last week I stayed at Riu Tequila Riviera Maya and I'm very happy with the hotel. The food was perfect and the beach is gorgeous!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! The day and night time performance was exceptional!!!

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Good Value for the money

The location for this hotel is perfect right next to the Atlantis, you can view the property of the Atlantis during the day and take some nice pictures of the surrounding. You can also visit the aquarium at the Atlantis after 6p.m. for free, during the day you have to pay to see the aquarium. The food at the Riu was excellent although breakfast tend to be repetitive but good. The place could do with some renovation especially the rooms, carpet smells moldy and the furniture is a bit old, paint  [... read more]chipping from the wall. The pool is big and there is only one pool but it is not crowded so there are lots of chairs at the poolside. Most people go to the beach, the beach is beautiful and it is a public beach so the locals are there trying to sell you something but if you just simply say, "no thank you" then they will leave you alone. The hotel is right on the beach, so most rooms have ocean view. The specialty restaurants were also good, my favourite was "Krystal Fusion".

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Pretty nice

For first time vacationers, it was great. Clean and well maintained, friendly staff. One waiter, we dreaded getting (Raúl) in the buffet area. Poolbar staff wasn't very attentive. 24hr bar Bartender, the best!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: ok for first time

Not knowing what to expect. Resort itself was lovely, clean well maintained. But the thought of going the buffet with the rude waiters turned us off (Raúl). The pool bar staff was not very attentive..

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Okay for our first time

We didn't know what to expect. Very clean, well maintained resort. We were having a great time until we had to eat at the buffet. Waiters ruined it especially Raúl. Along with the poolbar staff, who catered to the rowdy white people.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Alright for first a first vacation

The whole resort was lovely. It was our first time going to a resort and wasn't sure what to expect. Housekeeping/rm service top notch. However, the waiters in the buffet area, Terrible especially Raul. As well as the pool bar staff.

Riu Playa Blanca: GREAT RESORT

This was our first visit to Panama we had an amazing time at the Rui this is a great place and resort very friendly staff and beautiful resort the food and atmosphere are very nice would recommend this resort.

Riu Republica: Perfect holiday

I haven't got a negative thing to say about this location! The service and people on staff were so friendly and accommodating. Everything was as promised re: inclusive features. The food/buffets were first-class, the entertainment on the beach at noon and in the theatre in the evening were both top-drawer. Loved it. Felt sad to leave.

Everything was exceptional to the highest extent. The rooms are huge, clean, and close to pools, bars and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and the best part is being able to use two other resorts while in the same vicinity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Riu Bambu: Riu Bambu - unforgettable stay

Cannot believe the 7-day long vacation at Riu Bambu is over. It is so beautiful that coming home makes me feel even a bit sad. The crystal blue sky, white sand beach, ocean in various blue, and the passionate music and dancing, plus of course all kinds of cocktails, wine and beer... I went there with my son and another family, the kids absolutely love it. My tips: the Pirates tour is very impressive, you must not miss this excursion! I forgot to take rubber band for my hair, while I strugg [... read more]led what to do with my hair, "Captain Jack" reached into his pocket and got me a rubber band - is he making miracle? I took the rubber band as a souvenir. Whenever I look at the the rubber band, I will think of Captain Jack. The yoga coach is amazing too. I cannot describe how much better I felt when I followed him to do a good stretch on the platform right facing the ocean! The yoga music was so soothing that I absolutely tasted the happiness deep in my heart! The food were fabulous. I would strongly recommend Steak House and Italian Restaurant for the fine dinning in the night. But please make sure you wear stylish dress or pants instead of shorts... Checking in upon arrival was not the best experience since we had to wait till almost 3:00pm whilst we arrived hotel around noon. Hope the hotel can do sth about it. Entertainment is another area which I would wish to have improvement. A magic show for example would cheer everyone, adults or kids, unfortunately we didn't have it. Hotel room is fine, but cannot understand why there is no free WiFi in the room which made us have to run to the lobby in order to use the WiFi. I would appreciate it much more if SunWing representative can send a reminding notice to each traveler regarding check out time and shuttle bus pickup time one day before the return flight... All in all, an impressive vacation that I would definitely repeat!

