Everything is absolutely first class; walking distance from the Jr. Suites at the beach to Lobby and Restaurants / Entertmnt. i s rather long for older people like me. Food good, but better at the Japan. & Pacific Restaurants ! Entertainment fair only........

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: real nice place

everything was good except the food, I lost weight which was good but it was because I couldn't eat the food, they have to upgrade the food in all the hotels , everyone says the same, food was okay when we made reservations at the specialty restaurants, the Italian was very good, the shows were good every night, the market in veradero was great and the catamaran trip was fantastic, the crew on the Lire were very funny and we had a great time, I will be going back, Sunwing rep at the hotel was a  [... read more]very nice guy and spoke very good English

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Just what we wanted

This was the first time to this resort, eighth time to Jamaica. We wanted something not as far from the airport as we usually travelled and not too large a hotel. What a great place. We booked an oceanfront room. This was on the third floor, elevators ran quickly is you didn't want to use the stairs. Room had a wraparound deck so you could see the court that the hotel surrounds and the ocean. There are lots of trees and sandy area on the beach and the beach was nice. No fighting for shade [... read more] if the sun got to be too much. There's a reef that completely goes from one side to the other which scuba divers seemed to enjoy. Also a lot of people were snorkelling closer to shore. Great food, nice rooms, great service and staff. The people talked you for a proper conversation, not just the polite small talk. We went to the Japanese and Aunt Ruby's Steakhouse (Uncle Tony's was closed for renovation). Had surf and turf - hard to get a steak this good in Canada. Japanese was fun but noisy - they cooked on two grills in front of you and entertained while doing so. Others said they also liked the Cajun Restaurant. We will be back again for sure. Another gentleman said he has been to this resort 10 times, why go somewhere else when this is perfect.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Fabulous!

Stayed from Nov 18 to the 24th 2016. The hotel is beautiful. The staff from the reception lobby to the buffet and poolside were friendly. Immaculate grounds. Maids took care of the rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise. Lots of variety of food. Always had a local food station as well as lobster. Meats, chicken, cheeses. Can't imagine anyone complaining. The week we stayed the weather was a bit windy but that's out of anyone's control. The only drawback was the shower pressure in the room was very low.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: One of the better 4* all inclusive resorts !

Excellent location if you are planning on staying on the resort or short trips to Sayulita or into Punta de Mita. About an hour by cab and $75 into PV. Resort is well laid out. Short walk to get anywhere and elevators for those that require. Beautiful long almost private beach. Constant bombardment all day long by the small village of vendors camped just beside the resort. Get used to saying "No gracias" all day or take long walks on the beach/play in the waves to avoid. Beach service is good a [... read more]nd small bar/restaurant at one end. Nice big deep pool with good swim up bar. Loved the rooftop lounge area for drinks anytime of day, especially at night. Food at all restaurants was good. Service here was very good from everyone. Grounds are immaculate. People always everywhere cleaning. Big theatre and decent talented people/costumes put on good shows. We love this area of Mexico and will return to this resort.

Iberostar Selection Varadero: we picked this resort for our 50th. anniversary and no regrets what so ever.

this is our second trip to iberostar varadero and we still thought it was great very clean well kept and the service was very good. the hotel has kept some of its character unlike the newer ikea square box no character hotels.also i noticed that while the staff accepted tips i did not get the feeling that i was hoovered over to get the tip.and no notice of any change in service if i did not tip. its a great hotel and we have stayed at 12 other hotels in cuba. jim&adele

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus: More Lobster Than You Can Ever Eat

The Hotel is older but immaculate, cleaners, pool boys, and gardeners every where, repairs that were needed were completed within hours . Huge selection in the main buffet, Japanese restaurant, was fun missed the Mexican, Steak house is the one on the beach used for lunch. The Colonial was superb the first week an absolute disaster the second week, The beach and sea were remarkable, highly recommended I can not remember the last time I have seen such a clean beach. Friendly staff, clean resort, great food (coconut crispy fish was unreal), beach was nice, pool is clean and huge, espresso was surprisingly good, everyone is in a good mood, all good things to say. Highly recommended

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: My Perfect Paradise

This was our second stay at Iberostar Ensenachos and we loved it just as much as the the first stay. Our daughter was married last year at the resort and all was beautiful then. The resort is very welcoming and all staff in lobby, dining, pool as well as beach areas are super friendly and very accommodating. We were able to meet with many individuals working within the resort and compliment them on their extremely hard work and dedication to their roles. Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing Resort

This resort is great. the grounds are well kept and clean. No issues with the food, lots of options. the beach is clean with great service. all in all, a great resort. It is a large resort but lots of trolley's available. Overall, you will not get any better service throughout.

