Courtyard Bonaire Dive Resort: Great Location!

This hotel is ideally situated centrally on the island, close to downtown, central to all shore dive locations and near supermarkets and dive shops. There is abundant parking. Staff was always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are diving and staying at this hotel, it has a great rinsing station available 24 hours, lockers if you need them (free with a refundable deposit). Some things to be aware of if you stay here. It is located near the airport. Planes are not a problem, but the airport fire department tests their equipment every morning between 7-7:30 am every morning. Not a problem for us because we were always up early, but may matter to some people. Could try to request staying in the north side rooms if a concern. Our room on the second floor had no places to hang or dry wet bathing suits, dive shirts or towels. We got pretty creative which meant things were hanging everywhere. Some of the rooms on ground level have chairs outside for drying.

First time at this resort .can't wait to get back .all areas of this resort are super clean .Staff always ready to serve you .there is a great selection of food.rooms are clean every day. And the beach is incredible. Overall an amazing place to stay.see you next year.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Sunscape 2019

Ok hotel. Service good, food just ok. Rooms are ok. No hot water for the whole week. Only 3 bath towels and no hand towels or facecloths. Beautiful beach and swimming area. The entertainment was mediocre. Three star at best

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, great weather, lots to see and do. 2 weeks in paradise! Hope to make it back in the future:) The restaurants served a great selection of quality food, always plenty to drink while relaxing by the pool or on the beach.

Love the beach, pools ok, same food repeating at buffet and restaurants weekly, buffet servers slow and not attentive, ask for a spoon and you'll be left to get your own on more than one occasion, miss the weekly treats at the beach grill, like no steak sandwiches, beer treat in boat and pyaya, casino is outdated and machines are like vacuums with your $, The people are hard working but need more training and help, they are for the most part very accommodating and pleasant (just not so much in [... read more] the buffet!) Kunuku Aqua Resort: Great resort

The resort was great well designed and great for families and adults alike. The variety of food supplied was a bit weak but there was always enough and prepared well. The employees were extremely friendly and willing to assist at all times. Great trip.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: 3rd time and will go back

Love the staff and beach. Room had an ocean view and was very clean minor issue with bathroom door handle but otherwise no complaints. This is my third time at this resort and will go back again. People are very friendly and willing to help if you have any issues.

I’m not planning to write in details, cause I think tripadvisor is better place to write in. But about the trip, ocean was perfect, sandy white beach and blue water, gorgeous weather and amazing sunshine were the best part of the trip. Resort was tired! Buildings go back to 1960s! Which is still funny and that 3 hours not even available. They either go out of cone, or ice cream or the ice cream is too hard to serve! Lol they prepare seats for outside twice the week but it’s just good for the first 50 people Lool the rest have to take the food outside and go sit inside to eat. Generally you cannot eat the chef’s bbqs! All super over well done! No juice or taste remains. Even burgers are not eatable! I can write pages and pages.

Divi Flamingo Beach Resort and Casino: Peaceful paradise during the day, but after dark....

This is a small piece of peaceful paradise during the day but depending on what area you are staying in it becomes impossible to sleep. I had to wear earplugs every night and my partner was up most nights. The only draw back to this resort is if you are staying in the studios with kitchenettes, they are close to the street, our room backed onto it. As soon as the sun set the road noise started. The weekends were the worst. That being said the resort was clean and well maintained for an older resort. We only ate once in Chibi Chibi one of the a la carte restaurants. The meal was over priced and the quality was ok. I don't like eating over cooked frozen veggies in a restaurant. For the most part we ate in our room. The kitchenette was well equipped for a weeks stay but wash everything before you use it. We found dirty glasses and containers. The blender is for drinks only. I tried to make guacamole but it just wouldn't work. The BBQ is handy too but go early it gets busy. The snorkeling is the best I've done. I've scuba dived in the past but was very happy just to relax and snorkel. The raised sand area was very nice but there is not real beach. The only draw back was on our last day more guests had arrived and there weren't enough spots on the sand area to sit after everyone else put there towels out and walked away for the day. You are also close to the grocery stores. We preferred the Van Den Tweel. It has an excellent selection and I have food sensitivities so I could find excellent gluten free foods, tofu and dairy free foods too. We would go back to Bonaire but unfortunately due to the noise not the resort.

first room terrible second room after spending 4 days in the first much better restaurants waited at least 1.5 hours before getting meals need better chefs. The workers are very friendly, the evening shows cheap

The hotel itself was clean. It could use some updating but this is to be expected for the age of the resort. The grounds were well kept. The beach area was gorgeous. The snorkeling was amazing...just like being in an aquarium. And now the ugly...the staff were miserable, except for LaToya at the Sugar Reef bar. Sunscape Curacao Resort: Such a Great Vacation!

