Riu Montego Bay: Birthday Success!
I went to riu montego bay with 5 people to celebrate my birthday and i had a fantastic time! First let me say the food at pepes is 10/10 do not miss out. the food overall was really good and the entertainment was phenomenal. the entertainment staff really gave their 100%. I have been to many other resorts and rius and this was the best one. Food great. Drinks were really really strong. We had to ask the bartenders to put tiny shots because they were filling 80% of our cups with alcohol and then [... read more]
Riu Palace Peninsula: Great experience and value for your money!
The hotel was very well maintained, was a good size so easy to move around. The service was really good from ALL employees. I didn’t have one bad experience, everyone was nice and helpful and made you feel welcome and special. Food was also plentiful and much better than typical buffets.
Riu Palace Mexico: Great place
It is great place to go for vacation, all 5 stars. I would like to thank to everyone who is working at this hotel, we had amazing experience staying there. It was our second time at this resort. It was our trip to celebrate my husband 60th birthday and I have emailed to resort informing and asking to prepare some surprise. Everything was done perfect. Also, I have checked out and left my jacket at room, they were not able to find it but next day they emailed to my advising that my jacket is foun [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: 40th wedding anniversay
The staff at the Riu Antillas is excellent in all areas. From the check in to the check out ,was all seemless. Beach ,Restaurants and Our room service was very good.! Theme nights were great ,Medireraean was my favourite.
Riu Latino: One of the best Rius
We are travelers who have seen many resorts in the Carribean. Riu Latino is a newer resort very modern and managed extremely well. The services are excellent starting with the reception which is fast and efficient, the maid service which is very good, to the super stuffed and staffed buffet which offers choices from around the world. The 5 swimming pools are acommodating every need, with bars attached and excellent service. The only comment I could make is the walkway to the beach which is short [... read more]
Riu Dunamar: Clean resort
The hotel is very clean and safe feeling. It was small compared to the Moon Palace, but was great for walking from place to place. Lots of beach loungers and pool loungers available throughput the day. The seaweed is not that bad here. The activities for the teens were managed to allow for them to stay busy
Riu Palace Costa Rica: Mother-daughter getaway with two teen girls (15 & 18)
Overall Vibe: A solid resort with stunning views, strong margaritas, and just enough quirks to keep things interesting. ? The Good Stuff (a.k.a. why we didn’t book an earlier flight home) • Jaw-Dropping Scenery: The grounds are lush and green — think "Jurassic Park intro" but without the dinosaurs (unless you count the howler monkeys). The pools are beautifully maintained and there’s plenty of space to sprawl out and do nothing, which we fully embraced. Beach is hot dark sand and warm wa [... read more]
Riu Palace Aquarelle: Home away from home!
The Riu Palace Aquarelle is an amazing resort to stay in while visiting Jamaica. It's safe, clean and entertaining to the max! You won't get bored with their variety of restaurant options and bar spots! It was so sad to leave after befriending all the staff, truly felt it was home away from home. Highly recommend 10/10 ?
Riu Palace Tropical Bay: What a great stay!
I was very impressed with Tropical Bay. The service and the food were top notch. The resort isn’t huge but offered everything I would want. Wasn’t a crazy party atmosphere, but that was perfect for me. Plus you can go to the Riu Negril with full access to eat, drink and party if you want. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
Riu Palace Aruba: Under Construction!
40% of the resort is closed. A major building is under construction and all we heard was jack hammering all day. We ended up leaving the resort and going to Joia Iberostar. We should have been notified of this when booking. Horrible experience and what a hassle to switch resorts! One elevator was closed down, and on our first day there the other elevator also wasn’t working. We walked from the seventh floor just to leave to get breakfast. Food selection was also very limited. Brutal!
Riu Palace Aquarelle: Depends on what you’re expecting
Large resort. Decent rooms. The rooms get cleaned everyday but are never really clean. Staff can either be happy to serve you or seem annoyed. Pools are the party spot. Beach is clean. Rocks in the water make swimming impossible. Food is redundant with no themes. À la carte’s are a hassle to get into and really aren’t that great. I had a good steak with some stale fries at the steak house. Food allergies aren’t really respected. The gluten free selection is literally one piece of dried up corn [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Vacation to Aruba - Riu Palace Antillas
We were very pleased with the hotel services and the food was excellent. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the daily pool entertainments. I would not hesitate to go back again or recommend it to friends and family. This was recommended to me by my sister and very happy that we went.
Riu Dunamar: Great place
Great hotel food and best customer service we experienced for years…we travelled to many places in down South. Overall 10 plus experience for adults and families. Staff was friendly not in your face asking questions and never waiting for anything from front desk to beach service just amazing. We will return and recommend to others
Riu Reggae: Wonderful resort!
Shannon was quick and efficient with responding to my inquiries. She made it easy to book with her. Staff at the RIU were very friendly and helpful. Food and amenities were great. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!
Riu Ocho Rios: Honeymoon
The resort was very nice and the food was great. Staff were friendly. Only disappointment was we never received any of the honeymoon perks ie. no room upgrade, no welcome gift. We would definitely return to this resort.
Riu Reggae: Not a 5 star
Foods was average . Not my favorite resort in mobay definitely. Lots of room for improvement. No room service . Riu Montego Bay food was my ch better. Jerk pit was weak … not worth the money in my opinion .
Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Amazing resort
We went in May, the weather was perfect! If you want the best of so much selection of activities, entertainment, delicious food, great service, friendly staff, cleanliness is top notch, lovely rooms, beautiful views, this is the resort to go to May
Riu Latino: Great Resort!
We had a great experience at Riu Latino. The resort is beautiful. The grounds are really clean and well kept. We enjoyed the food at all the restaurants, the Italian was our favorite. The staff were all very friendly. Would highly recommend a stay at this resort. We will be back!
Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing hotel
Probably the beats views at this hotel. Had the oceanfront which cannot be beaten. Everything except food was ten out of ten. Food was hit or miss. Overall we did enjoy this stay at riu Ocho Rios and will be coming back
Riu Negril: Riu Negril excellent resort.
Overall the resort is very good, with the food the beach and the gardens and housekeeping and the staff very friendly.also I have in all my of travelling I have never been to a resort with so many sunbeds there must be at least 2 to 3 thousand at the beach and the pool so you don’t have to be up at 5 in morning to get a sunbed.
