Very well service serving every time cafe and comfortable environments But 3days attack moistique Outside and in the room some bug Very very no good sometime not a day change towel. Any other good Why you want long sentence. Is it no good

Amazing resort

We came back 10 days ago from Memories Paraiso and it was awesome, can't wait to go back. The stuff are just simply awesome and hard working. I celebrated my birthday there. I had a blast time with my friends Yoan, Viviana and Reinier. Thank you so much guys for the everything full off surprise. Thanks to general menager off the resort Julio for that night to happend. Your entertainment teams are great , keep up good work. The bartenders at the Memories Paraiso and Grand Memories beach bars are very friendly and making awesome drinks, also bartenders from Grand Memories lobby bar did great job to keep up with everyone's orders. If you want drink best Penacolada, Mimi Vice and Majito, the Memories Paraiso lobby bar is the place to get it. If you get hungry there is a pizza bar open 24 hours beside Grand Memories lobby. The line can get long though. At the Memories Paraiso pool side is the pool bar and a sandwich stand where Marco can do ham and cheese sandwiches. Across from pool is grill where all buffet is now. The food was very good and we can always choose something to eat. From the grill is 2 minutes walk to a village La Estrella. This village was build espetily for tourist where they can buy souvenirs from Cuba.

Terrible

Paid for Diamond Club. Don’t bother. I’ll start at the beginning. No welcome drink upon arrival. No special treatment with regard to check in line ups, no ocean view room available. Stuck us in a horrible old room. Told us to come back in the morning for an ocean view room. Returned in the morning to be told still no room. Asked to come back in the afternoon. Keep in mind we’ve now spent a whole day trying to get the room we paid for. Went back in the afternoon. Still no room. Went to the  [... read more]Sunwing Rep and refused to accept the room they put us in. She did her best and managed to move us to Sanctuary Resort. A nicer and adult only resort within the Memories complex of hotels. Finally happy with a new room, still not ocean view that we paid for but better than the other one… then we discover that they’ve put us in a room neighbouring a couple physically fighting and screaming and yelling (I think this was done purposefully) allllll night long. Security etc involved every single night. Didn’t sleep for 3 nights. Spoke to reception… they were “working on it”… amidst all this, for food poisoning and we were in bed for 2 days straight. The food: horrible. Worst I’ve ever seen in all my travels to Cuba. And trust me, I don’t go there for the food. I even brought my own bread, peanut butter etc. Thank God for that. I understand the country is struggling. I just wish I had know how bad it was. I wouldn’t have wasted my money. No premium liquor for our diamond club either. No vodka at all. No gin. Only cheap rum and beer to be had. Toilet paper was hard to come by as that is also what they used for napkins in all the restaurants… Bugs: I have over a hundred bites. They spray the whole resort twice a day with big trucks but it doesn’t help. Mosquitoes there are absolutely horrendous. Everyone was covered in red swollen bites. All said, worst trip ever and not worth a penny of what we spent. Deal or no deal. I will never be back. I’ll spend more and head to Mexico or Jamaica. WAY better money spent.

Amazing resort

Plage exceptionnelle, personnel réellement sympathique et ayant à coeur le bien-être de la clientèle, chambre spacieuse, lit moyennement confortable. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une peu de rénovations mais cela ne nuit pas à l'expérience. Nourriture très bien pour Cuba. Si vous avez la chance, demandez la chambre 5637 qui a le meilleur emplacement du resort selon moi.

Amazing resort Memries Paraiso

Resort have built after 2001 and has good dеsign, architecture and equipment. White soft sand is on the beach. Evening events were so enjoyable. Food and service was amazing.I definitely recommend it for every one.

Resort has gone to crap

This was my family’s 3rd time coming to memories paraiso and will be our last. This place has taken a turn for the worse completely in every single aspect, the staff has changed and lots are very rude and rather talk amongst themselves then actually work. Walking into our room some of the lights didn’t work and the toilet seat wasn’t secured to the toilet, the maid wouldnt change the bed sheets, they wouldn’t bring a pillow case for the extra bed. The worst part is they are just not maintaining this part of the resort like they are the grand and sanctuary and it just takes a quick 5 min walk around to see the difference in quality.

Amazing resort

Great resort for family Best beach, many pool for kids.buffet was ok for the price Animation cool for kids. My second time for this resort. Sure I m come back next year. Thanks to agency and staff

Poor resort

This hotel is in need of many repairs to the rooms the pool area and general maintenance. The food selection wasn’t great. They certainly don’t practice food safety when preparing food. The staff were lovely with the exception of the man who refilled the room fridge. He was rude and stingy. The beach was beautiful. I would not recommend staying at this resort.

Great food!

Fantastic beach, turquoise water, and lots of things to see and do. Buffet was excellent! Lots of choices and fresh fruit! There was a beautiful Cuban restaurant. Entertainment every night! We had a shopping plaza next door. Buildings need a little more maintenance. Room service was an issue. They ran out of towels and the mini bar was not filled every day. Overall we had a great trip!!!

