The hotel grounds and buildings are kept extremely clean. Lots of selection for meals and service was friendly and attentive (server always seemed to know when I needed my coffee refilled) Beaches are clean and lovely. We always felt safe at the resort

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Perfect resort for Rest and Relaxation

Extremely well kept grounds, amazing service, quiet and respectful environment, delicious food, nice entertainment with the option to go to the other sister resorts which are a short shuttle ride. But definately not somewhere you want to go to party. Most clientele are adults in their late 40’s and older. A bit far from airport at 1hr45min drive. Had the penthouse with rooftop jacuzzi and used it everyday!!

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Will not go back

We have booked a master suite two years in a row and we are given a standard suite. The first year we did not get the room we paid for until middle of the week. This time we went right back to the reception area and would not leave until we got the room we paid for. We were given no reasons as why this happened, no apologies, no nothing. Why is it so hard to give us what we pay for when we get to the resort. Twice in a row is unacceptable.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

Stayed at this resort for a week. The beach was beautiful and great to walk on. The service was great at the bars and restaurants. There was a variety different of food. The restaurant at the beach was busy and hard to find a table so we tried to stay away from it. We did not try any of the other restaurants. Our room was clean and the grounds were well cared for. Overall a great place to stay. Would gladly go back.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: I will be back....

I have stayed at the Luxury Bahia in La Romana, at the Grand Bahia in Punta Cana and a resort in Puerta Plata. Nothing compares to the beauty and service at the Cayacoa. The lush mountains of the surrounding jungle and view of the Bay is breathtaking. The other reviews are correct that your stay may not be perfect. I met others who had issues with WIFI in their rooms, tubs that wouldn't drain or luke warm showers. But the smiles of all of the servers more than make up for any little inconvenie [... read more]nces. This truly is the one resort that I will come back to someday.

Nous avons passé une semaine franchement très appréciées. Le trajet de l'aéroport à l'hôtel d'une durée d'une heure est pittoresque et nous permet de prendre connaissance de la végétation, des habitations et de la beauté de l'ile. La nourriture était excellente tant au buffet que dans les restaurants spécialisés. Beaucoup de monde sur la plage, quand même un peu tassé. Les restaurants qui donnent sur la plage offre une vue fantastique, service courtois. Pour les adeptes de longue marche sur la plage dans un environnement sauvage, vous serez gâté. Peu d'hôtel autour du El Portillo. Le court de tennis (il n'y en a qu'un seul) nécessite que vous réserviez à l'avance. La qualité de la surface est de mauvaise qualité mais jouable. Les lounges sont nombreux et permettent de faire de la lecture tranquille, ou d'écouter un musicien ou de prendre un verre donc de relaxer et d'apprécier le luxe du tout compris.

Beautiful grounds ,beautiful view ,nice clean large rooms ,nice restaurants, friendly staff ,nice pool. Beach and view were pretty, but beach on natural side is nicer and bigger but a distance to walk, the jerk chicken outside at the restaurant awesome.

This hotel was outstanding. Trip central was easy to deal with and our agent was very knowledgeable and friendly!! We had a wonderful vacation. From the time we arrived for the very quick shuttle to the minute we boarded the shuttle to leave we always felt safe. The room service was a little slow but the food was always hot when we got it. The lobby bar was fun at night and the disco played great music. I would suggest they change the way people get chairs around the pool. FOOD---- 5 Star ROOM--- 4 1/2 Star---Insufficent space for clothes. No drawers,limited number of shelves . My stay at this Resort was great..the staff,food,and the grounds around the Hotel was wonderful.The room was nice and big but lacking one thing...more drawers for storing your clothing..three drawers for two women just dose not work well...also the drawers were broken and kept falling out???..we asked to get it fixed and a man came and jamed the drawers back and said were ok...but not they kept falling out.....one more thing I would like to add..they need better entertainment around the pool in  [... read more]the daytime and better evening entertainment which was lacking.

Very good value....only complaint would be the rooms....very large but lack of closet and storage space and poor lighting. Staff, service, food, entertainment drinks etc were all top notch. Although not on the beach, regular transportation is provided to an adults only section. Only about a 10 minute ride

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: First trip!!

Me and my boyfriend really did enjoy our first ever trip, the room was nice and clean, staff were super friendly. Beach was nice and clean. Only thing was the food we weren’t much of a fan, and there is a construction site beside our resort/ where are room was, but we werent even in our room so it didn’t bother us. But overall we loved it and did a bunch of excursions!

Lovely resort, with attentive staff and great dining options. Little to do by way of water sports or activities which if you're looking for forced relaxation is a positive. Beautiful views from the sea view rooms wkth gorgeously appointed rooms

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice place to stay

I found the resort very clean, the people exceptionally nice and helpful. The food was excellent. Fresh and a great selection. Rooms were spacious with most if not all a balcony with an ocean view. Would recommend.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 9 fabulous days in Jamaica

Just returned from a awesome vacation at Gran Bahia Principe at Runaway Bay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe day or night. Food was very good both at the buffets and the a la cart restaurants. A slight mix-up with our reservation was handled quickly. Promised turn-down service and robes and slippers were slow in appearing but were minor problems. The resort was cleaned constantly. All and all it was a fabulous vacation.

What a great resort very clean. Amazing and friendly staff. We Defiently will be going again with the family. The food and shows where great. Lots of things to do with the kids. Cant wait to go again in the near future.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Perfect for Adults!

The grounds of this resort are meticulously kept. Even the beach is groomed all day long. The services were very accommodating. Our room was lovely. We did ask for ocean view and did not get it. As we explored the resort, we realized that there were not many (if any) rooms that were ocean view. Our room was 2nd floor with a king bed, lovely shower, deep whirlpool tub, working safe, working fridge. Our only complaint was that our balcony faced some sort of generator or compressor behind a  [... read more]store which made a constant loud noise. We decided to let it go since our room was so lovely and we did not spend much time on the balcony. This resort is part of a huge resort. We did wander into the larger areas but we did not need to. In Ambar Blue, a lobby, buffet, a la carte restaurants, pool, beach and shops are all within the Ambar Blue and an easy walking distance. Our maid/butler service was wonderful. Food was great at the Brazilian Steakhouse. It was mostly good at buffet and beach BBQ. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful. An invitation was slipped under our door to attend a "privilege club" meeting. We were sure this was the "time-share" meeting. We did not go and no one else mentioned a time-share or bothered us to go to a meeting the entire week. A very classy way to do it. Pool was clean and had everything nearby (washrooms, food, small shop, beach). Plenty of beach/pool chairs. We loved this resort and the low-key adult vibe. Shows got a little crazy sometimes in the evening but all in fun! We would definitely return to Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar Blue.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Incredible Resort

The hotel and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Staff was amazing, from bartenders, wait staff, housekeeping, and others. Food was amazing and covered a variety of menu items. The pool was incredible and kept clean at all times and the entertainment was some of the best I’ve seen, from the nightly shows on stage, to Local musical talent, to the poolside entertainment crew! Loved it all!
