Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Friendliest place ever

The service was beyond excellent,the staff were amazing,the food was mmmmmmmm great,the room service amazing ,the waitstaff were so friendly they remembered your names they were sincere in asking about our trip they made you feel at home

Hotel Mojito: Amazing staff, good beach, fun experience

The best feature of this resort is amazing staff. Bar staff are great, always greet you with a smile. Sandros, Aireio, Axle, Freddy are great. The other vacationers at this resort are very friendly and fun. Beach and water are very good. Resort is in good sharp, rooms are ok, should be updated. Pool area is good. Breakfast buffet is ok, Omlete station is good, lack of meat and often potatoes. Lunch and dinner buffets also just ok. Pasta station is good, grill station is ok. Always the same thing [... read more]s, should have theme nights with different items. The a la cartes are ok, not good. Entertainment is ok. Overall the resort is very good for the price. The great people make this resort. Many returning vacationers. However, do not travel with Cubana Airlines. Our flight from Toronto, scheduled for 6:40 am, departed at 12:15 am. Delayed by 20 hours with no reason given and no communication.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Good value for the money

The grounds were nice, layout was great as everything was rather close for a large resort, even the beach. Rooms were tired. Food was ok, lots of choices. Great family resort - too many kids for me....

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Beautiful resort, amazing staff!

Absolutely loved this resort. True 5 star. Food, staff, room, pool, beach! Loved it all. We went snorkelling in front of the resort everyday. We did the dolphin cove and Dunn's river falls excursion. Norman was our tour guide and Scott easier driver. They were awesome!!! We also did a catamaran ride to a reef for some snorkelling with a stop at Margerittaville on the way back. Such a seeetheart! Alwayne made my omelette every morning and he never disappointed. Such great service. If u want pasta at the buffet ask Randel to put some thing delicious together for you. He is a pasta genius! Lil' Suzie was so lovely every time We went to get our towels. The list goes on and on. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They're amazing! You will be treated like gold! We will be back!

Hotel Mojito: Good value, service top quality,

You pay less but still get a great vacation. 5 star beach, top service not a new resort but still great. We are not familiar with all the bar drinks so it would have been nice to see a list of the tropical varieties. We traveled as a couple and met many happy vacationers.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Great PLace to Relax!

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are kept very clean. Even the washrooms by the pool are spotless.The staff are very friendly and have activities going everyday from 10 am until 4pm. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We forgot to lock our safe and the maid had security come and lock it and left a card stating that some valuables were left out and security had to come and unlock our safe. They do a flaming tequila over beef and the flaming Mexican coffee. The café for coffee was good. They changed the chairs all around the pool from beautiful padded chairs to mesh chairs. They weren't nearly as comfortable and the original chairs looked more high end. There was never a problem getting a chair or shade. The infinity pool is perfect for all ages and warm. The ride to the hotel was 40 mins but we went directly there with no stops. The beach is 4 stories down from the pool area and I felt it was too disconnected but there is bar service on the beach and its very quiet. Never a problem getting a chair and the venders on the beach are not pushy. Overall excellent place, secluded, quiet and very safe.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience!

I loved the staff and their continued enthusiasm. They are very hard workers, but also know how to enjoy themselves which I think made my experience more relaxing and fun as a guest. Also the food was amazing!! I love sea food and there was not shortage at every dining experience. and it was great to try some more authentic Jamaican food. It was all delicious!

Hotel Mojito: The Iberostar Mojito was truly fantastic!

The grounds were beautiful and maintained daily. There were many pools to choose from, including a children's pool with activities. The staff treated the kids as if they were their own, so the parents could have some adult time. All staff was very friendly and obliging, and always smiling. The buffet was extensive and delicious, and the a la carte restaurants were intimate and refined. The beach was to die for...the whitest sand and turquoise water. The weather was perfect for every day of our 10 day stay...sunny, 80 degrees, no humidity and a gentle breeze. We took a couple of excursions, which will be life long memories. A trip into the town of Moron, and swimming with the dolphins. Highly recommend. Lastly, our TripCentral contact (Cindy Calaghan) was amazing, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone is amazing and friendly, rooms are tidy with a awesome view, food is spectacular, drinks are refreshing, beaches are wonderful. Only minutes away from Montego Bay airport. Go to the luminous lagoon!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Consistantly good location, excellent vacation,

We have stayed at this resort three times and have never been dissapointed. The staff are courteous and friendly. Activities are fun. Entertainement is excellent. The beach is nice. Food is fine, and speciality restaurants are excellent. Bar services are top tier. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are fine, and kept very clean. On the down side is a sketchy internet, and poor currency exchange- they frequently cannot change US or Canadian bills at the front desk. We requested a  [... read more]upper floor room months in advance, but a ground floor room was all we could seem to get when complained (a minor dissapointment), though it did have a king sized bed and ocean view. No problem getting a chair at the beach, (but staff assistance to move them seems to have declined from previous years). Pool side chairs are difficult to obtain, as guests seem to hoard them early (an annoying change from earlier years).