Need improvement hotel

This resort was rated a 4 star but it was not . This was an all inclusive but very limited with the food and beverage supply. The resort was run down. Our room had a water issue when taking a shower we had water outside of the room and mould growing in tub. Very disappointed with the resort but loved the beach and had amazing weather. Last thing was the service wasn’t that great. When we arrived we had a room where the door would not lock. Horrible

the rooms are full of mold no coffee maker we asked to have one and none was delivered fruit flies were all through the fruit at the buffet and not ripe the same food was served daily and was never warm bed linens were not changed it was hit or miss if you got new towels they kept running out of beer and ran out of water I took pictures of the mice in the lobby not to mention the cockroaches in the room will never return

Memories...

The first night we arrived around 10pm, for some reason our room was not booked correctly. I booked the suite and was given a standard room. The hotel was unable to do anything that night so we stayed in that room. The next morning I was in contact with the Sunwing rep and hotel, our room was arranged and we moved in the next day. The new room was great. It still took another two days for our diamond package to kick in. If not for these few issues I would have had no complaints and given the h [... read more]otel, staff and Sunwing a 100% rating. The room, beach, pool, food and staff were all amazing! Thank you.

NOT IMPRESSED

BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING ALL OVER THE RESORT. OUR ROOM #4136 TOILET LEAKED ALL THE TIME, WE REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM BUT DIDN'T GET ONE. WE DIDN'T HAVE A COFFEE MAKER FOR 3 DAYS. WE DIDN'T HAVE COFFEE FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS. OUR ROOM FRIDGE WASN'T STOCKED. MOLD ALL OVER THE CEILING FAN AND OTHER AREAS OF THE ROOM. MY ROOM MATE DEVELOPED A NASTY COUGH (PROBABLY BECAUSE WE WERE BREATHING IN MOLD) BUS RIDE WAS AN HOUR AND HALF FROM AIRPORT......TOO LONG

WORST *READ THIS*

I never ever write bad reviews. Cuba is my favourite place on earth. I would never go back to this specific resort though. Awful bed bugs. The customer service “worker” didn’t understand any English and mad ZERO effort to help. Our bed was broken when we got there. Completely broken and sunken in on one side. From 7 am till 530 pm I went down every few hours to check on the status and he kept saying they were working on it. Nothing was done so my wife and I had to sleep side by side on a b [... read more]roken bed filled with bed bugs that bit her alive. We were at bungalow 35 at room 3536. Front desk was super rude and would only point to customer service worker who we both know didn’t help at all. Really made our honey moon suffer. The beach was beautiful and entertainment was okay. I’ve been to Cuba 6 times, to even lower rated resorts than this, and had a much much better time. Wouldn’t even go back for FREE.

Ended at the clinic, I got bitten by bugs in my bed

Its so sad the this resort boast such gorgeous beaches. However it seems that the staff has checked out or are too exhausted such as the 24 hr pizza joint which has 1 person manning the pizza bar for 24 hrs. Its a real shame that they have inexperienced cooks because although they had lovely seafood for grilling, they didn't know how to grill the food n everything would end up tasting the same, burnt( the burnt food would crust and then they'd add oil or water to make it steam) Check for bed b [... read more]ugs and check your pillows, mine smelled like vomit and when I complaint, they said they were new. Swimming pool ran out of alcohol at a foam party. At 1 point ppl stopped specifying n saying just give me whatever you got to the bartenders. Do not buy the poutine at the Pueblo or market place outside the resort they will charge $5. Cucc about 7 canadian dollars for 12 mcain fries n a bit of gravy n grated cheese. I could go on, but I won't. I am never going back to Cuba, too bad, because I loved the beach. On day 5 I was ready to come home and when I landed I was so grateful, I've never been so happy to come back home from a vacation. True story.

Great time

We went on 23 jan to jan 30 we stayed in room 3567 the best pool view on resort it was our 4th time at resort we were diamond club had a speedy checkin . Beautiful Beach!

We had a great time at this resort! Not only was the beach magazine worthy, with crystal clear blue water and clean white sand, but the pools are spectacular as well. Everything is clean and the gardens are always being maintained by multiple gardeners. The grounds are beautiful! The room, while dated, provided lots of hot water, excellent water pressure and it was always clean. There was a large variety of food at the buffet and other options if you needed them. Another great stay

Third time visiting this resort- first time since 2014. Beach is beautiful, staff is friendly and would do anything in their power for you. Parts of the hotel are starting to show wear but there were people working on the resort while we were there to update tHe facility.

Wonderful Resort

In general the location is very good ...the beach and swimming pools are great....restaurants, bars are sufficient and offering a variety of food and drinks....the rooms are not bad but needs maintenance......the green areas are so beautiful and well maintained.

Memories Paraiso

We had a good time at the Memories Paraiso hotel. The beach was the nicestI have seen in Cuba. The color of the water just unbelievable. Beautiful, have to watch out for the sandflies. I had the sandflies worst in other places. The hotel room was good, large rooms and bathrooms. It was cleaned everyday. The food was ok.
