Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Great resort

Even though the resort is big because of its beautifully kept grounds and well thought out layout it is very easy and comfortable to get around. For those able bodied, the walk anywhere (restaurants, pools, beach etc.) is within a 10 minute distance. The resort does offer regular tram service to every area. The people working there are friendly and responsive. The big variety of food was plentiful and tasteful. The only advise that I have for the resort management is, that they should be mor [... read more]e generous with their actions instead of just paying lip service to the fact that they respect and acknowledge loyalty from repeat customers.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grand Bahia Principe Greta Resort

This was our 4th visit to this resort, so we knew what to expect. The food is always good to very good in the buffet and even better in most (not all) ala carte restaurants. The house wine is sub par so if you want something good order a bottle off the wine list. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had very low shower pressure in our room and hit and miss hot water on a couple of days, but it wasnt too big a deal. My only disappointment this trip was the beach.  [... read more]It is all mother nature and out of the resorts control. The sea has eroded quite a bit of the sand in the Coba Akumel areas. We were in Tulum and there was a ton of seaweed. The resort works every day to remove it, but some times its a losing battle. All in all a great place to visit

Rooms were nice and the dinning was amazing great food and great people very friendly and fun resort great for adults and kids many different themes every night and different activities!! Beautiful beach and pools!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Exceptional experience

Rooms were immaculate, very spread out so it didn't feel like the massive resort it is. Stayed in building 10, part of the Golden service, super quiet. Super friendly people and can't wait to go back

The people are really nice and friendly, big variety of food, clean and spacious rooms. The resort needs some minor renovations though, like updating bathrooms and changing carpets in the corridors. Also we asked for several things and some of our requests were never fulfilled...

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: First class resort

This hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The food was good and all public areas were well kept. There was ample pool area but could have used a few more chairs. This was my second time at this hotel and I would use it again.

Very well run, great staff! Very well organized. Lots to do on the large property. No complaints! Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing vacation! Hoping to do it again! Travel Agent was very helpful and gave lots of supporting information.

I've been to Luxury Ambar Blue 7 times now , it gets better everytime , staff are a amazing, friendly and always helpful , smilies are endless and beautiful . Can't wait for next year with all the new renovations happening this coming summer and to get more enjoyment and relaxition .. Cheers to everyone there . I recommend trying this piece of paradise !

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wonderful Holiday!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Grand Bahia Principe Coba. Melanie Johnson did a great job recommending this to us. Staying at the Premier Coba site was a perfect choice. We had great service from all the staff and the facility was beautiful. One item that I particularly enjoyed was the bottled water. Bottled water was plentiful and all the restaurants provided bottled water as a staple, the ice is also made from bottled water so no need to worry about getting sick from that. Overall this was a great holiday and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I would also recommend Melanie, she did a great job!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Beautiful resort

We just loved the hotel especially the food and the room by the beach in the Royal Golden area. As we are seniors we really appreciated the proximity to all the action. The beach was great but very busy. Lots of people in one place which we are not used to . The pool area was very nice but very crowded and noisy. The bus service is a must in a resort this size. Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Beautiful resort !!

We Just returned from our very first holiday and it couldn't have been any better . We traveled with another couple who had been to Grand Bahia la Romana before and loved it . They were right The food was excellent the grounds were beautiful the beach was big and very clean and not too busy The staff was friendly as helpful. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Dream vacation

The staff is what made this vacation exceptional for us. They are hardworking, friendly and always helpful. The grounds for this adult only hotel was kept immaculately. The food was always well prepared and delicious with always plenty to eat. The drinks at the bar was always stocked with my favourite type of gin 'Bombay '. On every occasion the snack bar was always well stocked.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Lovely resort!

We had a few hiccups but it ended being a great vacation. They sprayed our room twice for bugs and after that we didn't see anymore. Our Jacuzzi didn't work but within 5 mins the man was there to fix it. They gave us an interview and wrote down all the areas that we thought they could improve on. They really aim to please and accept any constructive criticism. Pools were clean, lots of lounge chairs, great games around the pool and good entertainers at night.

All in all, the resort was beautiful. HOWEVER, room 23104, where we stayed was full of mosquitos. We complained 4 times. We were with a party of 7 people. The other two rooms had no mosquitos. The hotel "supposedly" sprayed the room for the mosquitos. We still got them. Finally the last night we were there, they offered to move us rooms. Like really? Last night? I recommend the resort, as long as you don't stay in room 23104. We booked the A la Carte in the Mikado(Japanese) restaurant to have th [... read more]e chef cook right in front of us. They screwed that up as well, and said we didn't book it. Very disappointed for the amount of money it cost us.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: safe, fun.

The grounds and hotel are very clean. Our room 22515 was very nice and well kept for our week away. Feb 28th March 5th. This hotel is very large, use your map it helps. Book your special dinners right away, they fill up. The pool bars need more choice of drinks. The beach is small. The lunch at the beach is wonderful. This is a very nice hotel, we had a very good week.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Quiet and tropical

Great resort if you want a quiet adults only location or you can afford to play golf. The beach is a little far away and the other resorts are large and noisy. The service was exceptional and every issue was dealt with quickly and easily not resolved until I was satisfied.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Lovely resort

pros: lovely grounds, entertainment for everyone young and mature, cons: initial told of an upgrade to a sister hotel Sian Kaan, it turned out not to be, after asking for a quiet room we were put next to an equipment room that housed a air conditioner so we had to sleep with ear plugs, seaweed, i found the atmosphere/staff at Coba friendlier then Tulum

grate for families with younger children, playground &water parks excellent,restaurant (Italian)waste of time, buffet best for kids .Shows too loud,bad acoustic&should be more focused on children stories not on adults-easy to fix

This was our second time to this resort in as many years and it was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Food was amazing, beach was great (although the time we were there they were struggling to keep the seaweed cleared but did a great job!) and the staff was as fantastic as one could hope for. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
