Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort: Sorely Disappointed

Nice room. Lovely pools and beach. Couldn’t get reservations 2ngts for anywhere. Where we did only the Italian and Mediterranean were good. Poor service and the sewage smell through out the resort was unbearable. ☹️. I would not recommend

Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana: Very nice resort.

Overall, a great experience. Good food, friendly staff, and peaceful. Beautiful beach, I felt very safe which was important and I really enjoyed the entertainment. The adults only areas including the pool was in small sections. But that being said, fantastic trip and resort.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Beautiful Resort...but some things to consider before booking...

Beautiful resort, grounds were impeccable, terrific amenities, children’s attractions, and a la cartes. Resort is VERY large...difficult to move around with small children or ppl with mobility issues.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Fabulous vacay!

A meticulous resort with friendly and courteous staff, always willing to help. The golf course was in excellent shape and the weather complimented every day we played. A good selection of restaurants and good variety of foods at the buffet. Recommended vacation resort for all ages!

Grand Bavaro Princess: Did not meet my 5 star standard.

Nice hotel, good food but terrible service from maid to restaurant staff. We are very forgiving people but after our first complaint in regards to the staff and how loud and noisy they were we were told it would stop. It didn’t even after the second complaint. We decided not to mention it again not worth our time trying to fix something they were obviously not concerned about.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Bahia customer service could use some improvement.

The resort is quite large so you need to use their tram system if you want to go to the beach or to your room from the main building. Food is very good and in abundance. Resort is lovely and clean. With the exception of the maids who cleaned our room; the staff only do the minimum that's expected of them. Customer service is not their forte. Information is very difficult to receive as staff is not knowledgeable of what's going on in the resort. Excellence Punta Cana: Excellence

It was the best resort ever in all my trip give this a 10 in all occasions the staff was extremely good and the rooms are all excellent so was the food at the pool bars they got amazing drinks and if they didn't have it they would call and it was there asap they made are holidays so relaxing thanks

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: feels like going home

the resort is beautiful and well maintained...........the food is fabulous but the wait staff were not as attentive this year as previous years...........on the beach the waiters and waitress were great and very friendly but most of the ones in the lobby bar and garden bar seemed to be more interested in chatting, dancing with each other or on their cell phones than wait on tables........bar service has always been slow but this year the lobby bar was very slow..........2 waiters and one waitres [... read more]s at the beach restaurant stand out as knowing their jobs well and caring about the tourists........Fransisco and Ramon took good care of us in the morning and at the a la carte restaurant Tequila............the a/c in our room was not very cool and neither was the fridge and the bed was the worst part of the holiday.........I am still suffering from sore back and hips from sleeping on that mattress for 2 weeks............all in all it was a great vacations and we will be returning again next year..........hopefully they will have fixed our minor inconveniences and have someone come to train their staff........big thanks to our room maid .......she did an excellent job and always greeted us with a smile and hello

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Very nice resort ! Beautiful Beach !

The Resort was very nice (unfortunately they were doing some construction which made it appear a bit less clean in some areas BUT it will look really nice when it is all completed ) The grounds and rooms were very nicely done and the staff was very friendly. Our favourite part of all was the beautiful beach for sure. !! Spent most of our time there. The one disappointment we had was that we had pre-paid for our rooms several weeks ahead of our vacation because we wanted to be in a certain a [... read more]rea and to be next to our friends and have a great view of the resort But they gave our room to someone else even though we paid $70.80 US for them and we ended up on a different floor in a different part of the building from my friends with no view. Our friends got their room OK and every time we walked by I looked at the room I was supposed to have and I was disappointed Because it would’ve had a fabulous view of the whole resort and we would have been with our friends. When I talked to the reception about it they just said we will give you money back and they didn’t seem to be concerned at all So I would recommend when you get that email that says pre-pay your room don’t bother because you’re not going to get it if someone else is coming for a longer stay and wants that room. We were told we will get our $70.80 US back in 10 days so we will see. It was not the best way to start the vacation but we did really enjoy ourselves. The food was very good but I would recommend that you not waste your time trying to get into the restaurants Every nite because they rush you through the meal and there did not seem to be a whole Lot of ambiance. The buffets were just as nice and the staff were very friendly.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: terrible vacation

the hotel grounds are very small,however if you have a walking disability not for you as there are no carts to take you around.If you want to go and swim and drink alchcol and soda only its okay If you go you should book the VIP or adult only,this is the only place to get your mixed drinks like pina coladas,caesers,dirty monkeys or champagne,your can go to any bar if you are VIP you can not get these drinks otherwise. Had to phone to get our room cleaned 2X and we had left a tip everyday appa [... read more]rently they start maid service by 8:00 so if your not up and out of your room they go right on by. They have a steak house restaurant but you have to pay extra for the steaks(starting @$22.00 american,The same at the lobster house @$20.00 a lb. the only good thing I can say about my trip is the weather was great 29/30 degrees everyday

Secrets Cap Cana: Amazing Resort!!!!!!!

I strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking for that extra special place ....beautiful grounds, spacious , super clean rooms, unbelievable room service, incredible food and staff, great nightly entertainment. A large number of activities offered throughout the day..well organized by competent and entertaining staff.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Amazing Hotel for Couples!

It was one of the nicest hotel, I ever been to down south. To have a butler, on hand was great. The grounds were so breathtaking, the staff were polite, but communication was difficult as very little English was spoken. I wasn't traveling with my husband, so its not an ideal spot for single women. It was a girls trip and we were hoping to enjoy the nightly entertainment. Excellence Punta Cana: most beautiful place I have ever been!!!

from the main entrance to the ocean theres not one negative thing I can say!!! everything there was excellent!!! clean ,beautiful staff amazing , food to die for! the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is relaxing!!! I'm definitely going back!!!! Cant wait

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort

We very much liked the physical layout. Rooms were all at the back and the entertainment area at the front of the hotel. It was very quiet at night; couldn't hear anything. Although the hotel was full, one never had to feeling of being crowded, unlike some other establishments. Being a new hotel, it looks and feels like some considerable thought has been given to maximizing space, at least in all areas there were spaces to sit and the beach was never over-populated. You could always find a  [... read more]spot. The food was very good, especially the Hunter Steak House, the Grazie Italian and the Zen. Service in all the restaurants was also very god, staff very friendly. We stayed in the Diamond Club and we especially want to thank our butler Michael. He was superb. He checked in with us on-site 3 or 4 times a day to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged our dinner reservations and changed times on our whim. We have been to Punta Cana many times and stayed in most of the hotels along Bavaro Beach and this was by far our best experience! Primarily the service we received and the physical infrastructure we enjoyed in the Diamond Club. We had a great time and we will return.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Winter Relief

Beautiful resort to have the chance to stay at. Beach stretched forever both ways with white sands. Food at all the restaurants was very good. Drinks were perfect. Staff everywhere were hard working and friendly. Overall a top resort!

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Great Resort

The staff were amazing, from Papi Honffi making sure we always had drinks, to Ramon delivering them to us on his head! (Yes, it was something you have to see!!) to the whole Vibe Team making you feel so welcome and keeping the entertainment going. (Pablo really went above and beyond). Right down to the hard working ground crew, this place was a perfect get-a-way!

Facilities services food all excelent staff and service friendly and helpful. Room was nice view not the greatest.food and drinks plentiful lots of choices staff all friendly and helpful. Beach was clean and beautiful

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: The Royalton Bavaro Resort is Excelente

We stayed at the Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa from February 6th to 13th, 2020. This was our 6th trip to Punta Cana and our very first stay at the Royalton Bavaro Resorts and must say this was our favorite of all the resorts that we have stayed at . We were greeted by friendly front desk staff and recognized right away that this was a well clean well managed resort. We tried all the restaurants other than the Zen/Asian cuisine and found them all to be very good with our favorite being the Italian Grazie , even the Buffet food spots were plenty good with lots of selections. Java spot was excellent. Rooms are very nice and were cleaned daily and the linen when requested and the beds are mega comfortable. The bars fridges could have been maybe been more pre-stocked with beer but there are bars everywhere with lots of friendly pool staff to get you a cold beverage. The Lazy River was awesome and lots fun stuff for the kids to enjoy. The entertainment was reasonably good and we really liked the local bands they had playing nightly next to the Martini Mix Bar. We are happy to write this review and feel we have been to enough resorts recognize a quality resort and the Royalton Bavaro is one We look forward to returning again on our next vacation. Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Very good resort

Check in and out was flawless. Good pools and a great beach. Hospitality suite was a bonus as we had a late evening flight. Staff were attentive especially when tipping. Food was very good. We were told no reservations were required for the restaurants but timeshare clients made them and were always a priority which was disappointing. Overall a very nice place.

The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. Very clean.. Grounds well maintained. Rooms were big and the service was outstanding. No complaints. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation.. Our Butler was always available thru What’s App and response was quick.. The beach always had lounge chairs available and staying in the adults only side, we had the luxury of Bali beds to use.. Best place to have an afternoon siesta!! I found it somewhat routine, with the same performers putting on different shows.. good effort, but wasn’t for me.
