Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: So fun!!

The rooms are average, smell musty, and a little damp, but for the amount of time you spend in your room it's livable. The grounds are kept very clean. The food is 8/10. The steakhouse is amazing! One of the best steaks I have ever had, and I'm a huge foodie.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Amazing Resort and service

Our vacation was amazing from the minute we arrived. So thrilled to have received an upgrade to an "ocean view room" for our anniversary week. The service was wonderful, the staff very friendly and the hotel and all amenities were spotlessly clean and well maintained. My husband really enjoyed his 2 golf games that were included. Definitely a 5 star resort.

Sunscape Splash: Good time

I was pleased with the resort, our room was cleaned and re stocked daily. I especially liked the 24 h cafe, they offered food like home. Most of the staff was excellent, some of the staff bothered us for our things, and wouldn't leave us alone. Over all good resort, wouldn't go back.

Sandals Jamaica South Coast: Our Sandals Whitehouse 10 day vacation

Dear Shaukath Fattah, We had a trip of a lifetime!! AMAZING. From our arrival at Toronto Airport to Montego Bay to Sandals…..it was fantastic. I didn't realize I had motion sickness until half way there, but other than that our stay was outstanding. Sandals Whitehouse was everything plus more. We're so glad we stayed the 10 days. We had decided to use the Airport Bus service just to make sure it was completely stress free. The only thing we wondered about was that we met a lot of Canadians at Sandals that had booked trips with different features included in their trip like spa days that we didn't have, or trips off of the resort that were included with their booking that again would have cost us extra. Again…it was an amazing adventure and one we would like to repeat. We definitely will want to return in the near future.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Great Resort

The hotel was beautiful! Staff where all nice. Buffet was better then restaurants in our opinion. Beach was beautiful, always chairs! Locals around a lot on the beach. JR in the market down the beach is awesome! !

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: One of my best so far!

My cousin and I booked this resort last minute and ao glad we did. The staff are great, the rooms were very comfortable and the food was on point! I would definitely return ....met some really awesome people as well

Couples Negril: Loved our stay at Couples Negril

Message to Couples Negril: Whatever you do, DON'T fire the Chef! Food was oustanding! Our compliments to the Chef and his team! Absolutely everything we ate, was delicious! We just loved it! That was what we appreciated the most. We liked the small size of the resort (200 or so rooms). Vegetation is lush, rooms are extremely clean. The food is outstanding! The service is excellent; the response time when we asked for something was incredibly fast! Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: 4 star at best

4 star resort with some 5 star staff. resort starting to show some age. average pool and beach above average food average rooms but beware you get what you paid for before unpacking as the large groups push couples and singles away from ocean, pool and restaurants. resort adds locals and cruise ship traffic to boost numbers during slower periods. watch for big "time share" push.

Riu Reggae: Amazing resort

We arrived at the resort at 11:30 am the check in was fast. The was ready at 2:30 so still had plenty of time to eat and drink. The food was awesome and lots to choose from. The whole resort is well laid out everything is close so no long distance walking. The al a carts did not need reservations and was no problem getting in every night. JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Exceeded Expectations

Facilities, room, restaurants/food and staff were excellent. We have travelled to many all inclusives and believe this one is fabulous. Pool and beach area are lovely. The only negative was that I'm not sure the hotel has figured out the best system for making use of the butler service. They were always asking us if they could do anything but didn't offer to do something for us. For example, we made our own reservations at the restaurants simply because by the time the butler came around ,  [... read more]we had already done it. We also stumbled upon the wellness pool because friends had a massage and were informed about the pool at that time. The butler didn't mention this to us. I hope they sort this out because it was an outstanding vacation.

Riu Reggae: New resort- rave review!

Start to finish- excellent value. From the superb accommodations, food, drink, activities and the best service of any tropical destination! Loved Jamaica and the people. One love. One heart! I would recommend this resort 100%.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice Resort - had some issues

Beach and Pools were nice and clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was not amazing it was average. For a 5-Star resort I was expecting better food at the buffet and more selection. The hotel pre-booked our A Le Carte's and booked us on the same day as the wedding. We were promised four A Le Carte's but only received 1. They wouldn't do anything for the pre bookings so I was disappointed by that. We also lost power for multiple days which was a bit annoying. I wo [... read more]uld have felt better if the hotel management would have let us know what was going on, why the power was out, and what they were doing to fix it. Instead we were left in the dark...literally. Thank goodness we were down there with a good group of people. We definitely did not have a 5-star experience but enjoyed the weather and the company of each other none the less.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: The good and bad

We went to this resort with 19 people and had a great time. The pool area was great jerk chicken fabulous, lots of pool chairs, and we had no issues with power outages while we were there. This hotel is not rated properly and I would consider it to be no more than a 3 star hotel for the following reasons: the hallway carpets are extremely dirty and need to be replaced, the a la carte restaurants are fully booked at at all times and you cannot make reservations in advance for a large group ce [... read more]lebrating a special event (not even for 1 night), the beach is rocky and small, rooms were often not made up and typical services (towels) had to be asked for repeatedly.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort!

