Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Beautiful resort

Everything was better then expects. Lovely place and very nice service. Clean and very well maintained hotel and grounds. Endless variety of delicious food served by professional and very friendly staff.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Relaxing

Very clean resort inside out with exceptional service. Would return again . The sun is king as it was amazing all 7 days. Keep the French Canadian fans away as they can be quit iratainting to say the least.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: Awesome experience Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres (5 stars!)

Our last-minute trip turned out to be the perfect 3 days and 3 nights getaway for my partner and me at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. First Impressions: The lobby looked and smelled incredible, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. We were welcomed with mocktails, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was the immediate upselling during check-in - staff strongly encouraged us to upgrade to Prestige/Premium packages and pushed a breakfast discussion even after we poli [... read more]tely declined. Aside from that, the check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. Food: All-inclusive resorts sometimes get a bad reputation for food, but we were pleasantly surprised. Buffet Los Corales offered a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options for breakfast and lunch - definitely check out the fresh fruit section! The coffee shop also became part of our daily routine thanks to the friendly staff and excellent lattes. The à la carte restaurants were overall very good. Our favorite was Margarita for Mexican cuisine, while the Steak House was another standout. Our least favorite experience was at La Locanda (Italian), where we encountered an unusually rude server who incorrectly claimed ginger ale was only included with a Premium package. The risotto there was also meh. Suites: We booked an ocean-view suite, and it was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The only issue we experienced was inconsistent hot water regulation in our room. A very minor nitpick, but the towels and robes felt rougher than expected for a 5-star resort. Resort Amenities: Although we didn’t participate much in the resort programming, we thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and swim-up pool bar service. The oceanside loungers and furniture also felt clean and well-maintained. Verdict: Highly recommend! It was our first time visiting Cancun and our first time staying at a 5-star resort, and Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres definitely impressed us.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: Very nice

The resort is very new so is clean and well maintained for obvious reasons. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Not so sure the Pristige package was worth the extra money. Never ever saw one of our two concierges. Just spoke through messages. The fact that there is no dinner time buffet available thoroughly put me off. When I go on a vacation to get away and relax, I don't want to have to worry about which a la carte I'm eating dinner every day of the week.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Sargassum alert!!!

Has potential but in transition phase. Privelege status isnt worth it, especially rooms. Wouldnt offer room service afternoons?! Our butler was good until last day when we really needed help. Staff at pool are simply amazing and work hard very consistently Buffet staff good mostly but some are just looking for tips and then provide service. Room cleanliness is very poor. Door was not sealed and a/c failed and wasn't fixed. Beach sargassum was out of control and resorts are not responsible...c [... read more]ity is and efforts are futile.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Beautiful resort!

This was our first time in Mexico and we booked the privilege package at the Ocean Riviera Paradise. All of the staff was very kind and helpful! The food was very good as well and the drinks were delicious. Our butler was very helpful in booking reservations and taking accommodations. The rooms were nice as well but the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the shower, the water would pool on the floor. Be aware that there will always be someone there to upsell you on something.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Amazing Resort

I loved the resort! Felt like I was in Europe. The entertainment and staff 10/10. The rooms cleaned and kept in order daily. The special order of balloons for my friend’s birthday done beautifully and she was totally surprised. Shout out to Javier for his assistance and patience. Ocean Eden Bay: Pretty resort

The hotel and grounds were nice. The beach is rocky and shallow. We had no problem getting lounges at the beach or pool. The room was clean. Yes we had 3 cockroach visitors. The steakhouse and Route 66 was good. The Senses Bob Marley dinner and show was excellent. The buffet was small and they were unable to keep it stocked up the trays were too small. Ocean Eden Bay: First time to Jamaica

This was my first time to Jamaica and I will definitely return. Grounds kept clean, food was excellent, staff very attentive and a great experience overall. The rooms were slightly dated but the staff was doing repairs and painting daily while we were there. I found the coral springs lobby smelt better than the ocean Eden lobby (somewhat smelt like mold). I’m sure they will fix this. The steakhouse was excellent (try the cheesecake). El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Amazing resort

