Stellar Resort

This is our second time visiting Beaches Turks. The food, accommodation, service, and sports facilities are excellent. The resort is close to the airport and the beach is arguably one of the best in the Caribbean.

Fabulous family resort

Beaches is an amazing resort with lots of culinary tastes for the whole family! I loved that there were so many options for food, pools and activities! We stayed at the French village which was nice and quiet for our family! Loved the beach ! Beautiful crystal clear water and acres of white sandy beach. The food desk was great service and catered to all of our families allergies!

Outstanding Resort!

This was our first all-inclusive holiday with the kids (aged 8 and 10). It was fabulous. Spacious accommodations, great food and lots of variety for food, outstanding beach and pools, the list goes on and on.

Everything you would expect from a 5 star resort. From check in to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. I would definitely go back. The food was great and lots to choose from. The resort was beautiful and relaxing.

Great Vacation...

Beautiful grounds and villages...only downside is the kids that is part of Beaches. Wish they had one village for adults only for people who don't want to be around kids. The two adult only restaurant was helpful. There is no Sandals in Turks so why not please "everyone". Not sure why there were no ID bands as anyone can walk in and use the facilities. Great resort, I would go back.

Staff were outstanding, the biggest highlight was the people. Food above average, took a few days to figure it out but generally happy with the food and drink. Resort aesthetics and upkeep was also very good, n reason to leave the grounds, they had everything there. One bonus was the nurse onsite, my son was quite sick but they made it easy for us to get first level of care without having to deal with insurance etc... My one complaint, the room was nice, no issue with the layout. But the [... read more] reason we picked the room we did was because of the great kitchen in the pictures. When we got to the resort we found out there is no cooking allowed in the rooms? They didn't even have dishes in the cupboards. We would not have picked that room had we known the kitchen was effectively just filling space. I felt like that had been a total misrepresentation of the room, Beaches corporate should have to be held accountable to that, the staff could not have been better, so it was hard to be angry with them over it.

Poor servie

We had been to this Beaches in the past and have had wonderful experiences. This time however, the staff and management were very unpleasant, grouchy and could care less about te satisfaction of their guests. When you pay around $4000 per person, you at least expect smiles and good service where you're going. The hotel was empty and they still acted like there were overworked and underpaid. Safe to say, we will not be going back. Quite disappointing.

Amazing resort!

Beaches Turks and Caicos absolutely out does themselves! From the selection of food to the cleanliness of the resort, the programs for children of all ages, I would highly recommend this resort to all.

Great resort for kids and parents!

We recently traveled to Beaches Turks and Caicos (Feb 2016) and had an amazing time. The small touches when we first arrived (rum punch and cold towels) started off our vacation to a great start. We stayed in the French Village which was great for us as it was a little quieter for our 2 year old daughter. Yvonne who cleaned our room was wonderful she was very accommodating to us and cleaning our room before our daughter had her afternoon nap. The Chef at ??? came out and offered to make us anything that she might like. It was a wonderful touch and very appreciative. The room was fine a little aged but was good for what we needed during our stay. Only recommendation is upgrading the mattresses they were not very comfortable. We enjoyed all the different food options on the resort our go to was the buffet in the French Village. Tash the supervisor was wonderful she was very attentive which was great. We also used the Sesame Club a couple of times and the care they gave our daughter overall was very good. We never worried about the care she was given while we were away. Another nice touch so that we couple go out to dinner. The pools were good sometimes too crowded or not enough seats available. We found the French village pool the best option for us. (Butler reserved or other people saving seats was an issue at other pools). The sesame themed breakfast and entertainment was amazing, it was great and entertaining for our daughter. She absolutely loved the characters. Overall we had a wonderful trip, the staff, food, pools and activities made the trip that much better than we could have hoped for. Top notch all inclusive resort

this is a really big resort. I suggest if you book to look a the pictures and read the reviews. I was in the French villa which seemed old compared to the Italian villa with more modern look to it. In the descriptions, they also love to add the word "honeymoon" which does NOT mean anything. I went there for a honeymoon and they gave us a double bed room which is pretty ironic for a HONEYMOON suite.

Perfect family vacation!

We had very high hopes for Beaches T&C given the price, and it delivered. The beach was gorgeous, the food varied and delicious, and so many activities for everyone. Caribbean section was good value!!

