Melia Braco Village: Amazing Resort

Grounds very spacious,well kept,we toured it with the bikes provided.They are expanding activities to include such things as rock climbing,trampoline and dune buggies.My wife and I had an excellent time, stayed in the Level section,The concierge group were excellent and met our every needs.Rooms were spacious clean and updated with modern decor. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Failed my expectation

This was the 2nd time i visited Jamaica and stayed at the resort. The first time i stayed in 2014 for 3 nights/4days and i had an amazing time. Food/drinks, services and everything was amazing at the time. Maybe i went back to Jamaica and stayed at Grand Bahia last week ( Sept 6 to 11th) with the same expectations or higher but this time I was disappointed. The sofa in the room had a very weird smell. We asked numerous times for a febreze or air freshner but Never got any for the 5 days we were  [... read more]there. The food wasn't tasty like before. The beach is nice and clean and the hotel is huge and beautiful. It gets boring at night because there isn't much night life. I found alot of people just sitting and on their phones..trying to pass the time. The bahia privilege club staff are so pushy for you to come to their meetings.. it can get annoying. Overall i would say if u want something with more fun and activities and a smaller size hotel where you don't have to walk 5mins or so to the beach then this may not be the place for you.

Melia Braco Village: Beautiful resort with the most amazing staff and great food!

We enjoyed this small hotel very much! it was tastefully renovated and everything is basically new! The grounds and beach are well maintained. This resort was great because it has the most caring and attentive staff around, that go out of their way to ensure you are having the best time. The food around the resort and room service was fantastic! so much variety and everything is prepared with care!

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Fantastic Resort & Staff 👍

We had a great time. This compares very well with any 5 star ones we have gone to in the Caribbean. Included full water park, premium drinks and very clean rooms remade twice daily are differentiators. The beach party was awesome. The classy Caribbean restaurant and its gifted Pianist, Kedroy are in a class of their own. Very helpful staff and good Management are evident. Keep it up Guys it will continue to differentiate you. Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Great resort

Beautiful resort. Grounds are maintained. Large pool area. Room was amazing and had a wonderful ocean view. Staff was at attentative and so friendly. Kevon at the pool was entertaining and Jason at the bar always had a smilie, Beach was nice but very shallow. Stayed in the adult only and definitely worth the extra.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Not so great

.The bus that picked us up was just old...Arriving only one of our names was listed not Good...The food not a good word ...spent lots of time in the rest room....Toleit....Again they made a big mistake had us to check out a week earlier...We had Hip Hop music at the dance place This was Jamaica no real island food or music ....over all the room and our maid was only good thing of trip...Yvette

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Fantastic Resort!

The STAFF IS A+.. we went with another couple and had one of the best vacations of our life's. The food was good, the people were awesome. Great place to vacay as a family or as a couple with lots of daily entertainment and prizes. The nightly shows were awesome but after the show the resort was kind of dead- only complaint. My husband and I had an awesome time. The staff were so happy and friendly. They do a very good job in making sure everyone else is happy as well. The resort is beautiful. The food and housekeeping were also great. Will defenitely go back again!!

Sunscape Splash: Definitely a resort to go and explore

The sunscape splash resort was amazing ,from the views to the service and to the entertainment. The food was delicious my favorite was the buffet breakfest but all the food was great from the"barefootgrill" to the 24 hour snack shop and the fancy Italian,seafood and Asian . The service was great, the bar tenders were friendly and fun, the maids were nice neat and kind. The lifeguard's for the pools and water slides were making sure people had a great time . The sunset mountains and water are beautiful the coral and ocean sea life were on of my favorite parts because I love fish and plants highly recommend this resort to everyone . Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Beach

The resort is older but is very well kept. The pool winds through the resort which allows you to easily access different areas. The larger beach was fantastic - shallow and very clean. The food at both the buffets and a la carte restaurants was great! The staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant but provided inconsistent service - one day bath mat and face towels, next day nothing. Overall this was a great stay for us.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Couldn't be better

This place is absolutely the best at everything. You never had to ask for anything they have it together at iberostar. Will not disappoint!!!Grounds and accomadations are immaculate .Can not wait to go back

