Riu Palace Antillas: Great resort.

The resort is a beach front resort, with only a few steps to the white sandy beach and crystal clear water. The resort and the rooms were very clean. The room was spacious, with a King size bed, balcony with a partial ocean view, liquor dispenser with four different bottles of alcohol and mixers in the fridge, electronic safe in the room. The buffet was one of the best all inclusive buffet I ate from. Lots of choices and very flavour full. Lots of seafood. Service was outstanding. The Ala Carte  [... read more]were not as good. Long line ups, certain menus, couldn't choose two of a kind in the same category. Eg: Would not accommodate us, if you wanted a soup, salad and appetizer. You can only have one choice. When they had steaks and lobster on the menu, they would not accommodate us if you ordered surf n turf. You had to have one or the other. This was very strange to us, because it's supposed to be all inclusive. The restaurant Malok, screwed up our time and we ended up waiting over an hour to be seated.

Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing resort

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were exceptional. The food was amazing and they were so accommodating especially Gomaz with my gluten free restrictions. Our room and the hotel was so clean. The excursions we did were great. I definitely would recommend Aruba ant the Riu palace Antilles to my family and friends

Riu Palace Antillas: Simply Amazing!

This was my first time to Aruba, I decided to treat myself. Now how will I ever go anywhere else??? I’ve been pretty much all over the Caribbean and none of them hold a candle to Aruba!! Beach is stunning, food was amazing and hotel and staff were great. If I had any complaint, it would be that the hotel is a bit dated. Thank You Amanda G from Tripcentral for all your help!! I will definitely be contacting you for my next vacation!!

Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Beach

The hotel and beach was very clean. The staff was very Friendly and the food was great with a large variety. The late night eating doesn't have much variety. Shops were pretty expensive but worth it when you see how beautiful the resort is

Riu Palace Antillas: Wouldn't say this resort is for a Honeymoon!

First off Aruba is a beautiful island with great people. I won't rate Riu Palace Antilles a 5 Star more like a 3.5 or 4. The room smelled like mould and other people we spoke too had the same experience. It hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. It's an old building that they renovated the main floor but just changed flooring and slapped a paint job in the rooms three years ago. We were there for our Honeymoon (Sept 2017) and didn't even get a champagne bottle with our Oceanview  [... read more]room which was facing a flat commercial roof, when we were told by the agent that we will see the ocean from our bed. Tried to change rooms but was fully booked. The Italian restaurant wasn't great and forget the Steakhouse, they open at 6:30 and you gotta lineup by 5:45 ( you can't make reservations) and by 7 they are fully booked and you will be denied a table everyday. I've been to the Caribbean 12 times and I was turned off with this resort especially that we paid over $4700 for the both of us. We have been to more romantic resorts for less money elsewhere. We didn't find anything romantic about this resort especially if you are used to larger resorts in the Caribbean.

Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Experience at RIU Antillas

The facilities and staff at RIU Antillas was excellent, I had amazingly good time at the resort. Special thanks to Jessica from entertainment team for making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely like to go back in future.

Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful but Busy

The hotel was beautiful and the food was fantastic. The service was amazing. However, we were expecting a bit more privacy based on conversations with our travel agent. We found out when we got there that there would have been a more private upgrade but were not made aware of this when booking. We were also expecting $420 USD in resort credits, as in useable money to put towards resort services, such as the spa, but what we got were coupons. The spa coupons were at most $30 USD off of a service  [... read more]that was $200 USD. This would have been nice to know. Regardless, the resort was amazing, and clean, and the service was 5 star, we would have just appreciated more information, as it was not exactly what we were expecting.

Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful Beach

The beach was beautiful and the on-site casino was great, however, the hotel itself needs to be updated and the hallway carpets removed as they have an overpowering musty smell. The staff were overworked.

Riu Palace Antillas: Stunning Environment!

This hotel could not have been much better. They employ the nicest people I've ever dealt with. The beach was great and the pool as well. The entertainment lacked a bit, but was great next door at the Palace. The only issue was that all the bars close at midnight.

This was my second time to Aruba and second stay at the Antilles. All in all a fantastic resort and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Food staff everything was great. Only thing would it would be nice if the bar by the beach stayed open past midnight

this was our 2nd visit in 3 years and would go back again. Everything was perfect from the room to the pool to the beach. We visited during week of sept 4 to 11 and the weather was great, sunny and hot every day with just a few waves from hurricane Irma.. , Aruban people are so friendly and the tourist area in town is a nice 10 min walk from resort. . i almost forgot the food was awesome with a great selection at the buffet every day. I love this place

Riu Palace Antillas: Hurricane free vacation

This hotel is what we expected. Upon arrival we were checked in within minutes. Our room was not ready, but we went to lunch & started our vacation by the pool with a quick dip in the ocean. Our room was less than acceptable. The room was big & clean but the view was horrific. The safe did not work, they had not stocked our room with the 4 bottles of liquor & the sliding door would not lock. The buffet was as good if not better than the restaurants. The pool was very clean & the beach was a little disappointing. We heard the beach was great, but it wasn't on par with other beaches we've been to. The beach was a little rocky to start, then turned into beautiful with sand. Overall we really have nothing to complain about. This resort did not disappoint. Best of all, while IRMA was raging north of us, we were safe.

Tamarijn Beach Resort: Tamarijn Beach Resort

This resort is fantastic. Rooms are a little tight for a family of 4 but are fine. A la carte restaurants and buffets are all great. The beach is stunning and ocean front is amazing. Highly recommend.

