Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Excellent resort

WE travelled in many different all inclusive, 5 stars.Our expérience at Paradisus Esmeralda Satisfied all of our expectations.We were very satisfied with all aspect of the resort.Amazing service, very professional and pleasant staff. Food and service at all restaurants and buffet excellent Nothing negative to say. Rooms very clean .

Paradisus Punta Cana: Great staff and stay

Staff goes above and beyond: front desk noticed my daughter's birthday just passed and left cake and champagne in our room. Beautiful beachfront property and lots of pool chairs. Lots of bars with non alcoholic options as well!

Paradisus Cancun: Wonderful resort

Service is excellent. Staffs are very nice to talk to. Besides, this resort provides many restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, from Mexican to Asian Fusion. Also abundant nice bars.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Nice and clean hotel

Very nice resort with friendly and courteous staff. The restaurants were nice and exquisite offering a nice selection of food and drinks. Rooms were clean. The beach, pools , Hot Jacuzzi pool were clean and properly maintained. Music was neither loud, nor dull - just appropriate. We enjoyed our stay at the Melia.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Incredible resort, amazing trip!

The Melia was a FANTASTIC resort to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday! Excellent staff, food and drinks! The room was clean; service was consistent and all of our needs were met. Special shoutout to Monique who was the highlight of the trip! She always remembered our drinks and made us feel VIP with personalized, genuine service!

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: We keep coming back!

This was our third visit with our kids, now 4 & 6, and we can’t wait until next year! The food, the pirate ship pool, the water slides (heated pool!), the staff - all five star. We have never done family concierge, and honestly don’t see a need to.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Amazing staff

I will return here just for the service. Alfredo and abdeal on the royal service side went above and beyond for my friends and I. Super polite and very efficient. Best service I’ve ever received at a resort and this will be the reason I return. I admire people who take pride in their work !

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Absolutely fantastic resort

While our stay didn't start off too well- TV didn't work, mosquitoes in the room, was unable to unlock safe after locking, only one garbage can, in the washroom, and no ice-bucket- all these issues were resolved with one call, almost immediately. Our room was very spacious, and although on the ground floor, the surrounding are was surprisingly quiet. The beach was out of this world: I'm not a swimmer, so to finally see calm, salt water, was heaven sent. Our concierge, Moberley, was extremely helpful in making sure all our needs were being met. The grounds were well manicured and onsite wild life was refreshing. All in all, a terrific spot to vacation at.

Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo: Pleasant resort

Nov 9-17. Modern and very clean hotel. Good variety and quality of food in cafeteria and the hotel accommodated early morning tour and flight departures times with an early breakfast in cafeteria before normal opening time. Room was comfortable however we could hear everything from the adjoining room next door. The housekeeping staff were extremely thorough with daily cleaning. Location was excellent for walking, bus connections and some shopping.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: As expected

Hotel was clean, service was average, food was as expected. Nothing shocking in either direction (great nor bad). Decent value for money and the location was good. I wasn’t blown away but I was satisfied with my week.

Sol Don Pedro: Stay in the off Season!

One thing to note is that in the off season they only operate 1 of the 3 hotels due to low occupancy. We were booked in Don Pedro but stayed at Don Pablo. This only really caused confusion on arrival when we found the hotel to be closed. Once we found out where our reservation was, all was ok. In general these hotels have a fantastic location, close to the beach, transportation and the tourist shopping area. The food selection is great, they even have Gluten free bread items available f [... read more]or breakfast (though not at any of the other meals)! This hotel is clean, quiet and convenient!

Zel Cozumel: Excellent value resort

Beautiful site, ocean views wonderful. Room in Tower was roomy with newer walk- in shower. Staff very hard working and very concerned with providing excellent service. Food in the buffet was very good, varied and there was something for everyone. A la Carte restaurants served well presented options. Facilities kept clean and attractive. Beautiful soft sandy beach. A small resort and easy to get around. Very quiet and relaxing. Would return for another vacation.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Melia Caribe Punta Cana

Our first time to this resort. Service was fantastic, the grounds were immaculate and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good and the beach was stunning as well as the main pool. We had the Level upgrade which was well worth the little extra cost.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Excellent Value

The Paradisus La Esmeralda is a very well appointed resort. The five core a la carte restaurants were very solid with Bana being home to the best sea bass I’ve ever had. The staff across resort are quite friendly and Mario at Vento was simply the nicest and attentive server we’ve had in a long time. The rooms are clean and are in pretty good shape. It should be noted that while there is a small restaurant there, they do not have a stocked bar. The beach is definitely a plus with a long stretch of soft white sand and plenty of chairs. Now the cons: The check in process was more stressful than it needed to be and with two little kids in tow was difficult to then drag our bags to our rooms. We also had an issue with one of our credit cards not being processed. In more than a dozen all inclusive trips overseas this has never happened so I highly recommend alerting your bank to your travel plans. There were also a LOT of mosquitoes to and with several of the restaurants and the main lobby area open air this left our children exposed to several bug bites the first couple days. Finally, I’ve never been more bothered for upgrades or to attend a time share presentation in my life. There are staff members literally lurking behind corners to greet you and inquire if you want to upgrade a room or rent a cabana. These are resort staff and by the seventh time I had to be very firm with them and then also seek ways to avoid them. This was very frustrating. Overall, the resort is a nice place for families with young kids and on par with a resort like the Azul Fives.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Renovation

The hotel is under renovation and it is not the most relaxing hearing drills all the time. If it wasn’t the construction it was the locals trying to sell us things and charging way to much. Our room was supposed to be ocean view and we could not see the ocean at all. We went with adults only because we thought we would have extra perks but turns out there’s a separate VIP called the level that you need to get into half the places.

Melia Puerto Vallarta: Great place to spend a week

The hotel was a quaint resort which I enjoyed. I loved the family atmosphere. I found a couple of the nights quite loud but not over bearing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a single woman I was very comfortable at the Melia

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Paradisus la perla excellent stay.

We just finished a stay at the Paradisus la perla. The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel seems some what if a maze but you do get use to it. This hotel does have a family side that is in close proximity but this was not an issue. Great stay ....

My friend and I went on vacation together to this resort. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing food (quality and options!), delicious drinks, beautiful beach, resort grounds, friendly/ helpful staff and all the other amenities at the resort. We’re not really pool people, but the pool was nice. The ocean was perfect to swim in (slightly warmer than the pool!)- the water was calm and I felt safe floating around out there. Special shout out to Miguel on the beach and Dora, Alan, Christopher and Kevin who were some of our favourite resort staff! Highly recommend this resort!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: A perfect wedding destination

Rooms and grounds were very clean and well kept. Only downside is 3 restaurants are not for children and extra payment required for the Japanese restaurant. Had to ask for beer to be put in the room.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Lovely resort

The resort was clean well cared for, food ok, but lots of choice. The beach was large, plenty of loungers. Staff very pleasant and helpful. There was a bit of renovating going on in some of the units. Service to and from airport on time. Getting into the country was lengthy---long lines, slow fingerprinted in one line and not others.
