Riu Montego Bay: nice resort

clean and well maintained resort. Beds were nice, buffet was nice, pool was nice, staff were nice and the entertainment crew was good. Steak house was bad. average size resort. Nice resort but nothing over the top special about it except AMAZING FOOD.

Beaches Negril Resort and Spa: Life changing experience !

The resort was beautifully laid out, the staff was amazing, the food was excellent and the beaches were spectacular. I would recommend Beaches Negritos Jamaica to anyone, in fact I already have !!! Thanks again to the wonderful staff who were always happy and helpful, the made my stay something I will not forget !!!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Awesome Hotel and Location on the Strip, downtown and nightlife clubs

I would definitely come back to this resort! I went with my friend (we are both young women) and felt so safe. We walked along the strip and to the downtown area. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view balcony. The beach and ocean was amazing to swim in. We saw hundreds of butterflies flying above us on the beach one day which was breathtaking. We had a gorgeous view of the sunset! It's on the strip and walking distance to downtown. Fun clubs were Pier 1 and Margarita Ville. Great food and  [... read more]staff. Beaches Negril Resort and Spa: Great Service

My Daughter had her wedding here---didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised -----even though it was a Family Resort with a lot of Kids it was well spaced out with activities for and venues for the children and adults both---- Te Staff were more than accommodating and friendly all the the time. Lucky the GM was very helpful when we did have a small problem and more than rectified it with a complimentary cruise to Ricks Bar for our wedding party. Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing Staff

We stayed at Riu Ocho Rios for a week in November. Our family loved the staff and they were wonderful, sweet and kind. The resort is run down and needs a refresh. It is the staff (ie cleaners, cooks, wait staff and entertainment crew) that may the experience unforgettable.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort

My recent stay at the grand Bahia was amazing the resort itself is beautiful not to mention the ocean views that comes along with it the food was amazing very well kept property only issue we had was with our room there was a musty smell and a leakage from the ceiling other then that no other complaints

Club Ambiance: Great Resort

Had a great week. The staff is very friendly and it is like you are with family in some ways as we have come to this location for a few years now. We were there in the off season so it was not to busy which is okay with the wife and I as it is very quiet and the staff has more time for each individual.

Riu Ocho Rios: ok resort

Food was good, ocean dirty, hotel old needs updating, good size, loved that you didn't need reservations for dinners nothing horrible nothing great. Went to a wedding. It was beautiful, kids club was great! Beef patties awesome! Kids loved the turtle pond, pool was cold

Riu Ocho Rios: Rui on the decline

The Rui in Ocho Rios is not a five star hotel, shabby rooms very old beds and poor food. Have stayed in a few Riu's and this was definately a disappointment. Luckily we had a really nice bunch of people to hang with

Sandals South Coast: So-so resort

Not exactly the Sandals quality we have come to expect! Food was good, employees nice -- but that's all. First of all we were told we may be moved further along because of "decorating" in the italian complex. Major demolition is more like it (some people weren't even told about"decorating") Lots of constant noise, beach detours, mud, unhappy guests. Certainly a misrepresentation. Not much value here for seasoned travellers. The alcohol "major top level brands" did not pan out. One type o [... read more]f beer, no high end vodka, gin nor tequila. Are we cutting corners here Sandals? Two restaurants were closing, the beach looks pretty in your advertising but, apart from the construction detours, there was mostly seaweed & rocks& mushy bottoms. I would rate this resort at below 4 star. We paid a premium to be here and as far as we can figure, we paid about $1500 more than comparable holidays

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resort

This hotel is very beautiful....very picturesque! The view is breathtaking from every angle. The actual (hotel), is exactly the same as the pictures displayed, we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean from the room to the lobby, to the beach and to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Lots to eat and do according to your interest.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Beautiful resort

I had a great time . everyone was very friendly and nice . I found the bartenters at the lobby taking there time to serve you! They could have more stuff going on during the day . music playing by the pool would have been nice when the entertainment was done during the day.

Sandals Negril: Great Honeymoon

Sandals Negril was an amazing spot - it not only met but 100% exceeded our expectations. The property, rooms, service, food and beach were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and will be back at some point. Perfect spot to celebrate a honeymoon or anniversary. Thanks again for making us feel at home.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Loved this resort!

