Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great for Kids!!

This is a great Hotel for families with kids..(the kid side of it). I found that everything from the food to the service was great. Well kept grounds and hard working members of the team. I do recommend an additional bar on the beach for the adults and more beach chairs. I think within a few years (after upgrades and reno work), this resort will definitely be the hottest spot in the area.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful resort

This resort was 5 stars all round, the food, beach, pool, the staff were amazing. This resort was very clean, staff worked all day keeping it clean. The food was excellent, la carte or buffet always fresh and good.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Luxury resort !

We spent 5 nights at luxury Esmeralda resort, everything was perfect, the room, the restaurants, the the palm trees beach landscape The people working at resorts were very nice and kind The only cons thing was the party noise until 11:00 pm

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Excepcentional Resort

Great hotel is located in a wonderful spacious green garden. Large swimming pools for adults and kids.Rooms are spacious and with loads of features. Excellent room service. Dinning services are amazing with a team of well trained personnel. Well maintained beach shoreline but sea water is merky due to river delta closeby.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Best all inclusive in Mexico

This is our 5th time to a bahia principe hotel. 3 times in Mexico and 2 times in punta Cana. Clean, helpful friendly staff. Lots to do. Great entertainment. Went last time with 5 children. Lived the Waterpark in coba. We will be back. 5 star all the way

The resort was great, nice and clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool areas were great, only comment(s) would be more chair and more shade. Customer Service was great at both lobbies. Customer Service was great at all restaurants - A la Carte, buffer and Snack Bar. The food was excellent every where we went. Customer Service was great at all bars - Lobby and Pool

This was my fourth visit to Grande Bahia Principe Luxury. Situated on Runaway Bay, it has everything you could ask for. Nightly entertainment, pool and beach parties, and great food. Staff are superb.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Beautiful Resot

The grounds of this resort were beautiful and very clean . The resort staff worked very hard at keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. If we had an issue or request for something the staff would accommodate us quickly and efficiently. The buffet always had a great selection of food to eat .

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful Resort

Visited the Luxury Ambar May 3, 2025 to May 10, 2025. Had a group of 13 for 50th birthday celebrations and had a corner swim up. We had an absolute blast. The staff was amazing and went well over my expectations with their service. We were luck to get a room dead center of the resort and had very short walks to the pool/beach area and to the lobby. For what we needed and wanted this resort came through and created fantastic memories. We will be coming back again!! 10 of 10 in my books.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: My Go-to in Jamaica

Staff is incredible and constantly cleaning. They work so hard and always smiling. I love this resort and have been here about 15 times. Beach is awesome! Jerk chicken is the best from all the resorts I've been to.

The hotel was average and needs many upgrades. The food was great and the staff for the most part were nice and friendly. Jovi-Anne Black was amazing, kind and went above and beyond for my family and I.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: The best trip

I came to the hotel from may 2-9th and it has been one of my best trips ever. The hotel was extremely well kept and everything was beautiful. The beach in-front isn’t perfect since it’s a bit wavy but the one a couple minutes walk down the beach is beautiful. The pool was amazing and always so clean. Food was the best from any trip i’ve been on in a super long time. Specialty restaurants are great. The room was very nice and a good size. We had a huge balcony,we were in the adult only building. The grounds were well manicured. Our agent Martine Reid was excellent. We will always book with her. The food was good but hard to make reservations at the ala cartes.

Our annual girls trip spent at the Luxury Ambar! Check in was easy. Our rooms were ready, which was welcomed especially after a long travel day. The reservation desk was very accommodating, given there were four of us travelling, we requested the same building and rooms close to each other, which they were happy to assist with, other resorts that we've stayed at not so much! The rooms were spacious and clean! The grounds were lush and clean. The pool was great lots of seating available, inclu [... read more]ding umbrellas, which was awesome. Daily activities by the pool were great. Our server Desiree was amazing always checking in to make sure we were well taken care of and hydrated. Yes we even had water once in a while.? The dinner reservations were a bit of challenge, Diana at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our reservations for us. The restaurants were good, the only criticism I would have is the food was lukewarm and not as hot as we would have liked. The buffets were great always more than enough for breakfast and lunch and ample food options. Raphe was our server at lunch everyday, he is amazing! Always greeted us with smile and made us feel so special, he was just as sad as we were on our last day. The entertainment in the lobby bar in the evenings was wonderful, from singers to karaoke we enjoyed them all. There were themed parties by the pool that catered to the younger crowd, so there is something for everyone! Thank you DR we had an amazing time!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Great Experience!

Great resort with great people! Good food, generous portions, clean rooms and facilities. Staff are very kind and want to ensure you have a great experience in the resort. Somewhat of a language barrier with the staff at times, but nothing that can’t be managed with some basic knowledge of Spanish words and saying, which is easy to come by at a resort this size.
