Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Amazing Resort!!!!
The Hotel is exceptional. Great decor, very clean and typically great service. There is lot's to do but I went there to relax and did just that. Food was also the best I've had in my 30 + years of traveling
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Amazing food and beach
Overall, hotel is a little dated, pool a little small. However, the location right beside Atlantis, beautiful clean beach and amazing turquoise waters made up for it. We had an upgraded (renovated) room which I highly recommend for this specific hotel. The food was the best I have experienced at an All inclusive.
Riu Cancun: Great resort
Very clean resort with amazing staff. Every room has a beautiful ocean view. Pools were great ranging from a waist deep pool bar to 5'5" deep infinity pool looking over the ocean. The buffet was great, everyday lunch seemed to be the same but there was so much to choose from you couldent go wrong.
Riu Playa Blanca: Resort worth the trip
My first impression was guarded , Airport was not impressive but okay' Took less than 7 minutes to get to Rui first impressions it looked amazing. Getting are room was very quick and room was very clean and was well kept all week . The pools were great , and food was exceptional , steak house was lovely meat melts in your mouth, also good for lunch , plenty of shade at the pool side and beach , must say more than enough lounge chairs , one of my beefs is resorts with not enough chairs. Beach is [... read more]
Grand Memories Varadero: Great resort!
Te resort was really nice! The pools were well kept, and all of the snack and buffet bars were good. The food for the restaurants could have been better, especially the Italian restaurant. The staff were so friendly, and go out of their way to help! The only thing that could use some work would be with the towels and sheets for the rooms. The cleaning job for those could be improved.
Grand Memories Varadero: beautiful resort
Resort was very clean, beautiful landscape. Would never go hungry. Food 24/7. Room were very nice except shower, had to hop into it. A bit on the high side. Staff were great. Sol Turquesa Beach: Amazing Resort and Stay!
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Memories! The resort was very clean and well kept, the service was fantastic (especially at the bars and buffet) and the pools were incredible and looked like they were out of a magazine. The beach could have been a little longer as I like to walk and this beach was small and had some sea grass, but the sand was super white and the water clear and blue. I would definitely return and I would definitely recommend to friends!
Riu Cancun: Nothing to complain about!!
This resort was amazing, it was clean, well staffed and they were all so great and the amenities were all so good as well, they had a show every night that was always entertaining, and the place although busy was not overcrowded which was nice. The pool fun staff were so enthusiastic and all the activities were a lot of fun. The rooms were nice with all rooms having a great ocean view with a private balcony. We tried the Japanese and steak House restaurants. The Japanese was definitely worth it [... read more]
Riu Palace Punta Cana: Absolutely fun!
The hotel was immaculate and the service staff were all friendly and welcoming! The food was good especially the buffet. Love the beach activities and nightlife entertainment. Would definitely return with family/friends!
Riu Palace Pacifico: Great resort and fun town!
Pros: Hotel and entertainment staff were great! Pool games and swim up bar were always fun. Beautiful hotel and grounds are well kept. Food was plentiful and available at all hours. Con: The bad reviews about the beds being hard and rough are true. However, you shouldn't be in there long anyway, get out and enjoy the weather! Cheers
Riu Tequila: Authentic Mexican Experience
The Riu Tequila is a great resort that is designed in the old school hacienda style, which I really enjoyed. The grounds are kept in a clean and immaculate state by a really dedicated staff. The resort does show it's age in some areas but I prefer that to a brand new resort that has no flaws but is styled like a downtown condo. The best part about the resort has to be the staff, they are so welcoming and professional. Additionally, the food and drinks are also top notch. The buffet offers so ma [... read more]
Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Trip of a Lifetime!
WOW! The RIU Palace was amazing! Not one negative aspect. The food, resort, cleanliness, staff, weather, booze & excursions were all so perfect. My 18 yr old daughter and I went for a week and we met so many people and made so many unforgettable memories. To win a trip would be perfect, our last getaway before she attends college. Thanks to Laura Spry our travel agent she new exactly what we wanted and went over and beyond. Thanks Trip Central
Riu Santa Fe: Amazing Resort!

Palace St. Martin: Excellent resort, can't wait to go back!!
First time at Riu Palace St Martin and we had an amazing time over there! beautiful beach , excellent food (french chef !), very clean resort, amazing service! we also loved the fact it is not crowded at all, so no issue to find a chair on the beach or by the pool. Can't wait to go back!
Riu Palace Costa Rica: Absolutely stunning resort
Honestly, we loved everything about the Riu Palace, and after exploring the Riu Guanacaste (next door), we were very happy that we chose the palace. The grounds were amazing, the food was amazing, the pools were great and the staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The cost of the photos that the resort photographers took was a bit ridiculous ($15 PER PHOTO to put them on a disk - with nothing printed) but that's my only complaint. Also, if you run out of sunscreen, there are people in t [... read more]
Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great resort
Great food, rooms good grounds fantastic. Great location with easy walk to cabo by beach if you wanted. Short cab ride if needed, only thing that would be better is a walk in shower instead of shower/tub combo.
Riu Playa Blanca: Amazing
Our room - 6028- was fantastic. It had huge corner balcony with great views of the ocean and separate shower as requested by Eileen, our agent. There is not a lot of shade on the beach but we were able to find shade near one of the pools every day. The food was much better than I have had at most other resorts that I have visited. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Riu Playa Blanca.
Riu Emerald Bay: Stunning
Well this hotel was more then we expected. The service was spectacular, the food was fantastic, so much to choose from, the resort was always clean. The bar tenders were very attentive. The staff was always so helpful. And then there is the room, well this is by far the most SPECTACULAR the views were phenomenal. This resort is a MUST. In Room bar, hot tub out door hot tub on the balcony made this a very stay hard to beat. For the suite I would suggest this as a must. Small difference in price f [... read more]
Riu Merengue: Great resort!
I've been to this resort 3 times and still love it! It is laid out nicely and you are able to view the beach & ocean from all three pools. Although it is an older resort, it is very clean. There are always maids in or close to all washrooms throughout the resort and keep them clean at all times. The food is great and deserts too! This resort is on its own in Amber Cove so you are free to walk the beach without being approached by vendors. It has a lovely shopping strip right on the resort, but y [... read more]
Grand Memories Varadero: Resort was amazing but service was okay
The hotel itself was amazing and the environment, beaches and all the bungalows were amazing, didn't regret a thing but only major thing between other little things were that we didn't get a bottle of water until our fourth day despite asking the staff numerous times and even in buffets , workers would give the water bottles to diamond club but not regular. We got two bottles of water on the 7 days stay so hydrating in the hot temperature was a problem.