Just spent 7 nights at jewel paradise cove and I have to say we loved it! The people are warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, good variety at the buffet, especially enjoyed the meal at the Japanese restaurant. Our room was bright, clean and updated with an amazing view. We took advantage of the free water activities and went paddle boarding and pedal boating. If I had to find one thing that I was disappointed in it would be beach. I knew going in that it was a small beach, but with how it [... read more] was situated in the cove I certainly didn't have the turquoise clear water and seaweed free white sandy bottom that I expect in Jamaica. Sometimes I felt like I was in a lake in Ontario but warmer.

Sunset at the Palms: Wonderful!

Friendly service, beautiful rooms, great jerk chicken hut at beach. Food and restaurant booking system could be improved, but lots of variety at buffet. Only problem with room was there was no bathroom door.

Sandals South Coast: Awesome vaca!

This was our first time to a Sandals resort and we enjoyed every minute :) the main pool, water sports and food were amazing! We especially loved the tubing, sailing and paddle boards and used them daily! Thank you for a wonderful vaca!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: wow!! just wow!! :))

My first time to Jamaica and I was beyond amazed!! Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful well kept grounds. Room (only a junior suite) was huge and clean. Pools gorgeous. Bars plentiful and fast service. The Sunset Cove with Jerk restaurant was a delight. Beautiful sandy beach and food excellent. Minimal wait for any of the many a la carte restaurants. I feel like I could go on and on more about how fantastic my week was at this resort. But I won't-go and be amazed at a real 5* resort!

Couples Negril: Best Vacation Ever!

Couples Negril was so amazing and we will definitely be returning. On October 28th my new husband and I left to celebrate our Honeymoon at Couples Negril. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by lovely staff and a glass of champagne. We were checked into our room in no time and sitting by the swim up pool bar. Immediately we noticed how clean the resort was and how attentive the staff were. We never waited for a drink and when we did not want to get up we could just put the flag up  [... read more]and the staff would be there to get you what you would like to drink. The food was also incredible, from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner there was always something wonderful to choose from. We were lucky enough to enjoy a private candlelight dinner on the beach. That was by far the best meal that we had and a very romantic touch, I enjoyed lobster while my husband had beef tenderloin. Again we never had to wait for a top up on champagne or wine. We took advantage of the snorkeling and catamaran cruise to swim in the caves and again that was fantastic. Overall we give this resort a hands down 10 out of 10. We met a couple that had been to this specific resort 85 times, they are there 4 times a year and we certainty know why. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

Sandals South Coast: Wonderful Whitehouse

My husband and I stayed at whitehouse from October 29-November 5 2016 for our 1st wedding anniversary... 1 word... Amazing! Yes there was construction but the staff and property made up for it 10 fold

Secrets Wild Orchid: Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I stayed at this amazing resort, WO side PC from October 28- November 4th. This resort is nothing short of absolutely perfect. From the time we arrived, until we left we were treated like absolute royalty. We had a Butler, his name was Miguel (sp?) Our wish was literally his command. He was so very professional, intelligent, respectful, very hard working young Man, with the upmost potential to be the very best in his field. He was always there when we needed him, and he genuine [... read more]ly seemed like he really enjoys his job. He was so happy and joyful it radiated off of him. Right down to everytime he seen us, the genuine excitement on his face, was honestly what felt most like "HOME" That's what this resort prides itself on, they welcome you "home" the minute you walk in that door. The restaurants were amazing, the service would put others to shame, that's how good they are! At this resort, you will feel like you are home, with one giant happy, family, waiting to make your stay the very best. The cleaning staff was efficient, and again, HAPPY!!! Leo, our beach/pool server on WO side PC, blew us away with his personality, attention to detail, and over all, all around, is a huge asset to this resort. Miguel is as well. Those two are quite the team on WO side. The entertainment was exciting, new, and had some of the most amazing performers I have seen to date. I wish I knew all of their names! Kudos to all the entertainment staff :) Coco Cafe, has some of the most delicious hot beverages on their menu. The service is top notch (the beautiful pregnant woman, and short haired woman that has only worked there 4 weeks) Both of them we seen regularly, and both paid attention to detail, was very pleasant, clean, and efficient. The room service was always tasty, AND hot. This resort honestly proves there really is no limit to what they will do to make it your BEST vacation. I travel quite frequently, and have chosen this resort twice. Once for 8 days, another for 10. Within 3 years. This is one of our very favourite resorts, and we will be going back "Home" within the year. I would like to thank everyone at this resort, that works so hard to provide us with the ultimate vacation. You ARE what is right in the Hotel/Management industry!!