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Disappointing

Dining area was excellent, service was also very good. Rooms are poor, beds caused constant back pain, air conditioning didn't work well and nights were too hot to sleep, the bathrooms are not even close to a 4.5 star hotel. Much too small and both my husband and I suffered injuries to our feet as the bathroom door opens into the toilet. Staff are very pleasant but communication was mostly impossible, I developed diarrhea 3 days of 7 after eating in main dining area. The biggest disappointment t [... read more]o us was the poor snorkeling due to rough and murky water and the locals soliciting on the beach. We were unable to walk the beach in peace as we were harassessed constantly by people trying to sell us something.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Very nice

Overall a very nice hotel. The beach was very windy So we stayed at the pool the majority of the time. Service was very good and the animation team was always trying to keep you emtertained and engaged.

Hotel Mojito: Very enjoyable resort!

We recently stayed at the Iberostar Mojito. It was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. The food was fresh and always lots to choose from. The fresh omelette in the morning was welcome. The beach was great and available choice of snacks and drinks. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Accommodations were quite satisfactory. Great for families or couples. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I already miss being there.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: GREAT RESORT TO VACATION IN

The food was excellent,except for the Italian A le carte. Definitely would not recommend it.The hotel was spotless as well as the rooms. The area approaching the main dinning rooms could have been cleaner(water). The beach in front of this resort had a large drop off and the waves were very high when we tried to enter in.This being said we are all seniors so we did not spend much time at the beach,rather we sat around the pool,which we loved. Staff is super friendly,again there is always one exc [... read more]eption,when we arrived which was early 10 am our rooms which we had asked to be on ground level due to the fact that one member of our party has had back surgery,were located on level 2 and 3. We asked for ground level side by side and was assured not a problem and the rooms would be ready very soon.We got into room 1 at 2:00 and the second room after 4.First impressions are very lasting and this put a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths.I f rooms are not going to be ready til 2 say so .mot this is a few minutes!!! We were the only four at the desk checking in,not like there was a full bus load.

Iberostar Waves Punta Cana: wonderful stay

We stayed for one week at this resort. This was our sixth vacation to Punta Cana and our fourteenth all inclusive.The grounds are beautifully kept and our room was very clean with absolutely no issues.The beach is beautiful with very scant seaweed seen. The food was beautifully prepared with a wide variety of choices.The staff are fabulous and this is what makes the resort so special !!!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Amazing resort

Went there beginning of April and we had the best time. Staff were very friendly and always made sure we were having a great experience. Lots of things going on around the resort that you'll need to go for at least 7 days. Food was ok and the pools could use a bit more cleaning ( wave pool and the kids pools) but I would still rate it 5 stars overall.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Good Value - Solid 4 Star

This resort is listed as a 4+, it merits a solid 4 star rating. The grounds are very well kept, and the resort was very clean for the most part. We did have some issues with small ants in our room, and killed one big freaking spider in the room as well. They do fumigate the rooms, so this was not a big issue to us, as this can be expected in this climate. We were a little turned off with the fact that smoking was allowed pretty much everywhere, included covered areas for eating/drinking. While I [... read more] respect the rights of people to smoke, this should be outside of covered public spaces. While some of the staff were extremely friendly, most appeared indifferent, which was a little off-putting. The pool bartender was brutal, he ignored patrons and wouldn't prepare a mojito even though it was on his cocktail menu. The food was pretty good for an all-inclusive, but would have liked to see more selection of hot vegetables. We had traveled to a Riu hotel in Costa Rica earlier this year, and we found this resort just didn't compare in quality and service. This resort would be perfect for families, as there are a lot of activities put on by the animation team and they are really top-notch. All in all a good place, not a great place.

The Resort is grate the grounds are grate, rooms are very clean food is very good the only thing that need to be improved is the beach can be widen on on each side of the beach Restaurant and cleaned better, looking forward to go 3rd time if improvement are made. Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Nice Resort

The rooms need upgrading. But overall everything was good. Very friendly staff. Variety of food selection. Grounds were well kept. Entertainment was good with different entertainers in lobby every night.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Great food and beach hotel under repair

Some parts beautiful, some parts not so much undergoing renovations- Main dining areas beautiful as well as lobby and shopping area. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! Great food and fantastic beach!
