Clean resort

I found the hotel was very clean, the grounds, rooms. The beach was beautiful large area. The only issue I had was the buffet. It was not designed well at all. The food was mostly cold, when there was pancakes/ French toast there was no maple syrup.

Nice resort overall

We loved the layout of the resort, with four separate pools and a nice beachfront location. Not too much to do independently - we didn't see the free water toys, and the sea here isn't really conducive to kayaks or SUP anyway. We were Premium and a little disappointed that 'premium'drinks were available at one bar only, and even then, only if specifically requested. Room was very nice but no 'pillow menu'was ever offered. Beautiful resort

Resort is very clean and modern. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Dining experience was good lots of options. The only thing I would change about the resort would be to have designated smoking areas. My kids and myself are highly sensitive to smoke and had to move chairs a number of times at the pool and at the beach because of smokers. Also cut down on plastic waste and use reusable cups at the pool and beach bars.

Puntacana impressive premium resort

Went to Punta Cana last week. Stayed at the Impressive Premium resort and had a great time. Hotel and room was always clean. Food was great, lots of variety. Staff was kind and respectful. The beach is not as clean as other locations (ie: Cuba) but it was decent. Daily Entertainment was decent. Watch out for excursions half price sale, the catch is that you have to go listen to a 90 min sale pitch on vacation packages, and there is lots going around. An amazing resort

Highly recommend going Premium if you can- wifi, better restaurants, room service, nicer spot on beach and a pool. My boyfriend and I came here June 6th for a week and we would both rate this resort 5 stars. Every single one of the employees are so kind and generous. The food was amazing. The beach was beautiful. I couldn’t say enough about this place honestly, we had an absolutely amazing time and this resort will make for a great first vacation memory. Highly recommend

Beautiful Resort

The Impressive Premium was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The resort, as a whole, is well kept. The beach was kept raked, unlike some of the ones we walked by. The entertainment was fun and the staff were very polite and helpful. The food was not the greatest, to be honest but there was always something to eat. Loved the pools!

Beautiful Resort

The hotel, grounds, pools and staff were wonderful at Impressive Premium Resort. The food could do with improvement, I personally enjoyed the Japanese restaurant best out of the a la carte selections. Overall was an awesome vacation!

Impressive resort!

The staff at this resort proves to be hard working and most accommodating to all of its patrons.They are responsible for a most pleasant stay. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. All rooms are kept clean and supplies are never lacking. My concern for them is that the tourists are not tipping them for their hard work.

Very Impressive

Beautiful stay for family. Speciali with small children.There is so much to do in the daytime and evening, Interment very nice ,for children is something special that I enjoyed my there should be more for adult's ,like dancing after show was only for an uhr..Disco was boring and not for our age.maybe more for adults. thanks