The grounds were kept neat and tidy. The rooms were always clean and large. Lots of room for a king size bed , a desk area with a couch, and a beautiful view on the balcony. They are working on changing the carpet in the hallways. They need it. And I find that there is a charge for the room safe. I did not like that part of my stay. I think the safe should be included. Other than that we had a really good time and all of the staff were friendly.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: ROOMS NEGRIL

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and loved everything about it. It is in the middle of 7 mile beach with lots of great entertainment and food choices all around you. The staff at Rooms are all very happy to help you with whatever you need. Highly recommend this hotel!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Beautiful resort

The resort is beautiful and clean. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and plenty of space at the beach and pool areas. Rooms were very clean but the bathroom was not the best. Steak and itialioam restaurants are very good but hard to get into as you cannot make reservations. I advise to get there when they open. I would definitely come back to this resort.

Riu Reggae: Not a 5 star

Our first time in Jamaica AND first time to stay at Riu. Check-in was okay, staff's friendly, they checked us on the ground floor and when I mentioned that we requested a second floor room, they were pleasantly accomodating, though we had to wait the next day to be moved. The room was fine, not what we're used to for a 5 star accommodations. The floor by the sink got flooded every time, we showered, looked like the caulking not done properly. We're not much into alcoholic beverages so we'd rat [... read more]her have a coffemaker than a bar in the room. Whenever we go away, watching tv is not really a big deal, but it's nice to have while relaxing and waiting for dinner time, so when we turned on the tv, the reception was poor, so we asked for assistance but no one showed up. We didn't ask again as we didn't want to impose. The hotel grounds in general is fine, considering it's newly opened. Beach was okay, though I stepped on mud patches, heard it was a reclaimed beach. Lots of loungers, no complaints on that. Pools always crowded, which was not a concern to me as I prefer the beach. Buffett restaurant was okay, though we're quite disappointed to the lack of seafood choices, we're in the Caribbean after all. Some fruits served we're not ripe, pineapples we're pale, hard and tasteless, same with soursop. Went to the specialty restaurants and they were disappointing as well. Being familiar to different cuisines here in the GTA, I find their food pretentious. Also, every time I asked for a rosé with my dinner, I was told either they don't serve it or they ran out. At Kulinarium, I was told they don't serve it but then I saw a guy with a glass, and pointed it out, to my surprise, I saw bottles being chilled in the stands. Being non-white, am I being discriminated? The jerk chicken from the hut was great compared to the buffett restaurant's. Watch out for the bartenders, they don't put all the ingredients that's on the cocktail menu. We had the misfortune of using their medical services but we were treated very well by the crew involved. One thing for sure, the Jamaican people that we encountered on this vacation were wonderful! We will definitely go back to Jamaica, though we'll stay somewhere else. Over all, I rate this hotel 3 stars, the staff get 5 stars. I'd recommend other places before this hotel.

The Hotel was amazing.... the staff were very friendly, and so accommodating. They did anything to help make our stay the best. The hotel was very clean and spotless The food was amazing anything from the sit down restaurants to the buffets it had something for everyone. The hotel was child friendly. The only thing is that the evening shows were way too late at 9:30pm The children shows were from 8:30-9:30 they should change the time for the children shows from 08:00-8:45 pm then the [... read more] adult show after a long day we did not stay up to see any evening shows way too late The only things I need to share as a complaint are the following: The main pool the tiles in the water are damaged in many spots through out the pool and my son cut his foot quit badly. With the hotel being so nicely up kept I was shocked to see that they would allow the pool tiles to be damaged and not fix it. Also the other complaint was that the coffee at the hotel was terrible. They did not have cream for the coffee so I went without coffee for a week.

Couples Negril: Wonderful Place!

This resort is excellent great food, fantastic service and most of all one of the finest beaches anywhere. Grounds are well kept, the resort is easy to get around but most of all very accommodating staff.

We recently stayed at this Resorted Dec 2016, we loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, the food was good, the Pools and beach was lovely too also the staff was very friendly and made your stay exciting. I would definitely go back.
