Sol Palmeras: Very clean and wonderful resort

The rooms were clean, air conditioner worked very well, fridge kept drinks cold! The beach was incredible! Staff were polite and friendly. Beach towels were big and fluffy! We want to bring the kids next year!!

Starfish Varadero: Beautiful resort and beautiful people working there

This was our second time back here to this hotel.Myself and the 3 girls go on a trip every year.We got upgraded the 2 times we were there.First the upgraded rooms and then the villas.We were close to everything at the villa.The pools are very nice but the beach is absolutely beautiful.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Great Resort

The only problem the hotel has is elevators, they work every other time and every other day, the rest is great -fascinating balcony view, an amazing beach, food was very good, lots to choose from, the best coffee.

Hotel Villa Cuba: Great resort

This was a great resort. It was very clean, very friendly staff and great food. The beach was amazing. Would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again. Nice large room and great entertainment

Playa Vista Azul: the resort is not a 5 star, i would say that it is a 3 1/2 star

To start off the beach is too far from the ground, the one on the far right should have some accomodations like washroom etc. the one on the left is way to small and crowded. The restaurants you should take reservations and the host should be more friendly. Also the buffet restaraunt were do i begin... to start off you had to go begging for a spoon, not enough tongs to get the food. They did not refill the food quick enough or the dishes. The staff needs to be more friendly. When you are sitting in the lobby the staff instead of asking if you want anything to drink they just walk around If a drink is on the menu they should have the stuff to make it or else take it off Also more people should be at the bar serving. I have been to Cuba multiply times and this was not a very nice experience

The day before I had been treated to an adventure that I'll never forget. Gran Caribe Sun Beach Hotel is the only place I'll ever stay when I go to Varadero; my reasons are simple, it's because of the people that I've come to know, the ones that I speak about in my poetry. Cuba has become my second home & these people are now my family. It's never 'goodbye' when I have to leave, it's always 'until next time'. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Very nice resort

Everything was very nice. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thinking of returning again next year! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beach was magnificent! Swimming with the dolphins excursion was the high light of our trip. I can cross it off my bucket list now! The temperatures were in the 30s most days. The beds were super comfy, didn't wanna get up in the mornings. We were there with a group of 32 people for a family wedding. It was beautiful! Got tons of pics & videos.

Barcelo Solymar: Very Nice Resort

Overall, the hotel was quite nice! It was very close to the beach and ocean and had plenty of pools and places to relax. The staff who worked there were very accommodating and nice. I found the resort attracted a younger crowd of people which was nice as my friends and I went for our grad trip. The resort had lots of activities going on. It was a short walk to downtown Veradero where the bars and clubs were located which was nice. The only down side was the food. Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Amazing guest service but eh overall

We had a 7 days stay at this resort, the guest service and staff was excellent but the overall resort experience was not up to standard and I wish they would not rate this resort as a 5 star it was more like a 3.5 star. In the rooms the sheets had a bad smell to them and if the 2 beach/pool towels weren't returned you were charged 15 cuc each towel, and there wasn't free wifi you had to buy internet cards for 1 cuc for 1 hour and it only worked in the lobby or pool side. Iberostar Selection Varadero: AMAZING RESORT

Everything about this place was spectacular, i absolutely loved it and for sure i will be going back. Everything is clean the rooms are big and beautiful, the food was excellent with lots of different choices. The people are the best always ready to help with anything and everything the very best thing about this place is the beach and the set up they have down there, it was awesome.... like I said 100% i am going back I would go every year if I could!!!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Amazing Stay

The hotel was wonderful! A little outdated but well kept and the grounds were stunning! It was very easy to navigate to the pool and beach am the restaurants! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and spoke great English for those who needed it! I really enjoyed the buffet as it seemed that there was a lot of European influence in the cuisine and the a la carts were great also but make sure to reserve as soon as you get in! We also got a bus into Havana for one night and he staff was helpful in getting us there and back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Melia Peninsula Varadero: Staff are amazing!

The Melia Penisula Has a outstanding setting with lush beautiful palm trees and an absolutely gorgeous beach with amazingly clear water! The weather was fantastic also. The pool was great and the entertainment at the hotel was top notch! Every night we had a band in the lobby and a dance show after that. The staff were beyond helpful And polite. Barcelo Solymar: Decent for the price

Overall a pretty decent resort! Very close to downtown varadero, about 10 minutes walk to bars and clubs! Beach very close and beautiful! No swim up bar and bars around the beach and pool do get super busy so bring a big cup or get multiple drinks at a time! Food is decent, recommend bringing condiments like hot sauce and spices to make it more enjoyable. Definitely bring snacks as the snack bar only sells fries at night. Hotel Villa Cuba: Amazing Resort

This resort is clean, the public bathrooms always had toilet paper and soap to wash your hands. Our room was nice and we loved the location of the resort. It is close to downtown and within walking distance for us (15 minutes). The staff were very helpful and always happy. The restaurants were clean and operated on time. The A La Carte restaurants were some of the best we have been to before. The beach was kept clean and there were always shade to be had. Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Great resort

This resort is great. Grounds and rooms are clean. Beach is amazing and pool is just as good. Close walk to the beach which is a bonus. I have found a difference between last year to this year with the service and food. Food is very repetitive and not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people at the resort. But I must say all the cooks and staff did there best. But we go to Cuba for the beach. I would return to this hotel in the near future.

Hotel Villa Cuba: Fantastic Trip

The resort was absolutely beautiful, was extremely clean all things considering. If you are okay with ants and things like that the villa is definitely the way to go. If you are not a fan then the hotel would be the spot for you. The staff is extremely funny and very upbeat definitely made the trip much more enjoyable. All around great trip at a great resort surrounded by great people.

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Varadero Ocean Patriarcha

The hotel was clean and the personnel was polite and helpful. The beach was beautiful. Our room, on the ground floor, had a small wooded area next to the terrace which was very nice. The food was good, especially in the restaurants.

Muthu Playa Varadero: Great Resort!

Very clean, Great lobby bar & Pool area. Awesome entertainers. Very nice beach area with parasols. Size of the resort was very good, very walkable - not too large. Buffet didn't have very much of a selection - food was much better at the a la carte restaurants.

Paradisus Varadero: Family Concierge Hotel

I just returned on Sunday, May 5th, 2019 from staying at the Family Concierge Hotel in Paradisus Resort in Veradero & would highly recommend it! The staff were amazing & the rooms were very modern & clean! The wait staff at the Buffet & Snack Bar were fantastic as well! My family & I had a fantastic week there!

Barcelo Solymar: Dissatisfied

7 out of the 9 nights the room had No AIr conditioning and everytime the front desk said they would send a technician to fix it they never showed up. On our last night they finally changed our room. Sleeping in the heat with no AC was torture. I would not go back to this hotel
