Secrets Cap Cana: Awesome resort

This resort is a beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole resort was always kept clean. The staff at this resort would always go above and beyond your requests. They are super friendly and always willing to help out at any time. This resort has an awesome staff that I have never seen at any other resort that I have been to. The food was pretty good at most of the restaurants. The Italian restaurant was the only restaurant that I would not recommend. The food was alrig [... read more]ht but just didn't have that Italian flare or flavor. The entertainment during the day and the night was good. I would recommend this resort in a heart beat.

Riu Palace Macao: Friendly staff

Food was good, lots of variety . The only restaurant not worth trying was the Japanese, from the food to the service the experience was horrible . Grounds were well kept , beach was beautiful and the entertainment staff were super nice and friendly . Overall it was a good experience .

Secrets Cap Cana: Amazing Resort!

If you’re looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation this is the resort for you! From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with open arms! My husband and I just returned from a 10 day vacation at this resort and all we can say is ‘ it’s amazing’! Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Resort was nice enough but staff was hit or miss!

My daughter(She is in her 20s) and I stayed at this resort for a wedding. The resort was nice enough but unfortunately our room ended up smelling like sewage. It wasn’t until the 3rd or 4th person I dealt with that something was done. Will at front desk was great but I can’t say the same about the rest of the front desk staff! Nite staff was poor especially when trying to get a shuttle to/from the Esmerelda to the Ambar it was ridiculous! Service in the buffet was either great or nonexistent. Restaurant service was awesome especially the Limbo; food and the staff were wonderful! The food overall was very good. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Well worth every penny

We had a fantastic stay. We have been to a LOT of resorts and their staff is by far exceptional in both service and in attitude. The entire place is kept immaculate 24-7. We found the Italian restaurant to be our favorite. We would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. You will be well taken care of here...every last thing. Our safe would not open one evening and we had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Simply Beautiful!!!!

This hotel is like a little city within itself, no need to venture away from this gem. Beautiful beaches, lush grounds, friendly courteous staff and the pools are so clean. Trolley cars are everywhere to drive you where you wish to go but if you choose to walk, the landscaping is peaceful and so green.

Riu Palace Punta Cana: Riu Palace Punta Cana.

Enjoyed everything. The resort is beautiful and well kept.The beach is great wilth lots of beautiful palm trees. Staff very polite and helpful. There were many good food choices and drinks. I was impressed by the continual care and maintenance of the beach washrooms.

Secrets Cap Cana: Amazing get away

We did a quick 3 night, 4 day stay here and it was unbelievable! Resort is only 20 minutes away from airport - so key for a quick get away. The service was great, food was amazing, room was perfect (junior garden view - which actually had an ocean view!) We were lucky with weather, as it was 28 degrees daily with a nice breeze by the ocean. It rained a few times but it only lasted 5 minutes and went right back to being blue skies and sunny. Quite a bit of seaweed along the shore that didn't look to be picked up/groomed daily (as seen at other resorts in the Caribbean). I especially liked the infinity pool. I love that everything is walking distance (max 3 mins) and accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Nice resort

Grounds were well kept but the hotel itself is very outdated. Buffet left a lot to be desired. Staff were great. The biggest issue were people trying to sell us a timeshare even though we said we weren’t interested. We were left sitting in the lobby for 2 hours to get checked in

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: One of the Best Trips

This resort was amazing, right from the check-in to the check-out. Staff were amazing, friendly, well trained, and always willing to go above and beyond. The resort was clean and very modern. Pools and beaches very clean and amazing. Food was fantastic. We did preferred which was well worth it. We had a butler who would book us dinners and also got a cake for my wife’s birthday. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Dreams Onyx Resort and Spa: Now Onyx Punta Cana

Nice resort. Needs to do more to lessen its environmental impact ie. use less single use plastics but overall was an enjoyable trip. Could use a few more people on the front desl to speed up check in and check out process.

TRS Turquesa: Amazing vacation, amazing resort!

This resort was hands down the best we have ever been to. From our swim up room, to the beach, to the food, to the service it was all top notch. The service though... we literally felt like royalty our entire vacation. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful. Staff was usually excellent however we had issues with no water for 2 days and it seemed the staff could not provide an accurate or consistent answer as to the issue or expected timeframe for the water to be on again. Service was generally good, some staff amazing while others mediocre at best. The beach was beautiful. Food was good and we really enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: Beautiful Pool

We loved our stay. The massive pool is sparkling clean, and the swim out room option is ideal. The beach is soft sand, clear water, and the seaweed is cleared out every day. The staff are the friendliest people and never stop trying to make you happy. The food is just okay, but there are a lot of options. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Amazing Resort

We spent a wonderful 7 days in February 2020 on a return trip to the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. What a pleasure to return and find the grounds beautiful maintained and many changes made to make the resort more Green from an environmental standpoint. Food excellent, accommodation great and staff very friendly and so competent. Strong recommendation to go and experience it for yourself.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Fabulous resort

We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and restaurants at Now Latimar resort while we stayed in next door Secrets resort. Staff, food and room quality and cleanliness were all exceptional. Beach was beautiful and clean. Everything well maintained.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Amazing Resort

We had a great time at this resort. The staff was very friendly, excellent service at the bars and restaurants. The bartenders Luciano and Efrain were amazing. Very attentive and entertaining, they kept your drinks filled. The resort was kept very clean, including the public restrooms. Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellence Punta Cana: FANTASTIC

The resort and the staff are amazing. We stayed in an oceanfront with private plunge pool. The room was amazing. The staff were all eager to please and always cheerful. the grounds are beautiful with lots of plants and greenery, there is also a area with trails surrounding ponds which have many different species of birds. Our favorite restaurant was the Tapa (small portions) delicious. We did not have any bad meal experience, they are all delicious and all have their specialties. Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Terrible Experience

I have travel over the last 25 years and I have never had such a bad experience and so many problems on my travels The staff was not friendly, the food was boring, and there was no real hospitality in genera. although i would like to send a shout out to the following staff members Lionel Richie our butler, Carols the pool bar tender, Gavin the swim up bar bar tender, Eric (Cokacola) activity team. Paradisus Punta Cana: Under Renovations Do not book

The grounds were amazing and the beach and pool was great, but the reason we booked this location was they advertised 11 restaurants and a buffet with very few reservations required. What we found was the restaurants were under renovations and only three were open a day. All required booking in advance. The buffet was very small and even that changed locations. The staff was not helpful and tried to avoid discussing where there was food available because they themselves didn’t know.