This resort was spectacular. The experience from checking in to checking out as perfect. The grounds were so impeccable and they worked on them daily. So clean and well kept. The rooms were 5 star with a living room suite. We were on the ground floor with a pool view. The staff came daily and cleaned & made up, replenished the fridge. So wonderful. The family one was ok, lots of choices and the food was fantastic. The adult breakfast was a lot quieter & the food was fantastic with a beach view. So so lovely. The resort had many trolley's to bring you all around the resort. It saved me & my sister a lot as we are both not able to walk so great any more. As far as I could tell, the El Faro had many water parks for the kids to play at. The El Beso had 2 huge pools for adults only. Was so relaxing. They were all far away from each other, so not to hear the kids. Was great. The beach area looked lovely, but again not being able to walk so great, we did not go on the beach at all. Was lovely to see and hear the waves though. There are many restaurants to pick from which were all fantastic. There was a sports bar that we watched 2 Habs games at. Was great that they had 2 huge TV's showing the games. One of the most enjoyable vacations I have had. We are already planning our next trip. I would recomend either hotel Adult or Family to anyone. I have no complaints at all about this vacation.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres: Ocean Allure

The resort itself was beautiful interior design was lovely exceptional lighting choices (some dinning rooms would benefit with dimmers). The bad news was the food mostly bad except for the privileged dining and the Italian was better than average but the Japanese Mexican seafood was really bad. Shame shame since the resort itself was so lovely.

Good, clean room, location with great view and close to the beach. Food was excellent with many delicious options both local and international…very enjoyable! People were friendly and helpful. The main hub with the restaurants, stores, and entertainment was a great place to hang out which felt like a huge party every day and the weather is always perfect. All in all, no complaints. Good, clean room, location with great view and close to the beach. Food was excellent with many delicious options both local and international…very enjoyable! People were friendly and helpful. The main hub with the restaurants, stores, and entertainment was a great place to hang out which felt like a huge party every day and the weather is always perfect. All in all, no complaints. El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Go elsewhere

This resort looks nice on the surface, but a lot issues when it comes to cleanliness of the rooms, maintenance of the resort and overall customer service. We ended up moving to 3 different rooms over the course of our stay to multiple different issues in the rooms- rather it be a leak in the roof, broken air conditioner or no hot water. If there is a problem in the evening they will not send anyone to help you. For a resort that was build in 2018 it looks as if it hasn’t been upkept in years  [... read more]and are simply getting by through patchwork. The lagoon at this resort is a plus to the beach- although not owned by the resort it offers a sheltered place to enjoy the beach without being in open water. If you value your vacation time and don’t want headaches I would go elsewhere- we enjoyed maybe 4 days out of our 14 without having to deal with problems.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Lovely accommodations

The resort itself was lovely. Pool areas were great. Enjoyed the fresca station and mikes coffee. Staff was terrific . My only complaint,like so many other,is the inability to make reservations at specialty restaurants. We finally went to guest services and got help. The Italian, Mexican and French restaurants were great as was the Japanese. Route 66 was terrible. The buffet was excellent. The villa marina was closed for renovations but opened up on our last day. This resort was excellent. Great food and service. The pools and rooms were clean. The staff were great and the resort was well managed. I just wished the lobby’s and some of the restaurants were more air conditioned, otherwise, everything was great.

Ocean Coral Spring: Resort is great but the housekeeping is not!!!

we loved the resort the food and everything. But we didn't find housekeeping very helpful, on our reservation we requested a crib for our 16 months old and for two nights we didn't get one i had to call the resort multiple times to realize they didn't reserved it for our room and we have to wait for somebody to check out so they can give it to us. it was crazy two nights sleeping with an infant( he never slept with us in the same bed since he is born so you can imagine)

Nice beach, pools were good, food good. had a good time Of course there are those beach bums that reserve chairs with towels that they don't remove for days on end and then they don't even use them. The hotel should go through and remove them every night.
