Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Good resort!

The staff was amazing,grounds were great and the food was great.Air Conditioning was very weak in the room and a little better in the eating areas.The Bahia Coba Privilege Club people are very annoying with there TIME SHARE pitch.Beware!!!!!

Nice place if you want to get away & relax. We like the adults only quietness. Smaller resort means you get to know more people. Beds are firm so some people may find uncomfortable. Good selection of food & drink [although most food in buffets only luke warm never hot unless freshly prepared by chefs.]. Staff work very hard. Shuttles to the beach resorts not a big deal a great way to talk to people & get to know everything about what all the resorts have to offer.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort!

Great food, fantastic rooms, incredible pools and perfect beach! Staff were very friendly! We were at the resort celebrating 30th anniversary and had champagne and a special dessert in the room acknowledging the event. The bed was decorated with swans and rose petals. It was our second time at this resort and we will return again in the future.

Riu Yucatan: Amazing beach with white sand

We stayed in the hotel three years ago and went back because the beach was amazing. The sand is clean and white. Palm trees. Customer service is top notch. The hotel needs a reno though. It is deteriorating from sun, humidity and salt very fast and showing a lot of wear and tear. The food was great.

Grand Sunset Princess: AMAZING RESORT!!!

This resort was spectacular. Not a single complaint. Servers were friendly, caring, fun, helpful. Beach was well taken care of. Food was very tasteful and different daily. Never got bored and lots to do. Only thing , not a complaint but just be Leary there is a "Royal Vacation" there, which we got sucked into …..timeshare type presentation. Don't acknowledge if your not interested. All in all ….. LOVE THIS RESORT and will definitely be back!!!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Excellent for a relaxing vacation

The resort is well maintained, clean and organized. Staff, polite and thankful, are working very hard all the time. Different varieties of food give you the choices to adapt to your preferd diet. Nice free shows everynight. I will defenitely go back again.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Vacation

The Resort grounds were immaculate, staff was always cleaning poolside,hallways and common areas. The Buffet was always well stocked with a great variety of food and desserts. Rooms were cleaned daily and drinks restocked, the only bad thing I can say was the mattress was extremely hard.

Clean Rooms - Great Staff - Great Food -This resort met all our expectations and we will definitely recommend it to others and will likely return again in the future. We especially loved the option of a lively time by the main pool or a quiet afternoon at the beach or another pool. Something for everyone here!!!

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Splendid was had by all!

It was my first time in Mexico. Went there in search for a safe place to meet and rekindle with old female friends. We all left not disappointed. Beautiful grounds which are very well maintained. fun and cute wildlife abounds...Coalis and iguanas. Staff is friendly from the Main lobby for our reception to cleaning staff. Food is excellent, great selection of restaurants. Pools are plenty and very well kept. The Spa, well the Spa is excellent, very zen, invites you to relax and refres [... read more]h. I had 2 massages by incredible RMT Karen. I recommend the Yucatan Massage. Beautiful Spa outside. Our room was beautiful and well maintained by very pleasant and dedicated staff. Will I return, you bet, but for at least 10 days!

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Many positive things about this resort

The hotel was beautiful. The beach was great. We had 3 days with alot of sea weed coming in, the resort had workers removing it all day. It was nice to see that they were on top of it. Food was good and rooms were wonderful. Had only 2 things that I did not like overall. I found that the resort was pushing (time share) you to attend a welcome meeting. We were approached 6 times during our 10 day stay. Did not enjoy that. Also their boutique was very expensive. There was no store to just buy tour [... read more]ist stuff at all or snacks. A sun dress was $69 USD at home I would pay about $25 Canadian. Not for me! Again the resort itself was wonderful as were the maids, bar staff and restaurant staff. The grounds were well maintained as well. Resort was abit remote from towns, for shopping.

Great service. Good food. This was a very enjoyable vacation destination. While it is a huge resort, it didn’t feel over crowded. The selection of restaurants was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grand Bahia Principe Tulum was great!

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Food in the main buffet restaurant was great! Staff were accommodating. They had a market area on resort. The internet resort wide was a bonus! Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and would love to go back!

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Great place

We like it a lot.Food,beach,location.Snorkeling on your steps,jettub on balcony,paddle boards,yoga.Will be returning next year for sure.Would recommend to get penthouse for full body tanning entusiasts.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: If you love monkeys, you will love this place

This place it self was great, the workers however were not the friendly type, I love seeing and feeding the monkeys and all the other animals, lots of mosquito, food was ok, the nightly shows were awesome, not sure if I would go back or not

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing resort!

The complex was big but never hard to navigate around. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a resort, I recommend booking steak house and Japanese al a cartes. they have a good variety for liquor and lots of pools if your a pool person. Always something to do at this resort for all age groups!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great

Great place, good food ,friendly staff, spacious modern rooms. Wildlife everywhere which is very cool. Drinks are made well. A la cart restaurants are awesome. Pools are great, cenotes are gorgeous. Lots of on site activities

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Most Amazing Resort I have ever been to!

Grand Bahia Principe Tulum is the most beautiful resort I have ever visited. You have access to the Coba resort as well which was pretty awesome. The shows were amazing, the disco was fun, we met a lot of great people from around the world and the workers are simply the nicest people I have ever met. I came back to Canada saying hola to half the population here lol! Just a great trip in general. Food, service, stay, and everything about Grand Bahia Principe Tulum was perfect. Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: GREAT FOR FAMILIES OR ANYONE !

MELODIE CARGILL WAS AMAZING AND LISTENED TO EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. SHE WAS SO KIND AND PATIENT. WE WILL USE HER AGAIN 100% first of all this resort is big but they have carts that literally go by every 5 minutes and they have 'bus stops' just a heads up the kids waterpark is at the coba side which you have access to but again need to take a cart. You could stay in coba if you wanted with kids but coba doesnt have a beach. Tulum does. Honestly either side is fine. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Dream Vacation

This was my first time taking a vacation down south to an all inclusive resort and I felt like I was living a dream. I have no complaints. The facilities were spotless, the staff were phenomenal, the shows were exciting and the food was absolutely perfect, and I'm a vegetarian. So many choices, everywhere we ate.
