Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Ultimate Relaxation

It was our 35 wedding anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special. We were delighted with our choice of Secrets St. Lucia. It was everything we wanted. The room was spacious with all the amenities you could want. An anniversary sash on the door along with a fruit plate, pastries and a bottle wine awaiting us inside. The Preferred upgrade was definitely worth it with excellent attentiveness from our personal concierges (Rochel and Titus) that made our stay extremely comfortable. Just be prepared for lots of stairs if in the Preferred section but lots of golf cart assistance if you need it. Second to none.

Bel Jou Hotel: St Lucia has a wonderful resort called Bel Joy!

The hotel staff was the best we’ve ever had! The bartenders, housekeeping and staff in the restaurants were amazing! A shoutout to Princess who makes the BEST banana pino coladas! And Verne who is the sweetest housekeeper! The grounds are small but beautiful and the pools are lovely. The food is good and Lulu’s offers a great selection of food choices. All in all it’s a great place to visit! One disappointment was the excursion representative through Sunwing. Heidi booked one excursion for us [... read more] and then was never seen again even though we tried to contact her several times through the receptionist.

The Soco House: Quiet and Relaxing.

My partner and I enjoyed Soco house to the fullest. It was a quiet resort with a 3 min walk to the beach. The meals can be changed a little more often but that was minor to us. We would definitely return.

Every staff member we came across for the week we were there was so polite and kind. The rooms were beautiful. The service was great. The beach was small but nice. There is some seaweed that floats up some days. The pools were beautiful. All around amazing experience at the Royalton. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this resort and our vacation.

Beautiful grounds, scenic views , clean comfortable rooms, well maintained pool areas with swim- up bars, variety of restaurants, friendly knowledgeable staff catering to your needs, many amenities, lovely beachfront property Some elevators were not working requiring walk-up 3-4 flights of stairs to our room

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: We had a wonderful time at the Royalton Hideaway

Had a beautiful venue for celebrating birthdays, retirements and family time. Lots of good restaurants, lovely sparkling pools and warm sandy beach. The sunsets were gorgeous as we had a beach front room. The biggest detraction was the two hour bus ride from the airport.

Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was large, a lot of pool chairs. It never felt crowded. Could leave your belongings on your chair go to the beach and everything was untouched. Clean rooms, comfortable beds,great balcony looking towards ocean. Great entertainment every evening. There is so much to do on the property, you never feel bored. Restaurants were all very good. Fun for kids of all ages. Staff are great and very friendly.

The Soco House: Not worth the money

The hotel is not that far from the ocean (400m) but in order to get there you need to walk on relatively busy street which does not have a sidewalk. The beach is densely occupied as many hotels shuttle their guests to the same beach. Food - the presentation of food was nice but there almost not fruits and only limited veggies. But the most important is that there was no buffet and everything was served, very, very slowly. Each meal was taking 1.5-2hours. It was normal to wait for coffee half a [... read more]n hour. As I have calculated half of my vacation time I spent waiting for food. The hotel is quite clean (clean white towels) but there nothing to do there (no pool table, no ping-pong table, no entertainment). Don't be fooled by picture of the gym laughable and unusable (room 2x3m). The bigger picture - the traffic at St Lucia is on the left side, roads are extremely narrow and windy, traffic is extremally heavy....therefore renting a car for sightseeing driving is a very challenging concept (but there is not much to see on the island, anyway). The service personnel was mixed - from not very friendly to overfriendly (standards?). Finally - there is construction going on, just across the road (2026) which may take another year. We paid 2500/person/week - this is absolutely not worth the money.

Zoetry Marigot Bay Saint Lucia: Welcoming, Restful Resort

Staff was kind and courteous. Food was amazing Cocktails were delicious with a different cocktail in every restaurant and bar. Staff worked hard to please guests and didn't change their service level if you chose not to tip...even better reason to tip on departure Management checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying the stay

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Sandals La Toc St Lucia

I’d like to start by acknowledging the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really enhanced our stay. The variety of restaurants were all excellent. Our favorite was Buccan, which features the local cuisine, what an amazing dining experience! The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The stunning grounds are met with everyone that works there truly nice people that made this trip so relaxing with food that so so special at all restaurants outstanding service that was the best I have enjoyed at any sandals!!!!!!!