Nice quiet resort

grounds were well kept, rooms were well cleaned, food was good although cold most of the time, this resort had no shopping I had to go to two other resorts to shop. The swimming pools (3) were small and were nothing like the pools at the other resorts in the same complex. We were put in an area which was very noisy with carts going by all day. We expected a sitting room and only got the bedroom and a small sofa to sit on. We would not stay here again.

Awesome trip!!!

This was our second trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos and it was magical! We love the wonderful staff, they were always so helpful, kind and happy to help in any way possible. We stayed at the Italian the first trip and Key West this trip and both were amazing! I had forgotten how beautiful the sand and water was, it doesn't seem possible that it could be as perfect as it was. The food was great and they accommodated to my picky 7 year old! We can't wait to go back again!

Excellent resort.

This resort is amazing in many aspects and i will try to cover the good and bad. *** Beach *** Amazing. One of the best i've seen. No algaes, very little waves, lots of sand area, clear blue color and clean. The problem is they need more umbrellas. *** Restaurants *** The food is great no matter which restaurants you go to and we tried almost all of them. I ate everything possible and never got sick. Jerks had awesome chicken and fish done on bbq. Note that they have lots of sea food available in almost all restaurants. Note: They have a wide range of alcohol, however wine is limited to their house wine (2 red and 2 whites all not good). You can however buy a bottle a the restaurants if you like (~50 to 150) and the list was pretty good. The Turks beer was good (go for lager not light). There's also no lineups or wait time at restaurants. *** Rooms *** Rooms is where i lowered my score but i'll explain why. We originally booked at the Carrabean and the room was very disapointing. For the price you pay they shouldn't even offer such rooms. Noisy A/C and fridge, dark and full of bugs. We had to change. We looked at the Italian area and for a family is perfect. All rooms are the same setup (bonk beds, king and a sofa/bed) and look much more recent. The Key West is the top. It's also the most expensive and furthest but worth while. They still had mosquitoes in them. I must have killed 12 of them overall and still got bitten 15 times. *** Activities *** We didn't do much of them. Actually, there's really nothing for adults, it's all geared toward children and they seem to like them. I think the resort has a deal with Seasame Street cause you see the characters all week long. They have a kids area that looks fun for them. *** Shows *** Shows are bad. Don't bother with them. The only good one was the kid's talent show where they bring kids from the resort and they show their talent. That was fun. The rest are below average compared to other regular resort shows. *** Service *** Service is great. Everytime we've asked for something we got it. It's not super fast but they manage to get back to you and do the best they can to accomodate. *** Safety *** No problems there. Gated hotel and if you leave the grounds you have to sign out with the guard. Not much to do outside the resort though unless you rent a vehicule to go around. *** WiFi *** Horrible. It's an open wifi so anyone can connect without password. Problem is that it's super slow so don't bother at all with it. I found that the best time was before 7am and after 11pm. In between, forget it, you'll just get frustrated. They do have business centre but i didn't look into it so i don't if it's free or you have to pay. *** General Tricks/Advice *** - Bring bugs spray - You can ask for take out if you don't feel like eating out. They give you a decent size box. - If you're low on water, get it at the gym. It's much colder then the ones at the bar. - Tips are frown upon in that resort so be disgreet if you;re going to do it but i haven't seen anyone tip at all and the service will not change either whether you do it or not. - Don't go Carrabean village, pay the extra to stay either at Italian or KeyWest. - Relax and have fun :)

Best resort we have been to

There are so many tripadvisor reviews there is nothing more I can say, other than to add my vote: this resort is the best we have been to. It cost about 40% more and was 20% better than the next best in our experience. But that may be worth it in that all irritants are removed - no line ups or waiting for dinner, no limits to where you can go on the resort, quick transport from the airport, no long walk to the beach, no shortage of chairs or shade, and so on. Wonderful experience for young and old alike!

All areas of the resort were excellent, including the beach, restaurants, pools, play areas, kids' camp and public areas. When we booked, we were very specific about the kind of rooms we needed, and were reassured this is what we would get. The rooms were not right, and Beaches only corrected this from Day 4 on.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!!

AMAZING!!! grounds, staff, room, restaurants were all perfect. It was a quiet season but the entertainment staff still made the efforts to keep us entertained, great group of people. There isn't anything negative that i would say about my stay in Turks.
