Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: One in a million vacation spot! One for the BOOKS!!!

This resort was more than wonderful. We were expecting a great trip but it turned out to be one for the books. From the staff members to management it was an amazing trip. We are extremely happy with our visit and we definitely will be returning customers. The beaches were great. Despite the hurricane Matthew scare the Bahia staff kept us entertained and comfortable. If you choose this resort you definitely will not regret it. J.S

Sandals South Coast: Incredible First Anniversary Trip

This was an absolutely incredible resort. We loved that all the restaurants were together, the food was beyond exceptional, all the rooms overlooked the ocean, that the beach was five steps from our room, the pools were big, clean, and great swim up bars, loved activities in pool and gaining points, and the amazing staff that would bend over backwards for you! Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort. We stayed on the adults only side and it was wonderful. Beautiful, clean rooms with amazing views. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good, especially the restaurant by the beach. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Riu Montego Bay: Trip to Montego Bay

Everything was great, food, entertainment, drinks. Fabulous The lobby was really amazing. A nice first sight to see Staff was great and can't say enough about the pool and the drinks and entertainment. My family and I had a great time

Riu Montego Bay: The worst vacation ever

There are two constructions going on; one next to the pool and one close to the beach. Noise and dust. Mosquitos and yellow ants on the beach, no service at the beach. Tiles were falling off the pool. Rooms are with old furniture, moldy and dirty. Our rooms got flooded from the toilet on the forth day of our stay, my luggage got soaked. Nobody seemed to care about any problems that occurred during our stay. Food was kept on the buffet with flies coming and going, very few items that were prepar [... read more]ed properly. Ice cream melted and ice cream scoop placed in the very dirty water that nobody cared to change. I tried to find a cup of coffee during the day ( they had instant coffee machine with sugar already mixed in it that wasn't drinkable) and when I asked for it they told me to go out of the hotel and purchase one! That is all inclusive for you! We spent more than 300 American $ in tips trying to get something better out of our stay, even that didn't help us. Last day, I called front desk to send someone to help us with our luggage ( we had 4 kids with us) and I had to call 4 times until somebody showed up. In the meantime, it started to rain very much, so we had to run with kids, finally made it to the bus, we were late and wet. I work in Hospitality industry for 20 years and I this was really poor expiriance. Was expecting much more from RIU hotels!!! The funniest part is, when I told them that this is not acceptable for the 5 star hotel ( their signs display ***** everywhere ) they told me that if I go to their web site and check, they hold only four stars. Unbelievable !

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Best Resort ever!!

This resort is now my favorite resort ever. Clean, classy and so much fun!!! I will now and always be a loyal customer for all my travels. Service was amazing and the food at its best. I can't wait for my next visit.

Sandals Dunn's River: excellent value

I thought the resort was a perfect size, not too big and not to small. I thought the resort rooms were nice and clean as well as all the other areas of the resort. The pool could use some repairs and a better cleaning daily but that's being picky I suppose. We enjoyed the pool daily as well as the swim up bars. Food and drinks were good as well.

Riu Ocho Rios: Riu Ocho Rios Great time

What another wonderful holiday it was. This is the second time there and was as good as the first. The food is always tasty and lots to choose from each day. Something different every day. Pool could have used a cleaning but due to some rain and winds it was hard to keep up. Staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs.

Riu Montego Bay: Amazing Resort

Everything was amazing, Hotel, staff, food the environment everything was great no complains. It felt like paradise honestly. I would recommend anyone who want's to go on a vacation. The people were amazing very friendly. This was was my first all inclusive and it was worth every penny. Thumbs up.

Sandals South Coast: What a wonderful place!

Amazing resort. We can't say enough about the staff. They all went over and above. Amazing food and restaurants. All waiters and waitresses asked about any food allergies,then they made suggestions and even altered the menu to accommodate. The only negative was the construction taking place on the Italian section.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Wonderful Vacation!

This hotel was wonderful. The people we so friendly and would help with any concerns. The food was great and the beach was amazing! The grounds were well kept and clean. The rooms were ok. We didn't love the fact that there were no doors on the main bathroom.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Love this resort!

Great resort .. great food and wonderful view. The jerk chicken is amazing! Like the resort so much we have gone there three times and plan on returning annually for a regular rest and recharge vacation. I like the fact that the resort is more vertical than horizontal. Don't have to walk miles to get from room to the pool or beach or restaurants.

This place was like paradise, I will highly recommend this place to anyone. Also i will surely go back. The people was amazing very friendly. Always there to assist you. The food was great, the beaches, the pool and also all the fun excursion that we did was very nice. Had lots of fun, will definitely go back soon. I love this beautiful place Jamaica.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: amazing hotel...

My husband and I just spent 9 days at the grand palludium in Jamaica on the lady Hamilton side and just love it. The specialty restaurants and the buffet had a good selects of diffrent foods especially if you like authentic jamacian food. The best was the chicken jerk hut at sunset cove .All the beaches and pools where all clean and had bar service with waiters getting you your drinks at the pool and beach which I have never seen at any other resort. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: 2nd Time

We stayed at the Iberostar Beach Resort, and it did not disappoint. The hotel has done some minor housekeeping items that seem to make a big improvement. Last time we went which was December,2015 a busy time the resort was in desperate need of some maintenance which appears to be all completed. Only item which I could state is there was some construction going on with the Steak House (which) is located on the beach, the noise was a little annoying, so we stayed at the other end. The food has loads of variety, we did do 2 a la carts, the Samurai and the Jambalaya both were good. The shows that we went too were great, the staff really do put a lot of effort into what they do! Drinks were good, beach clean, and the staff were great, we would go again.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Zero to Complain About

My brother and I went here for our annual get-away week of relaxation. Truly a great place attentive to all details. Even though it was clearly the off season, the place seemed sufficiently staffed and hummed along with its customer-focused effectiveness. And we had a pile of fun. Would return without hesitation.

Sunscape Splash: Could be better

Overall the hotel itself was good. However..the beach was awful...too much seamoss engulfed the majority of the seashore. The food was amazing. The day and evening entertainment was unorganized and unprofessional.
