Cayo Levantado Resort: Amazing resort

Thank you for a wonderful week long experience. 1. We found the all Staff & happy to look after us through out our vacation. 2. The Animation Team especially Paulina & Jesus encouraged us to participate in the activities throughout the day and evening. eg Bocce Ball, Stretch, Aerobics, Spanish lessons, Bean Bag toss, Bingo and the Coconut demonstration with Monkey Boy climbing, The Acrobatic agility at both evening entertainment was amazing. 3. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Nice resort

this resort is very beautiful. Entertainment was really good. Restaurants were good. The staff needs to be friendlier to their guests. This is the biggest negativity they really need to work on being more courteous. There were many times that I didn't feel like I was welcome. Don't get me wrong there were some staff that were great but more that weren't. Yes I would recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Service was bad

I would never go back to this resort. Rooms dared. House keeping bad, customer service overall need to be better. Had to call every day regarding house keeping. Workers at the customer service desk not helping with issues.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Resort gone down hill

We where at this resort 4 years ago and it was excellent. This time not so much a few days we didn't receive towels in our room and friends didn't get their mini bar restocked. Friends called to get bags taken to lobby but did not show up. It seemed like there is less staff working.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: A Great Huge Resort!!

This resort is no shortage of food, drinks, pools, restaurants, shops....you may need more than seven days to see it all. The grounds were very well maintained, the staff were helpful and polite, always smiling and greeting you. We had one small problem with our room and that was the shower that sprayed water all over. T [... read more]his resort is a 'Complex' of smaller resorts within it that makes it feel like a complex. This resort has a shuttle carts that run up and down the main artery with people to go to the beach and different locations within the resort. We like to walk and there was no shortage of places that we discovered along our walks. However, even thou this was a huge resort we always felt safe no matter where we were. They had staff on the beach making sure that the vendors were not hounding the sun bathers, making sure that the resorts patrons were at their designated areas (Ambar Blue & Ambar Green adults only) no families with kids were allowed in this area. All in all its' a lovely resort and if we go again we will certainly stay for more than seven days. :O)

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great vacation

We had a great time at the Grand Bahia Principe! We travelled as three couples - food was excellent, pool and beach were beautiful. Small problems with our rooms - fixed quickly. Would definitely go back! Some staff were a bit pushy about tips but overall the staff were great!

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Nice resort for first all inclusive vacation

The vacation was great. Only issues which cannot be changed are weather and location Food was great and so was the service. Entertainment could be better however we had a wonderful vacation. I will be returning in the future.

This is a very well maintained facility with well appointed rooms. The staff at the facility are very friendly and ready to answer your questions. The beaches are white sand Nd pristine. You will feel very safe inside the compound.

We went a second time and up graded room. Not sure why now. Our room was exactly the same , other than we had to listen to a noisy fan from on the roof of the steak house. Complained first day and asked to be moved. Didnt get moved because they were fully booked. Didn’t get the view we were promised either. Our travelling companions asked for two beds,as they are not a couple...nope...single bed...because double bedded rooms are saved for couples with children. Wow. Really. So two grown men h [... read more]ad to suffer with one bed and a couch. This was the upgrade. Never again. Didn’t enjoy flying transat either. Felt like a sardine. No window on the way home. Hot as hades in the plane. What a crappy flight. Will def go back someday, but not this resort or flight company.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Not worth the money

We were group of 8, luckily we had a fun with each other, if not that it would be disastrous. Rooms were great and clean, that is the only positive thing about this resort , food was not so great, two out of of us got food poisoning, beach wa ugly, rocks and weeds everywhere, could not swim at all, we were going every day to Grand Bahia beach. People are not ver friendly, only few of them were very nice, tennis guy Kevaughan, he would even help at the lobby, and few more people, other than that, people were not nice at all. Entertainment was very poor, lobby had one piano and one guy was screaming with it. Does not worth the money at all!

We found the resort a little too large and the buffet food wasn’t the best. The a la cartes were top notch but hard to get reservations. The staff were friendly and the rooms were quite clean. Was a little disappointed that the beach areas were in small sections but still enjoyed it. As far as the bar is concerned, if you don’t tip right away then don’t be upset if you have to wait to be served. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beautiful Resort!

This resort was amazing! The grounds were gorgeous, the pools were amazing and the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious in buffet and restaurants and the entertainment was great. We stayed in the adult only building # 83 which was perfect in every way. We especially loved the Brazilian Grill at los Corales , the Mediterraneo, and the Don Pablo. I wish the water was a little deeper at the beaches but still very nice. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Disappointed

We were not overly impressed with this Bahia Principe after going to the one in Mexico. The food didn't compare and the large breakfast buffet more often than not took forever to replenish basic staples, scrambled eggs and bacon! It was also about 95 degrees in that buffet room! Grounds were beautiful, staff friendly and rooms very clean, however the restaurants were so disappointing. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent Amenities

Very large resort that has everything you could possibly want. The size makes it a little spread out, however there is a very effective trolley transit system to shuttle you around to wherever you need to go (it's also walkable if you don't mind a bit of a hike). The grounds are extremely well kept, and the food is quite good (buffets offer a wide variety of choices, and the a la carte restaurants - that I visited - were delicious). If you want a more quiet experience, you absolutely want to choose Tulum or Akumal (both have easier access to the beach as well). All in all, a very enjoyable stay. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Great week!

Felt safe the whole week. Resort is booked to capacity so no chance getting a lounger by the pool unless you’re up at the crack of dawn. Ppl will reserve loungers by leaving towels and will also take other people’s loungers- it can get cut throat! Pools are nice and have swim up bars. Beach is small but sand is soft and huts or umbrellas for shade available. Staff are friendly and have a sarcastic sense of humour. Food is great for an all inclusive and no stomach issues. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Big does always mean better

Beautiful large resort however because of its size the food was often cold or overcooked. The rooms are nice however it took at least 20 minutes for hot water. The night shows started at 10 pm and were not very entertaining.. The beach was very narrow with lots of rocks and seaweed. Over all I have been to much better places.

Bahia Principe Grand Samana Roulette: Second time to this Resort and enjoyed it very much again

Very beautiful area and the grounds are lovely also. The Hotel was very clean and well looked after. We found the Staff very friendly and helpful especially Laura at the desk who went out of her way to find us the right room.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful resort

The resort grounds were stunning, the entertainment first class. Service was slow and minimal understanding of English was a bit frustrating but definitely worth a visit. The beach is great and clean with lots of great kids entertainment.

This resort was very clean and the pools and grounds well kept. There was a variety of entertainment. The staff were always pleasant and friendly. There was a lot of variety in regard to what to do, eat and drink. All the drinks were yummy! It had all the elements to make a great vacation!

The Ambar Green section is very well maintained and the staff are efficient. Food was exceptionally good. Buffet was always great! Don Pablos Ala Carte was a fav..Many folks loved Brazilian steak house but not great for me. I had a hamstring issue so Trolly was needed to get too far e.g. beach is likely 800 meters away from building 85. Trollys are regular so not a big deal.It is a sprawling resort with many sections. I couldn't play much with gimpy leg or I typically would have hunted things like pool volleyball, which is not played in Green, but saw nets in the Bavaro.and esmerelda sections. Beach is great, ....we had stayed at the RIU next door a few years ago and new it was good. Great quality in the Green Adult only section, though I may try another area if I was feeling more energetic.
