Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Beautiful resort

Great resort. Not to big. Not to small. Great service, super friendly, amazing food. I would go back for a third time in a heart beat. It is in a great location not super far from the airport but not super close. The hotel has great staff to help with anything from day trips to questions about the hotel. Best hotel I have ever been too.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Wasn't bad but I have experienced way better

The beaches were small and rocky the food was a lot less than expected in flavour and the nightly entertainment was very poor! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody... To make things even worse it rained almost every day.

Secrets St James: Outstanding Resort

We had a wonderful time and experience at Secrets St. James; we could not of asked for anything that was not already provided, the service and people were amazing. The resort itself was immaculately kept, the rooms excellent.

Beautiful resort and wonderful service. A few minor imperfections like no bath towels in our room one day and not enough coffe supplie repenished daily but over all an amazing time at this resort. Beach is small on the adults side.

All facets of the resort was excellent, Staff always smiling and accommodating. Restaurants were good. I would recommend this resort if you want some down time and be pampered at the same time. I will revisit.

Sandals Dunn's River: Quality service!

Hotel, rooms, food, beach super clean! The people? Downright amazing! Its a small resort so after a few days everyone knows your name!!! The ONLY downside is that the beach is small so for those of you who like to walk along the beach this resort is NOT for you! However if they would allow you to go across the pier you could walk longer but access is denied :( Everything else is 5 star

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Awesome resort

The grounds are exceptionally well kept, the room was spotless, the food excellent, the people were extremely helpful, the beach was clean and the sand soft on the feet, the pools were very clean and a fresh supply of towels available daily.

Jewel Paradise Cove: It says it in the name... "Paradise"

It's quite the place... everybody is really friendly not just the first day but the whole week!!! We were always greeted with a smile everywhere we went. The bartender at our pool(we had pool view rooms) was awesome... his name is Oshane! He made our trip really memorable. The beach is not really nice but we could walk a 10 minute walk and that public beach was really nice! All the "A la carte" were really good but my favorite was the Italian. Sandals Dunn's River: Perfect holiday at the Jewel

This resort was amazing. It is a smaller resort that was perfect for us. Restaurants, pools, bars and beach are all within a few minutes walk from each other. All the staff were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our trip. We love this place and will be returning as soon as possible.

Couples Sans Souci: Beautiful resort

The resort is set on the side of a mountain so you have a beautiful view of the ocean. They have massage house right on the side of the mountain looking over the ocean, can get a better view. For the fanatic gym people it's right on the side of the ocean so you exercise with a fantastic view. For the restaurants there only three and the Casanova is really good. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Simply Amazing!

The hotel rooms were clean, the property was well kept, staff was friendly, and overall atmosphere enhanced the "vacation" feeling. There were many activities to choose from during the day and at night!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellent without being over the top

Attractive and well kept grounds, food usually very good, pools were really good. Lots of cover from the sun was available. Overall really good for a family vacation, for couples or just a quick getaway

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fantastic stay at the Príncipe!!

The overall quality of this resort was top-notch. Employees were friendly, food was fantastic, grounds were well kept, pools were amazing and drinks were non-stop!!! The Don Pablo French a la carte was especially good with excellent service and beautiful food. We would recommend to anyone as a great place for a getaway!!

Secrets Wild Orchid: Used to be a great resort

This was our 2nd visit and quite a change from the 1st. On arrival no champagne and cool towel as previously. Once in the room no bath robes and finally got them after day three. During the stay only got maid service three times and sheets changed only twice during the stay. The food was good however we heard many people say in the French restaurant the duck leg was a chicken leg so a lot of unhappy people. The service in the restaurants wasn't as good as before. My wife on two occasions asked a [... read more]re you having a bad day to the waiters of which both replied "yes it's our day off tomorrow and today is taking forever. Lastly drink service at the beach was slower than 1st visit with having to get up quite a few times to get ourselves drinks. We were going to go back to this resort however the last visit has changed our minds and will look some where else. Oh and scaffolding on the main preferred building with work being done, why can't they just shut resorts down for two weeks for maintenance.

Overall, the resort was amazing! Great food, nice people, beautiful rooms, pool and beach. The fresh fruit and seafood were to die for. Unfortunately, while the people wee kind, the service was still a little disappointing. Face cloths and hand towels were a rare sight- even if you hadn't used it yet and it was still hanging up they would take it. (the rule was that if it was on the floor they would take it, but it it was hanging up they were supposed to leave it). We asked on multiple occasion [... read more]s for just one of either as the big bath towels are too big for all day use- and the people we just smile and shrug and nothing would ever come of it. Secondly, the room cleaning was very unpredictable. Sometimes they would come before noon- which was perfect- and other days they wouldn't be by til 5pm or not at all. If you want to take a nap in the afternoon it makes it hard because they're always interrupting. Despite that, it really is a great resort. The people are so friendly- even if sometimes ineffectual, and the resort itself is beautiful. Definitely check it out!

Riu Negril: Beautiful resort

Resort looks bigger on the picture, however it is beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean, with foyer like entrance giving you lots of space... You are only able to book a la carte only 2 days at a time, so you can't book your entire week. Lots of chairs available at pools and beach. No need to get up early and place towels... Beautiful beach......

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Will go there again. May 2016

Beautiful hotel, very grand layout and largest I've been to. Food could be more authentic Jamaican, but that is the least. Room was beautiful, and lots of fun activities to do. Did not have to leave the resort.

Beautiful resort, good location only 20 mins from the airport food was good for us because we are form the Caribbean and was looking forward for Caribbean foods drinks were good they make nice cocktails pools were nice and beach were OK the only down side is some of the rooms smells like mould

Resort was amazing!!! Staff were great and friendly, and the food was great. Would have been better if there weren't people on every corner trying to get you to attend their presentation to join the privileges club

The Hotel was huge and was a walk but amazing, the Pool was to die for the biggest one that I have even seen or been into...and that made it even more enjoyable to be into has if there was a lot rowdy people in the pool with it being so big there was always other areas to move to so that made it more enjoyable
