Sandals South Coast: Absolutley spectacular

Sandals Whitehouse is the most amazing place I have ever been. The pools are fantastic, rooms are large and all face the ocean, the people and service is very good, the beach is lovely, tons of selection for food and all is good. Can't say enough good things about this place, we will definitely be back.

Sandals Grande Antigua: Wonderful Holiday.

Room was great, got an upgrade to a one bedroom suite midweek at no cost. Food was good, servers in some restaurants could use some more training. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Would return

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Great beach, great food.

The beach is pristine and the food is much better than Mexico or DR. The resort grounds need a facelift but it is clean and the service is fantastic. People are friendly. Snorkeling and boating is included which is nice. Nice wines are additional cost. Best part is it's 2.5 hours away from toronto. Makes for a great place for a getaway.

Sandals Grenada: Impressive

The resort was beautiful & staff warm & eager to please you! Food was excellent...may I recommend the French restaurant ! The breezes off the bay always provide a comfortable temperature and lots of ways to find some shade! Would suggest you read your weekly brochure as to activities and take the orientation however it may not be mentioned to you by the resort or the AC reprep so you may find you are relying on info from other guests! also...be prepared to leave resort 3 hours before your flight [... read more] departure!

Sandals Royal Bahamian: paradise in th Bahamas

The Royal Bahamian in the Bahamas was fantastic. The food was top notch. the outside surrondings were well maintained.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The buildings required a bit of tender loving care but while we were there they were painting and trying to up keep the buildings. Thats efficiency!!

Sandals South Coast: Just as good as the first time!

This was our second trip to Whitehouse and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Amazing property, great food, beautiful, tranquil beach and most of all the staff and service were the best and made our trip another one to remember. We would return again tomorrow if we could!

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Fantastic Trip!

This was our first trip to a Sandals resort and we will for sure be staying with the chain again. This resort is huge! We stayed in a butler room. It was the first time having a butler and it was interesting. We probably didn't use the service as much as we could have but we did enjoy what we used. Best thing they did was set up a housecoat man in our bed. It was awesome! The food was amazing. Our favourite restaurant was the Manor. Yum! Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Beautifull resort

Very pretty, staff are always friendly and helpful, check in takes too long, we pre registered on line, but had to go all through it again. They insist on putting a $400 hold on your credit card. Not fond of that. Food is good, service is good, but won't do a Sandals again.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: amazing resort

We went for our honeymoon and everything was beautiful. The room were so clean. I could not believe that the staff came to clean the room three times a day. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. I have never been to a resort where the food was consistently good at each restaurant.

Sandals Caribbean Cay: Great 4 day trip

We were there from Dec 24- 28th. Considering it was over Christmas we found the service very good and the staff friendly and no delays. We stayed in the Sandals Club area, quiet which we liked, more action at the main pool. The beaches are a little small but still nice, food was good. A little close to the airport, which was a bonus for a short trip, no long drive like to some of the other Sandals properties on the island. Overall a nice property, well maintained made a great 4 day trip. I think [... read more] a week of the planes might have been a bit much but they really did not bother us. We knew when we booked at this location we were only a short distance from the airport so planes would come with the territory.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Awesome Experience!

The food was second to none, the staff were so very kind and attended to our every wish! We originally wanted somewhere that we could explore and not be tied to a resort, this place is big and varied enough that it allows for that. The gym, spa and golf were perfect. The beaches are small but the mariner and water sports made up for the lack of beach.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: No Hot Water!!!

Stayed on the beach side of the property between Dec.22-29, 2014. I travel 5-8 times a year and was just in Ochi on Dec.3/14. Room was fine, but by my first morning no hot water, complained by phone, complained by phone later and in person to front desk, still no hot water at bed time. Morning number two, no water at all, phoned and in person again. Water back on, still no hot wTer by late afternoon, finally had a tech come out...that's when I found out that the whole building has no hot water ( [... read more]was in #2055) and hasn't all week. So I was put into a room and put off knowing full well this was an issue all along! Finally had a sit down with a manager, she was skilled at resolving my issue after showing me 3 rooms (two also had no hot water, different buildings...wouldn't take the room w/out trying the taps first). The experience regarding service, quality of food, professionalism was at best mediocre and inconsistent. Things like towels in the gym 2 days out of 7, asking for fridge restocking ignored 4 days out of 7, bathing item restocking requested also mostly ignored, had to tip wait staff to get somewhat consistent service, breakfast items often out of stock, getting coffe/water refills at breakfast was cumbersome, pool towels often out of stock for large portions of the day, list is endless.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Amazing trip to SGR

Just returned from Sandals Grand Riveria and we had a wonderful trip. Resort plantation is beyond anything we have ever seen on our vacations. Staff goes above and beyond to give you a wonderful stay. Food is awesome! Drinks are premium quality. We stayed by the ocean and loved it. We enjoy being by the water and the sounds of the ocean. The beach area is small but the rest makes up for it. We will definitely return to a Sandals resort :).