Tamarijn Beach Resort: Good time spent

1- Beach: excellent but too rocky you might need to wear your sea shoe, the ocean is one the greatest that I have ever seen 2 - Pools: multiple small pools, which I really didn't like they are too small and between the water mattresses and kids toys there is no room for you to do anything other than just standing in your place. this is the worst pool ever that I have seen. our last two days, there were bunch of teenagers who would just show up for about 2 hours (who didn't seem, for me, to be g [... read more]uests at the resort) and were invading the pool in a very vulgar way, laughing and fighting very loud and making very dirty comments about girls, trying to watch them from under water which made everybody leaving the pool or taking a side to be far from them. 3- Service: I was about to say great, except sometimes when the buffet seemed to be busy, it was very hard for us to get served. and in the Red Perot restaurant, we were assigned a server who was very funny but didn't seem to work seriously, he was very slow at the point that we had our reservation at 8:45 and left at 10:45 just to wait for him to provide us with the entree, main course then dessert - in the same time, guests who had reservation after us had left long long time before us. 4- Food: was great, and the a la carte restaurant was great too and the quantities served were so big till the point that we didn't get dessert as we were completely full. The only down side, was that at the buffet where the dinner served almost the same menu as at lunch 5- Room: we were in the second floor in building 15 which was great location close to everything. the room was not too large but ok for 4 or us (3 adults & 1 teen). the downside was the fridge was empty and was never filled, seems that they don't have this service, which is weired compared with all other resorts that we have been in - at least put water there!! 6- location of resorts: excellent 7- overall: we spent good time there.

Bucuti and Tara Beach Resort: Our best holiday yet!

You know when you go to a fall fair and there is a best in class. The Hotel Bucuti & Tara Suites is a perfect example of 'Best in Class". The Tara Suites at Bucuti and Tara Resort in Aruba will be a vacation spot you will want to return to over and over again. Yes, it's pricey, but you have a wonderful space of approx. 500 square feet, fresh, comfortable, modern bedroom and sitting room. Newly renovated modern bathroom with nice fluffy white towels and robes, a TV in the mirror, roomy eno [... read more]ugh for two. 3 TV's, reading lights, A/C, dehumidifier, kitchenette, lots of drawers and closet, full length mirror, large balcony with a stand for your wet things. Everything is detailed almost to perfection. They also have little buttons at your door that you push for privacy or to have your room cleaned. Really convenient. The people are AMAZING. Always a smile and a helping hand. They all go out of their way for you. I have many examples for this. The lady, Karen, tending the bar, left her bar to go to the onsite restaurant, Elements, which is fabulous, to make us reservations for dinner. Then she reminded us a little later when we saw her. Really great. Lots of room on the beach, no hassle getting a lounge. Just raise your red flag and service will be there. They serve you cold cloths on the beach to refresh yourself, then a small bowl of fruit in the aft. - for free! So lovely and so refreshing. The owner came an said hello to us one day and asked how our holiday was. So surprising and lovely of him. The pool is large and wonderful. Never busy. The beach is so large and white and perfect. The water is so nice for swimming. I could go on. But I would encourage you to stay at this incredible place. I urge you to stay here. It's the best most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Riu Palace Antillas: Great resort

The food and the service in the restaurants was just amazing. Also maid service was great. The only thing I found that was not as good are the floors in the suite - they should be replaced especially by the fridge area.

Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Food

The room my husband and I stayed in on the 15th floor was quite large and comfortable. We had a partial ocean view from our balcony. The maid service was great, and our fridge was stacked with drinks. The bed was turned down every night. Maybe the floors could be upgraded. Entertainment at our hotel was not to our satisfaction. The service at the restaurants and by the pool was amazing.

Riu Palace Aruba: Riu Palace Aruba...Amazing!

Very impressed with everything - from the room to the cleanliness. Every meal was a 10! The beach was perfect (although it would have been nice to have a bar at the beach). the pool area was always lively and the drink service was consistent. The staff was always pleasant and attentive. The shows were impressive. Great coffee! Well maintained grounds and extremely clean. Lovely place to unwind, relax and 7 days is just not enough. Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Paradise

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The grounds, pool and beach area are beautiful and one would say one of the nicest on the Island. They are very generous with their liquor when making drinks and the food is plentiful and very tasty. The rooms are nice however we had issues the 1st night when we arrived with bugs in the room. Not 100% sure as to what type but I had my suspension . When we call the front desk they were more then accomdating and moved us to another tower t [... read more]hat morning. They were very apologetic and sent a bottle of wine with a cheese platter to say sorry. This is a good resort however i would be open to trying another location. Do your homework and read reviews before you go and suggest to stay in the ocean tower.

Riu Palace Aruba: Great

The Rui Palace Aruba is a beautiful resort. We had the junior suite and it was beautiful. King size bed, sitting area and double sinks in the bathroom. Very clean. Large balcony with a view of the ocean. The food in the main buffet dining room was very good. A lot of variety. Salads and fruit very fresh. Specialty restaurants were disappointing. Staff were not friendly or very interested in serving you. The quality of the food in the Italian restaurant was the worst. Pasta was dried out and har [... read more]d - must have been left out under a heat lamp too long. Meat was burnt. However the exception was the Steak Restaurant by the pool. Food was excellent as was the staff! Very friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. Beach was beautiful- white sand and clear water. The only problem was getting an umbrella. Went out at 6:00 am and had difficulty getting a spot. There has to be a better way! They need to provide more umbrellas. You spend all this money to be on the beach and one should expect (be guanteed) to have access to an umbrella without having to get up at 4:00am! Remember - we are on vacation. Also there was no drink service on the beach only by the pool.
