Brisas Del Caribe: Pathetic

They first day. The food unedible, even bottled water. The hotel rooms run down and old. The salad in invisible. I am so sorry to see how bad things have gotten in Cuba. Medical care # 1 with compassion. These ppl are so crushed and over worked. It is sad to go there. The smell, the air filled with urine and gasoline. Ppl working 14 hour days so hot. The place is dirty and unkempt and the employees are too exhausted to try.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Amazing vacation

Property could use some fixing but it didn’t stop us from heaving amazing vacation…great value for money we paid…beautiful resort with perfect beach .I would like to say big thanks to people who work in this resort .They work very hard to make the visitors happy …

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Waste of Money.

If you like long walks, and no food and feel like dropping weight go here. You will definitely not eat. I've been go cuba many times and have stayed in resorts and never had an issue until now. They have no buffet only a la carte. They are "redoing the kitchen" lies. There are no guests. I moved hotels. Go to Melia cayo.. much better never failed me once. Playq Beach is rocky. Pools are meh. Rooms are clostorphobic. The playa is gov owned, so that explains it all. Oh and the roaches are every [... read more]where, nightlife is blah. If you want directions to things good luck. At the Melia I had not seen one roach and never had mosquito issues. Staff is great buffet is full and hotel is live, rooms are big and Clean. Don't let them think you need to pay to move cuz you don't! I'm saving you from a disaster decision.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Awesome resort

It’s a small resort, therefore the personal attention is superb. Shout out to Andres, Ana,Amy, Silvia, and the entire entertainment team. Just need to improve Wifi;cost us extra and a better drink menu.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: My favourite resort

Why? You won’t find more helpful staff. Professional and friendly. Awesome drinks, Barristas. Can’t beat the awesome Viennese Ice Coffee at Ashley’s Coffee Bar by Roberto. The Villa, overlooking the ocean hard to compare! The house band plays at most meals and is truly delightful. Amazing, smooth, sand beaches! I was treated with so much respect, everywhere at this resort. My dental and medical attention here, was indeed exceptional. Thanks to ALL!

Melia Cayo Coco: this is the best resort I have stayed in off all the resort I have been to in Cayo Coco

not too big easy to get around,beautiful beach the food was good ,and of course the staff everyone from the front desk to the beach boy always helpful . the only change I would like the gym to open earlier then 9 am

Hotel Tuxpan: Great time at the hotel !!!

The hotel was comfortable and had great service by the workers. Small and compact, everything I needed was there. Overall I had a great experience !!! The weather was great, actually it’s always good in cuba. Thanks again CUBAAA !!!

Iberostar Selection Varadero: Great tome

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The food was plentiful and the restaurants had a good offering of choices. The pool was clean and the beach was beautiful. Clear water and white clean sand. Great place for kids.

Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Amazing Beach

Super friendly staff, super nice rooms and amazing beach. The best beach I've seen so far. We weren't missing food but the variety wasn't there. No pancakes in the morning, no chicken at the buffet and no French fries either at the buffet. A bit difficult for picky eaters. We try the Italian, Brasilian and the Mexican restaurant a la carte. Nice présentations and friendly service. Wine was there at least. Sometimes we would asks for a type of drinks to be told sorry we don't have anymore. Starfish Cuatro Palmas: Great Resort ,best food in Cuba

Was here i July. It was my second stay at this resort. What can I say the resort staff are very friendly and the food the best I've had at a resort in Cuba. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The animation team keeps u entertained. A special thanks to Juan Pablo for accommodating our needs. While with cuba u have to expect some corks. Especially post covid. Some times there are shortages of things but always replenished the next day. Playa Vista Azul: Great Resort

The lobby was stunning with the infinity pool overlooking the ocean as a view when your checking in, staff at the front was very helpful and always willing to assist you as soon as you approached the lobby. The room was very clean/huge and the AC worked great, everything was updated. The location of the pool and the beaches were easily accessible and access to the paddle boats/snorkeling was no problem. Sol Rio de Luna y Mares: A good bang for your buck!

The hotel is well maintained but tired. Check-in was simple enough but our room was not prepared based on our request. After an entire day of travel and transfer delays; we were a dismayed to walk in to a room that was crammed with three double beds. The safe didn’t work and the washroom basin did not drain. We were tired and decided to speak to the hotel in the morning, after we got some rest. When I explained, the wheels went into motion immediately. We did experience food, water and electricity shortages but we knew the country was struggling with this. I would say that there could be some kind of notice posted advising guests of the issue but otherwise it was a good experience. Lovely beach with interesting on-site snorkelling. Wish tourists would not leave their plastic cups on the beach…we need to help preserve the pristine beaches we visit. Kudos to the staff who work hard and go out of their way to please. Hotel Inglaterra: Incredible hotel

So historic and beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Mattress was new and extremely comfortable. AC was cold, staff was excellent and hotel was in the most central location possible. Would absolutely return.10 +

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Great time !

Hotel was beautiful and spotless for the most part woerkers go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met . Great people. There wasn’t a large selection of food but what they did have was food. Never left hungry 😋 alacarts were deliciously beach is 💯 beautiful 😍

Everything in the resort was perfect. The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was very good and most importantly the staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. I Enjoyed my time there and I Will Diffinetly return.

Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero: Nice vacation

Very nice beach. Nice and helpful staff. Good hotel. Entertainment and theatre performances were good. Bars and service was good. Enough choices in the bars to choose and drink. Food was just ok. We had a good vacation there.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Excellent

Very good nice beach food good people very friendly I want in June 2023 and going back August I like the place very much shows at night ok big bar a lot space to sit around in doors or outside I go as the diamond club is worth you can eat breakfast lunch or dinner in the school restaurant

Iberostar Coral Holguin: Beautiful resort

An absolutely beautiful resort. Pools and beach were wonderful with adequate amount of chairs available. Staff throughout the resort were very attentive and there was nothing lacking. The Coral restaurant had a very good variety and we ate there most meals. We did try the Japanese restaurant and enjoyed both the food and show. We didn’t try the other restaurants as the Coral Restaurant had everything we wanted.

Grand Memories Varadero: The beach perfect, grounds was perfect, 75% of the time the main Pool Swim-up bar was not open, was messy and smell. The quiet Pool i refuse to get into, dogs always on the rocks above the pool and if they urinated or Mess on the overhead rocks it will end up in the pool.

This Hotel is listed as a 4*, for me its a 2* The rooms were terrible, i changed rooms 4 times. Toilet seepage, other room water always on the floor, another water falling from above. My last room water coming in from somewhere and unto the floor. The manager asked me if i wanted another room, i said no. My family was frustrated and fed-up of packing and moving. Always take her on a vacation, this was wasted time, time i could not get back. Twice my towels were not changed. I have been to Cuba 9 times prior, never had this experience. the food was the worst i ever had, some days no butter or eggs, July 11 the food was ok, but coudn't enjoy the dinner, had to rush to get the bus. My worst vacation, i don't think i will visit Cuba again in the near future. i am now looking at how to get a refund, after-all it was listed as a 4* and it was overrated. False and Misleading Advertisement