Riu Vallarta: RIU VALLARTA

I book this with trip central on JULY 18TH 2016 for 7days vacation for myself and family , at first I was debate about the resort, but my vacation was incredible. the resort was very clean, a lots to things to do especial if you take kids with you. The room very clean, good air condition, surround clean too, The staff was very pleasant, the foods was fantastic,. Over all good. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: A Beautiful Paradise

The Riu Palace Hotel is a beautiful and elegant resort. My family and I went to Los Cabos for a break from reality. We had an awesome time and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was clean and the staff were courteous and efficient.

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Just okay!

The beach is by far the selling feature of this hotel. The white sands and see through water is stunning. The hotel itself is in a great location merely because of its close proximity to Atlantis. We spend most of our time at Atlantus during our stay. The hotel is very dated and would benefit from major renovations. The buffet was just okay -along with the a la carte restaurants. Riu Playa Blanca: Great resort

Great hotel and location, we had an amazing time the staff were all very helpful and friendly great pools and restaurants, very relaxing no one pushes you for anything. The beach and pools were always kept clean and tidy. Would go again.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great Vacation

The hotel was good, service was amazing. Friendly staff that worked hard to make it very comfortable for the guests. Rooms were in need of a little updating but really not a problem at all. Restaurants offered a great selection of quality food.

Riu Playa Blanca: Truly Amazing Vacation!

My boyfriend Spencer and I went on a vacation to the Riu Playa Blanca resort in Panama, and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! The hotel was very very clean at all times, there were always staff members cleaning at all hours of the day. They worked very hard to maintain the 5 star quality, and their hard work shows- the hotel is beautifully kept up. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome, and always had a warm smile and an "ola" when greeting us. If we had any questions, they would assista [... read more]nt us in any way they could, even if the language barrier made it hard to communicate. They made us feel like they would do anything they could to help us, which we very much appreciated. The entertainment was wonderful, different shows every night, a beach party dance, contests and daily activities and dances by the pool made it hard to even try and be bored. The dancers + entertainment were VERY talented, you can tell they practice the routines and love to dance, it was amazing to watch (especially in the heat... great job everyone!!). Very friendly and modest after the show when we went to compliment them and get some photos, and seemed to just love what they do and were very happy. The bartenders were kind, funny, and entertaining. They had great drink recommendations, and were patient in dealing with the large (at times) amount of people gathered around the bar (and VERY humble with the rudeness they encountered from other guests). They smiled, joked, flipped the cups around, and were very quick in the service. We never had to wait longer then 10 minutes for a drink, and that was at the busiest of times. Drinks were always delicious, and well made. The food + restaurants were SO GOOD! Lots of variety in both food and drinks at the buffet, with a different theme dinner each day. The staples were always present (meats/cheeses/salad bar/breads/pasta), while also incorporating some of the local cuisine and delicious chef specials to try. Food was always somewhere to be found, we never went hungry. They also had a few on-site restaurants which we were able to sample (for no additional fee.. just sign up at breakfast time to reserve your dinner spot!). We went to the Italian one and the Steakhouse- both AMAZING! This is my first ever written review (seriously..this hotel is worth it!). I could go on all day about how amazing the hotel and staff are.. but you have to see it for yourself. Top quality, friendly, respectful, and humble. Not one bad experience with any staff or hotel workers, and we always had huge smiles on our faces from beginning to end. I loved this trip so much, I have been recommending to anyone looking to travel, and enjoy a tropical getaway! Riu Palace Pacifico: Amazing resort!

I am a picking person... Nothing to complain about. Staff were amazing... Rui Land for the kids was awesome Nany the teacher was amazing..... Made great keepsakes( picture frame and bracelets and key chains and more cant list them all).