Anse Chastanet: Most excellent resort

All staff are constant,y cleaning the surroundings and making sure that all visitors are well cared for. This is exceptional. The staff are super friendly and make efforts to be of help always. This is my second time here and plan to return.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

Very modern facility. Had an ocean view. Large room with adjoining ensuite. Very private. Good linen..Lots of Restaurants for gone dining. Excellent poolside and evening entertainment. Very helpful staff.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Nice resort

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. No musty smell. Grounds are well kept. Lots of pools. It wasn’t very busy when we were there. We were a group of 11 and got chairs together every day (week of Nov 18-25). Keep this in mind when reading the rest of my review. I would estimate it to be under 30% capacity. The hotel folks were kind to make 3 dinner reservations for us before we left since we were a big group. I had to push back a bit because at first they said no. Unfortunatel [... read more]y they made our Zen reservation half an hour past the start of the show, so when we arrived at first they said sorry, you missed it. Again, a conversation and proof it was their error led us right to our place at the grill. We did go on to make reservations while at the resort for the rest of the week and one night we had our own room at Calypso which was great. The Hunter Steakhouse also did an amazing job of decorating their separate room for our two birthday guests. They really did a great job! We did a tour through the hotel…a speedboat to the mud baths, snorkelling, lunch, bat cave, falls. It was really fun! The food was good and again no lineups since it was pretty quiet. Only one day was the buffet busy but that was a “day pass” day so there were more guests than normal there. The beach was beautiful. Our only complaint..and it was from our entire group….the buffet staff are lacking. Every morning we were tracking them down for cutlery, water, coffee. And when you do, the ladies generally are a little indignant. They just don’t seem very happy. Also, the Martini Bar is grossly understaffed. At cocktail hour, we often waited 20 minutes at the bar just to get a drink. It was the same throughout the evening. They have no idea who is next, so guests need to manage that piece. Most were good to wait their turn but there’s always that one entitled couple or young girl. The pool bars were the same with often one bartender working both the wet and dry side of the bar. If we compare to Mexico, those folks are always happy, happy to serve you, and literally run to please and serve you. Not here…everyone is in slo-mo. Each bar makes drinks differently too. We were in the regular area and wondered if the Hideaway and Diamond Club had the same experience. We talked with a few other couples who were there and they said other than their butler, it was the same for them. Aside from the hotel experience itself , the bus ride from the airport to the resort is two hours of twists and turns and traffic. The airport is nice and small, well run and very easy to navigate through the process.

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort and Spa: Wonderful time !

This is a beautifully kept resort, very clean and constantly maintained. Our food experiences were all good but reservations are a must for à la carte restaurants. They are developing some good nightly entertainment too which we enjoyed. The only complaint would be that they seemed to be a bit short staffed and some staff were not that friendly mainly the bartenders at the pool bars. Not very social and not many happy smiling faces

Royalton Saint Lucia Resort is a beautiful property—well maintained with clean rooms, stunning beach, and amazing pools. For the best ocean views, building #5 is highly recommended. Dining is convenient, as restaurant reservations can be made in advance through the app. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall experience. The only drawback is the airport transfer, which takes about an hour and half to two hours each way.

Bel Jou Hotel: Great Resort

The hotel staff were great, very helpful and accommodating, grounds were immaculate and the food was excellent. We stayed in the off season which meant there were fewer people at the resort, this worked well for us and we felt we still received the complete hotel service. Gratuities were appreciated and expected in St. Lucia. Not a problem but access to a bank machine would have been appreciated although the front staff were able to provide smaller change. Shuttle bus from the hotel does not ru [... read more]n on Sunday or Wednesday so you need to be prepared for alternate transport or just stay and enjoy the pool (we did).

Harmony Marina Suites: Perfect location!

My daughter and I had a fantastic week at Harmony Suites! The hotel was small and quiet and offered an amazing restaurant with views of the Marina, as well as on site activities for a fee, for those wishing to try dancing classes/yoga. My daughter tried both! Island excursions were also available to book. The suite was clean, and likely will be updated sometime soon, as the neighbouring unit was being worked on while we were there. The best part was the location of the hotel! A five minute walk  [... read more]one way and you are on Reduit Beach. A few minute walk the other way and you are on the main strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, stores. Everything you could ask for! Overall our week in St. Lucia was one we will never forget. I would highly recommend the island as a tourist destination!

Excellent property, great staff, location is far from the airport about 90 minutes using the back roads. Rooms are cleaned and so is the resort, Food is good both at the buffet and a la carte restaurant, room service was also delicious for breakfast. Beach is nice, cleaned never a problem getting lounge chairs. We’re beach people and this was a really small one compared to other islands we have visited before. But overall it was an amazing vacation
