the food was even better. The beach was a little small and when they finish the third building this could make the beach very crowded. The people there were the very best.

Riu Reggae: Small Convenient Extremely Clean Resort:)

We stayed at this resort for 2 weeks - Jan. 23 - Feb.6, 2017. We have been travelling to all inclusive resorts for the past 17 years. This resort is extremely close to the airport. First stop on the way in and last stop on the way out which we loved. We did not have to travel for 2 hours on a bus to get to our destination. I'd rather be on the beach than on a bus. It took us 10-15 mins max to arrive and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. There was air traffic above but not enough to  [... read more]bother us. Being a small resort everything was very convenient. The food was delicious and lots of variety. Lots to drink and bartenders always ready to serve not waiting for a tip even though one was provided frequently:) They work hard long hours. There was a busy entertainment side of the beach and a more quiet side but both were in close proximity. Our room was 2129 overlooking the "garden" but actually a mangrove. To me, this was the perfect room as we did have somewhat of an ocean view and no noise from what I consider a very noisy resort because of the small layout. The staff were MORE than wanting to help with anything anytime. My biggest disappointment were the a la carte restaurants???? Where were they??? Only one really the others were buffet service. May as well go to the full-service buffet. Extremely disappointed as I hate buffet service for dinner. I look forward to enjoying a slow quiet relaxing dining experience. You well definitely not find this here. The restaurants are EXTREMELY LOUD and only one has full a la carte service and that restaurant is very noisy as well. The resort is very safe and no hassle from vendors or Jamaicans wanting to sell their goods. This is definitely not a 5 star resort. No top shelf liquors, no beach service, no room service, truly only one a la carte restaurant. I would say this resort is over priced for what we thought is a 5 star all adult resort.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great resort , very good staff

I thought this was an awesome resort , the staff were very accommodating. Good mix of pools and beaches, restaurants and bars, a nice addition would be a morning coffee station at the Coral pool to service the Lady Hamilton end. Also a place for snacks at the Lady Hamilton end would be a nice addition as well

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: Mangos Jamaica, Near Falmouth, Jamaica

There is one thing that stood out that I did not like. What you book and pay for is not what they keep for you. We paid for King Ocean Front, but when we got there, all the ocean fronts were Full, We spent 2 days looking at the back of an Ocean Front building. We were not the only ones, any time new people arrived and I was in the Lobby on Internet, I heard lots of tourists complaining they paid for King Ocean Front, and again they were being told the same, all ocean front is full. We arrived [... read more] Monday 30 January, and on Wednesday 1 st Feb I had to ask to speak to a Manager before I was given an ocean front unit, when someone else vacated it - I think this is something that Sunwing should look into obviously someone is overbooking. I think people should be compensated for these issues and it billed back or deducted for funds given to the resort. Its time Sunwing did something about these resorts. This is the 2nd time on Sunwing that this has happened to us over the past few years. However, the resort itself I liked - It was small and quiet which is what we like. The staff were nice and the maids were meticulous when cleaning. The reviews about it being refurbished are not true, The supposed hot tub, has tiles missing where people sit. I would like to hear back from Sunwing on the overbooking issue. I have my 3rd Sunwing Vacation coming up 13 - 20 Feb to Punta Cana at Be Live, where we are going for a wedding.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fabulous place

We arrived on Saturday Jan 28th to the Luxury Bahia Principe at 1:30pm, 1st impression the resort lobby was beautiful and we were welcomed with a drink. We then proceeded to check in and was told that our room was not yet ready and we could go and have lunch and then return to front desk for the room key. Upon our return from lunch about an hour later we went back to the front desk and again was told our room was not ready and to check back in 15 mins. We sat in the lobby and waited some more [... read more]. Multiple bus loads of people arrived at the resort and we watched as they were escorted to their rooms. Again I went to the front desk and inquired about our room, was told they were checking on it. After 4 hours of sitting and waiting my husband got mad and went to the front desk and expressed his frustrations with the service of checking in. We finally got to our room about 5:30pm. This is the only complaint that we have from the resort. The rest of our vacation was fantastic!! Food was good, accommodation's were beautiful and the dining staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Have never seen a resort so clean and well maintained as this one!! Would definitely go back again.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful time from the moment we got through customs and on the bus the people were so friendly and welcoming. The Hotel was superb, the food was amazing, the service from the hotel staff exceptional! The pools and beach were wonderful. We went to climb Dunns River on the Catamaran tour WOW! Highly suggest this trip. Best Vacation ever! We will go back again for sure.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Honest review

We just got home from 8 days here. We can honestly say we have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Our room was great, the food was fantastic, the pool and beach were wonderful. And of course the staff here were the greatest! The only thing that could use some work is the way the ALA CARTE dinners are booked. We spoke with several people who were not able to book any. We were able to get 3 at a decent time 6:30, all the rest were 9-930. We didn't mind because the buffet was great, [... read more] but I know for some people this is a problem. We will definitely be returning here in the future, and would recommend it to anyone. We usually prefer a smaller resort but it had everything we needed.

Sandals South Coast: SNOOZEFEST never ever again!!!!!!

Thought we would treat ourselves to the "BEST" Sandals ever.....wasted alot of money, since it was Geriatrics, many wheelchairs, scooters and people that may want the slowest Sandals going. Nothing against the elderly, but when BINGO is the highlight of the afternoon at the most exciting pool there, I wanted to run, but no where to go. Lobby has ZERO wine, coffee, water, drinks, let alone a cup to be seen! Room mediocre, without room service or bar. ONE indoor bar "Martini Bar" where four  [... read more]people are falling asleep due to the lack of music or excitement in bar tender. Food ok, but don't go to jerk shack. The jerk shack "soup nazi" will mess it up and demand you sit and wait for your medallion-sized piece of white meat. Dinners closed by 9 pm (everyone's in bed), and common denominator was slow-mode. The good? Grounds beautiful, staff nice, but in Jamaican time to serve you. Spa nice, ladies amazing, tv outtage for two days though. Adrian, the manager, tried to accommodate us, but his hands were tied, as this is a place for my mother. Been to other Sandals, much more exciting. If it wasn't for the high cost, I couldn't complain. We were not alone in our thoughts, after meeting another couple that spent $12000 for ten days and couldn't get out fast enough. Sadly disappointed and yes, it's great for couples who want to snooze, but not for us. And we're not that old!

Riu Ocho Rios: Absolutely amazing trip!

I loved everything about this place. Super clean, food was great, service was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was also extremely clean. Did not have a single issue at the resort.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Okay Resort

This was so post to be a 4 Star Hotel, but to be fair it is a 2 Star Hotel, it is a dated Hotel, we were surprised that they did not have an Expresso Bar. The a la cart restaurant offerd very good meals some of the Staff were not friendly until they see the Dollars.

excellent family resort, amazing kids club. great food. we had no hot water but quickly got upgraded to an ocean view at no extra expense. The place is wonderful no one bothers you on the beach. The beach is a little rocky and lots of sea weed. great selections of pools for all different ages. extremely clean and friendly place to stay