Sandals Royal Plantation: Absolutely Amazing!!

Top notch service, very personal. Small but that's what attracted us to it. The food was fabulous. The butlers went out of their way to make this a special trip as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The beach was beautiful - clear Aqua water and the beach butlers never left your glass empty so to speak. The pool was small but the right size for the resort. Nothing was over crowded and we were there at full capacity. We will definitely be back! Probably the nicest vacation we've had.

Sandals Negril: Not at all what I expected

Not as grand as the pictures it's getting old food was terrible they have the staff entertaining you at night I would never do a sandals again not worth the money The only good thing I can say is that the staff was nice

This was our third trip to Sandals Whitehouse & simply gets more enjoyable every time we experience the complete setting & staff ! Food & Service excellent ! Attention to details completes a relax state of Mind & Body. Be certain to meet & get to know staff members " Owen & Prince " Two personable individuals that are power houses of Energy & Personality !! Great Effort by Staff to make our Xmas holiday a long & lasting event. Well Done Whitehouse, it's worth the road " Trip " !

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort with GREAT Staff!

Resort was really nice and relaxing! We enjoyed having access to other Sandals resorts. Scuba diving was great so we're the restaurants. We had a room in the Sunset Bluffs area and it was amazing. Our butlers, Trish and Gene were AMAZING! ! So incredibly friendly and always looking after us. We had such a great time during our stay at the Sandals La Toc. We highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Sandals South Coast: The nicest vacation place ever

Sandals Whitehouse resort in Jamaica is an exceptional place vor vacation. We have spand 10 days in November there, and could not find anything wrong. Whitehouse is arrangd in 3 villages: Italian, Dutch and French being the furthest away from restaurants (6) located at one end. If you happen to be assigned to French, you need to walk ~ 15 min to restaurants. Dutch and French village has each a nice pool in front, where past the pool is nice beach, from every apartment balkony you see the ocean.  [... read more]Italian village is beach front. Grounds are kept immacules. Everywere the grounds are kept very clean. Service for rooms is very good, twice a day, rooms are very nice arraged including satelite TV and internet, and kept very clean. There is every night interteament at "la Cabare", very good, and twice outside at the main place we have lissened to Opera singer (exceptional performent) and cuntry singer very good. Food is very good and sevice exceptional. The Bayside resturant- very good for breakfest and dinner french cuisine-very good. Eleanor's: internation cuisine, a la cart, breakfest and dinner - Very Good, dress code (long pants)- only restaurant to require long pants. Giuseppe's: it is good Italian restaurant fo Lunch and dinner., Lumb chops supper. Jasmine's: very good, basecaly chinise cuisine. Neptune's: international, very good and the nicest setting. Blufield's Club, on the other end of the resort, Jamaican cuisine - avrage. We higly recommend Whitehouse aspecially for their hospitality and will be going back.

Sandals Grande Antigua: Amazing honeymoon!

My husband and I stay at the Sandals Grande Antigua for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived it felt like a second home. The resort was breathtaking and so clean. We stayed on the carribbean side and our room was a pool front and garden view. It was beautiful! The room was large and very clean. The pools were amazing and we swam in 3 of them. All of the food was amazing and there was lots of options. The staff were so kind and were always smiling and saying hello. Everyone was so friendly and polite. But there was one staff who went above and beyond with his hospitality. His name is Shannon and he works at the barefoot resturant. He is truly the kindest and must generous person we have ever met. He made our stay there memorable and special. He is an outstanding employee! Thank you Shannon. We highly recommend Sandals Antigua. Thank you to all the staff and to Antigua for welcoming us.

Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Awesome honeymoon!

My husband and I went to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia for our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and has the perfect location. We got upgraded to a room in the Honeymoon Village which was very nice. The beach and the pool area are awesome. The only drawback is that people who have butlers get their chairs reserved for them and never show up. So many times we were at the pool or the beach and there were towel on chairs and no one ever showed up. They should implement a time limit o [... read more]n the reservations, if you don’t show up by a certain hour the towels should be removed so other people who actually want to use the chairs can use them. There are three Sandals resorts in St. Lucia and there is a shuttle bus that goes between all three. We went to Grand for dinner to the Italian restaurant and the food and service was amazing! La Toc has eight restaurants and the food is amazing in all of them. The staff is very friendly but for the most part the service in on the slow side. I was a little disappointed that the hotel did not have fresh coconuts available except on Friday when they had the street party. Also, the bars are not open 24h. The only bar that was open until 2am was the piano bar which was very small and got crowded very fast. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this resort for a honeymoon.
