Secrets Cap Cana: Amazing Luxury Resort

This property is incredible and the service and attention to detail makes this resort stand out. The staff were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Our concierge Osvaldo was exceptional, greeting us each day and keeping us updated of daily activities. The food and drinks were excellent from breakfast/lunch buffet to the amazing restaurants to choice from. We loved the no reservations required. CoCo Cafe was a great spot with amazing coffee, dessert and snacks. The nightly entertainment was great and the staff really work hard. The pools are beautiful and clean, the beach is amazing with white powdery sand and plenty of beach chairs. The water is clear and calm. This resort exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Secrets Cap Cana to anyone looking for a luxury getaway.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Excellent Place to Vacation

Everything at this resort was 5 stars! The people were pleasant the grounds were beyond beautiful, the food was good. We were right on the beach so no need for a long walk or trolley. Very pleased the travel agent recommended this resort for our family!!

Riu Republica: Terrible resort

Hello Natalie Caya, Thank you, for getting back to me, as for our trip to the Riu Republica on January 14 to the 21, i would like to share my disappointment on a 5 star hotel , 1. the food was terrible and cold, not at all rated for a 5 star 2. 2 days no beach towels, had to sit on chairs all day with no towels 3. no hot water one whole day 4. only local drinks, limited choice 5. no service and long wait 6. no umbrellas , it rained most days and we had to walk in the rain I have bee [... read more]n to 3 and 4 star hotels and believe me they were much better than this 5 star hotel. the couple that we were with say a 50 % downgrade. i would rate it less than 3 star

Royalton Punta Cana Resort: Stunning resort

Great accommodations, great food and friendly service, the family had a great time. Awesome water park for the kids. Beach area was fabulous and well maintained. Grounds were immaculate. Will be definitely going back.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Great adults only resort

The resort was very clean and attractive. The employees were attentive. There were lots of choices for food service and the food was consistently good. The Sunwing representative was helpful but not pushy. The nightly entertainment was relaxing.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Great time

The Chic punta Cana has excellent food and drinks. Most of the staff is happy and welcoming. I think the hotel is need of some repairs as it is starting to show it’s age. We missed having a bathroom door to close off from the main room.

Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites: Just OK

The property was beautiful, the entertainment was well done and the food was good. However, the English communication was very poor amongst the staff. We had trouble several times getting the information we required. French is certainly the preferred language after Spanish. Also, as the resort seemed to draw a large number of smokers and smoking was allowed everywhere it was very uncomfortable as non smokers being around a lot of cigar smokers as appears to be the custom for many. Royalton Punta Cana Resort: We love Royalton

My boyfriend and I have stayed at our fair share of Royalton Resorts and we love the experience. The Punta Cana resort is a little older than some of the other Royalton’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Rooms and showers are a bit tinier but still nicely presented! Excellence El Carmen: Superb Resort

The hotel offered amazing service from start to finish. The staff is always willing to help and go above and beyond for all guest. The food was amazing and hotel was very clean. The spa is well worth a try and French dinner was great. Lots of food choices.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Great Resort

I just stayed at BeLive hotel a few days ago and the hotel was great. Good food, good service and people were nice. Everything was great except that I had trouble having a ride to the airport which has nothing to do with the resort but with the travel agency. Would definitely recommend this resort for people who are looking for a nice clean and quiet resort :) Enjoy!

Punta Cana Princess: Awesome Adult only Resort

Great buffet assortment, room a bit dated but sufficient wonderful pool with walk in access was good for my 82 year old mom. Gorgeous beach walk for miles. Very enjoyable definitely would go back. Grounds Well kept clean resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Worst experience ever

The rooms and grounds of the hotel is beautiful but the beach is about 5-7 minutes away .The food is NOT good at all and the staff was racist.Majority of them thought that my friend and i are dominicans and because of that my friend and I was not catered to.On numerous occasions they passed us by as if we were not there and rendered their service to others (white).I came on vacation to relax after a stressful semester and my stress levels were through the roof after this vacation. Excellence El Carmen: The staff make the difference.

Excellence El Carmen is a very well-run resort. The staff are beyond criticism. The rooms are spacious, clean and well tended. The grounds are well laid out and very well maintained. The food is plentiful, Well prepared and served promptly by efficient and friendly waiters. Daily entertainment is available pool-side and various acts are shown nightly. Excellence El Carmen is my first choice in Punta Cana

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Melia as fine as it gets

Hotel and grounds were impeccable , cleanest place we've been to in a long time and so nice to see the care going into the resort. We went for the golf and is just a 3 minute drive out front of the resort. Course is in great shape and staff are wonderful. The shows at night ( on the Family side ) were amazing and a total unexpectation. Had lots of rain but managed to work around it the whole week. Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Overall good

The grounds were beautiful and very clean and food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful only one incident with having no water for a day in our building and a toilet that would flush that took four complaints before it got fixed

Secrets Royal Beach: Fantastic resort

Don’t usually do the same resort twice but this one we did. Service is excellent and the beach is fantastic. Night shows were great. Can’t say anything bad. Had a couple of issues with our room when we got there reported them and they fixed them promptly

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino: Great Week AT Lopesan

I had a wonderful week at this beautiful resort. My first time in Punta Cana and I was not disappointed. The buildings and grounds were very clean. The food was varied and the staff was friendly and attentive. I liked the wrist band/room key idea. Not having to worry about losing the room key was ideal. Some of the women in my group (15 of us), were concerned with the shower and toilet area in the rooms being close to the entry door...not enough privacy. We dined at the Mexican a [... read more]nd Asian restaurants and both were excellent. Make sure when making a reservation for the Asian, to ask for the show or you may be at a table with no view.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Delightful Place

We spent a fun week at the newly renovated Ambar. The meals were excellent whether from the buffet restaurants or the unlimited a la carte restaurants we tried. The location is good, being only 30 minutes from the airport, so you can get your sun on shortly after arriving!!

Breathless Punta Cana Resort: AMAZING Resort!!!

This hotel was AMAZING, I heard a lot of good things so I was excited to try it. We went January 2020 for our honeymoon and they were awesome! We were able to celebrate my husband's birthday and our honeymoon all in one trip. We travel quite a bit and this was by far the best resort for food and drinks. The food was AMAZING and so were the drinks, drinks were top shelf so you didn't feel crappy after. I could have 5 daiquiris and not feel gross. Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Top shelf resort

I can’t say enough about this resort. The resturaunts were all very good and staff was more than friendly. The grounds were extremely large and very well kept I never saw a piece of trash on the ground anywhere and they were constantly cleaning up the seaweed on the beach. They room was kept up well all week and everything in the room worked properly. I recommend upgrading to the premier package the unlimited al a carte and upgraded room make it well worth it.