It was a good vacation in this resort but the last 3 days the weather was very windy and cold and we could not swim in the sea or even stay on the beach . the rooms need upgrading . The beds are not confortable . very old closets and mirrors .food was not bad but no tags to know what is the plate you choose . very loud music in the lobby and outside . Any way you have to enjoy the vacation

Close to the beach. Amazing very welcoming people. Not many young people at the resort. The cappuccino at the resort was amazing. The service technicians were great help any problems they came right away.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing holiday

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was a great size, beds were very comfortable and finishings were nice (marble tile floors). Shower was malfunctioning but nothing major. Food was great, there's always something you can find. Restaurants do not have AC but the only place we ever noticed it was at the Japanese restaurant (so hot we left). Pool is amazing, huge! Our stay here for the third time was once again great due to the staff. Even though we had rain everyday, the staff did an amazing job keeping the place safe, dry and entertained. Grounds staff were always working hard to clear walkways only to have it rain again when they were done. Bar staff provide excellent service, always ready to serve with a smile. The hotel has lots of lounger spread out around pool and beach area that there was never a problem finding a place to relax. Last week was our 39th visit to this resort. Obviously, we love it there. This time, we tried out a couple of specialty restaurants within the 5 hotel complex which we had not tried before. The Cajun restaurant at Lindo turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Nice room, good service and the Jambalaya was delicious. However, the Italian restaurant at Paraiso Beach was beyond belief! very good natured staff, beautiful rooms and comfortable amenities.I liked the decor which was very lodge oriented with lovely stained glass and glazed tile. The gardens were spectacular and just a short walk to a taxi stand with ubiquitous vintage cars. The excursions were a blast, and we all enjoyed a great rest and good meals.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Best Ever Vacation

Having raved about our last trip to the Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Nov./2014 to everyone who would listen, we were worried it would not satisfy our memories, but low & behold it not only met our expectation, it far surpassed them. Our room (oceanfront superior) was large,airy, extremely well kept, with a great view. The staff, if possible was even friendlier & more accommodating than last visit, from room maid to butler to concierge to all bar & food staff. We are thinking of trying the Grand in the Punta Cana in the spring but hope to be back in Mexico next fall.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: great time

staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was acceptable however very repetitive. Rooms were decent. Pools were a bit small but overall it was a great time. Would go again. Loved that the kids club was right beside the pool so I could stay at the pool and still see the children.

Hotel Mojito: Exelent resort for fool relaxation

In this resort we were found everything for fool and deep relaxation. Comfortable accommodation, excellent service, amazing beach with snow white sand and crystal clear water. We found a spaces where we were alone or had a fun with other people. In our opinion this is right place for anybody who going to escape from big loudly city and relax in wonderful nature.

J'ai voyagé avec mon conjoint, ma fille, son conjoint, leur fils de 2 ans et demi et leur fille de 5 mois. Nous avons eu une superbe semaine. Le service nous a agréablement surpris tout le personnel sympathiques, serviables. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans le sud mais pas souvent nous avons eu des serveurs sur la plage a la piscine, vraiment bon service. La propreté Impeccable notre femme de chambre nous faisait pleins de petites attentions. Parc pour enfants, piscine et piscine pour enfants. La plage est très belle, mais il y avait beaucoup d'algues la semaine que nous y étions. Ils ont élargie la plage donc les chaise et parasol très loin de l'eau. Le buffet n'est pas très gros mais on trouve toujours, car il y a le grille des viandes, des pâte alimentaire, des poisson et l'autre changeant des fois fruit de mer et d'autre fois hamburger, hot dog. Pizza, salade, viande froide.