Everything you need is there. Most especially the location is fantastic being so close to the Aquarium, Mambo Beach, and Willemstad. The snorkeling on site was also really enjoyable. I even saw a lion fish!

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Not a 4 star resort barely a 3

This resort needs a lot of work to be granted a 4star rating. Food is very reptious and boring. Every once in a while there was things very good but never saw them again over 10 days Restaurant staff do not seem to be happy and never smile. Too many nights waiting 2 hours to receive your meal which was always cold. Beach was great but pools full of noisy kids.

This is not a 4 star resort but enjoyed our vacation. Check in was fast and easy and our luggage was taken promptly to our room.The room was in The Tower and was large and newly renovated.Down side was the thermostat was broken with no replacement available.We kept the patio door open most of the time to heat the room up. Was disappointed there wasn’t an adult pool but spent all our time at the beach anyway.The water is so clear you don’t need to snorkel to see the fish.Never had a problem getting beach towels or a spot in the shade. Very few people towel reserved chairs. The food was “resort food”but could always find something to eat at the buffet. Did not like the lunch at the beach but in the evening the food was much better. I had steak and ribs and both were very good.Service is always touch and go. The Japanese restaurant was very good. The Italian was a disappointment the first time we tried it.Over 21/2 hours to serve dinner but the second time was better. I was disappointed in the lobby bar.Just a couple of tables with plastic chairs but assume most sit around the pool after dinner. It is a small resort with everything around the pool area. The bar tenders were all friendly and efficient and the servers could take lessons from them. The entertainment was hit and miss ,The carnival night and fire show were good. If you just want to experience the island it is a good resort.If you are looking for a true 4 star this is not for you.

Sandals Royal Curacao: Amazing Resort

Friendly staff , check in process easy and hassle free. Grounds were well kept and cleaned. Hotel was beautiful overall and quiet. Would definitely visit this resort again. My package was not all inclusive but meals were affordable for two people.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Great Resort

We were in building 7, ground floor. Access to the pool, a bar and the ocean within feet of our door. Excellent location 😊 Small pool right off our patio, the bar beside was a ala carts at night. Noise was minimal / steak ala carted was great/ no reservation required 😊

Everything was very neat and clean Hotel staff went above and beyond to help All staff were extremely polite and friendly Beach & Pools were always clean Steak, Italian and Japanese restaurants foods were perfect No reservations were needed for the a la carte's - except for the Japanese This was great idea as no long line ups! Sunscape Curacao Resort: Best vacation ever.

My husband and I have been travelling for over thirty five years and I must say this is the best vacation we have ever been on. From the time we booked until we arrived home it has been worry free. Heather Felice went above and beyond with her personal care. One couple we travelled with didn’t notice the misspelling of his name. Heather was notified and she sent new travel docs down to the resort to make sure we had no issues when leaving Curacao. The resort was beautiful, food was good a [... read more]nd the rooms were great. Heather requested ground floor and rooms together. We were three doors away from each other. Staff at the hotel were the most pleasant people we’ve met, always considerate and it was always “my pleasure” when serving us. The smiles and friendliness of everyone was unbelievable. Our stay at this resort was nice but there are a few things I would like to say. First off it rates itself as a four star resort online and it is certainly not, I’d say it is a three star and going in knowing that would help people to manage their expectations. The rooms were clean but you never knew when you were going to come back and find your room cleaned. They also do not put clean sheets on during your stay which I didn’t particularly like. The food is hit and miss as is the service and quite honestly they could do with a better rotation or selection of foods. But I think all resorts face this challenge. Overall we did enjoy ourselves but I would only recommend the resort if you are ok with a three star and all that entails.

Sandals Royal Curacao: Nice spot ,high end hotel , clean impeccable service, only 3 restaurants , for family of 4 breakfast $70 , lunch $90 , dinner 120 no alcohol,

Place was a postcard setting, very nice , little pricey but highly recommend this place .they need more activities but ther working on it . Outside excursions very expensive. Can’t wait to go back !!!!!!!