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great Resort

Everything about this resort was amazing. The room service, the rooms, the food selection, everything. I recommend going on the catamaran cruise for a day. The only disappointment for me was the beaches as they were filled with rocks and seaweed. I was warned about this as Negril is where the nicest beach is, which is what I got to see on the catamaran cruise! Everything in Jamaica is relaxed. This hotel is large with everything you'll need to have. Amazing service!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Great value - Fantastic view

This is the 7th time we have stayed at this hotel. We keep coming back because the staff are amazing, the food is good, the rooms are clean, the beach is beautiful and has good snorkeling. It is very casual so you can really relax and enjoy your vacation. Dress up if you want, but it is not necessary. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Fabulous resort

The resort was great as everything was a walking distance. Family oriented as there was a lot to do for the kids is splash pad and lazy river. My kids enjoyed their stay and liked the art and craft activities. The food and service was also great! We will be back next year.

Riu Ocho Rios: Not impressed

The rooms were outdated, specifically the washrooms. The grounds were not well kept. For example; dirty dishes and glasses would be left on the pool deck for days with staff walking past it multiple times per day and not cleaning it. Bar and grounds staff were rude and would make fun of guests behind their backs after they left the bar. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also there were significant cracks and chips in the steps to the beach which were dangerous to walk on. The staff did not seem to interest [... read more]ed in going out of their way for guests. Some were rude and most seemed bothered when being asked for Something. Entertainment was cheesy and seemed thrown together without much effort. The worst part of it all was the food. Fresh fruit was extremely hard to come by. Most days, we found canned fruit such as pineapples and peaches, ant that was it. Which is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid to be at the resort. The "fine dining" restaurants were FAR from fine dining. Two of the 5 fine dining restaurants were buffets... Which is tacky and defeats the purpose of having to book a reservation. Not to mention that it took about 10-20 minutes to get a glass of water after having asked for it. There was NO room service, and we got yelled at by staff and embarrassed in front of many people for trying to bring food to our room. We found this extremely absurd considering they did not offer room service. Would have rather stayed home. Extremely upset that I wasted my money on this trip. Would absolutely not reccommend to anyone, and I hope that the resort management takes these comments into serious consideration.

Riu Ocho Rios: Resort needs TLC

the grounds were fairly clean. The pool need to be cleaned badly. The food was not very good and the fine dining was awful. The room were fair There was a shortage of towels. Water pressure was poor. Staff was not very hospitable There was a shortage of food on the day trip to Dunns river. Overall, we would NOT go back. NOT VERY would NOT WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER RIU. this is the second Bad experience with Riu Two years in a row. HAPPY!!! Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Upgrade Fail

Upon arrival we upgraded to "gold club" what a crock! Didn't receive anything we were supposed to and when we asked for a refund on remaining days we were told only if we provided our passports. Not likely!!! The couple we traveled with were given a refund and a voucher for the lobby store with just their drivers licence and we were given nothing but hassle and arguing even after presenting our driverse licence. Riu Montego Bay: Paradise resort

Excellent hospitality from staff and fine dining , well kept room, view was excellent especially the ocean front security was excellent and friendly staff , the touring was excellent and remember to say yea man and no problem, also was very close to the airport !

Beaches Jamaica Negril: Won't be back

The good part was the entertainment at night was great, they tried hard and did a very good job with the fire show and Michael Jackson show. The beach was nice, ocean was clean and water is warm. The food was good overall, although the wait time to get your meal at Venetian restaurant was a big long. The cons: -We had put in a request for a quiet room on second floor but we got 1st floor and next to a noisy road. -There were only a few restaurants that were air conditioned: Kimono, Venetian [... read more] and Soy. For a high end hotel we expected the lobby and most restaurants to have air conditioning. -90 percent of the cabanas are for rental only, leaving a lot of people fighting for the tents at 6 a.m. We witnessed people arguing over who got to the tents first. It should be like Beaches Turks&Caicos where there are LOTS of little huts, not just a few reserved ones. -There were sand fleas that bit us once it gets cloudy or when the sun starts to set. In conclusion, we will not come back as we expect more from a high end hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort

The hotel was really good and I really like the service.i would recommend to stay here. I loved the beach and the pool. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I would go there aging. The food was really good. My favourite meel was the breakfast. I hope in the future they have more items more vegetarian people.
