TRS Coral: Lap of Luxury!

TRS Coral is a new resort, having opened about 6 months ago. These folks have built a beautiful resort, top notch in every way. The manicured grounds, the infinity pools, the spa (especially the hydra-therapy treatment), the Cabaret (fantastic show - entertainment for three hours!), the staff (very friendly and helpful)....the experience was wonderful for all 6 of us (family). Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing Resort

This is one of my favourite places. It’s a beautiful place. Has amazing food and staff. Yet the best thing of all is pop. That means people of palladium. It’s the best nightly entertainment I have ever seen. This place is a must.

Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres: Fantastic experience!

My wife, two children and myself were just amazed at the brilliance of the Grand Palladium! Every facet of the resort exceed our every expectation! We were in a loft suite in the Family Selection and we cannot recommend this area enough. From the private check in, to the 24 hour Family Host, and the overly attentive staff at every turn, we were felt to be special, unique individuals within a very large resort. My son was over the moon, when they brought us an XBox to our room for the week! As well, Monse adopted our 2 year old daughter, and treated her like a princess! Her nails have never looked so good! She took such good care of our children! The resort was fantastic! The shuttle and boat service was amazing! We never had to wait more than a minute or two to be taken to our destination. On the few times we chose to walk to the Village (or home to our room on the beach) it was such a serene and pleasant trip. The restaurants were awesome! All of the A la Carte’s had a kids menu as well, so we all could thoroughly enjoy our meals (and my wife and kids enjoyed the “fire coffee” show in the Mexican restaurant!). But by far, we loved the coffee shop the most! Red velvet cake every day! My son was in heaven! Strongest recommendation for the resort, and in particular, the Family Selection! We can’t wait to return!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Absolutely wonderful resort

Lots of stairs , not a resort if you have mobility issues. Brand name liquor at all bars, food was wonderful at the steak house and Japanese restaurant, buffet was average. You should check if your package includes reservation for the specialty restaurants, you can go and ask if the have room and you may have to wait. TRS Turquesa: Our Favourite !

We have had 8 stays so far at TRS and we totally love it. Its our favourite. We planned almost all of them through TripCentral. Nicole DeForest, our agent, was beyond awesome to assist us and our friends that came along with us. Highly recommend. Tesa and Kevin B

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Great Resort!

This hotel was HUGE! It was so nice and clean. Lots of places to eat and great food at each restaurant. The staff was amazing and so nice. We had such great weather and made the trip even better! I would recommend staying closer to all the amenities as some of the buildings were pretty far to walk each day, but not a big deal. Overall, great vacation!

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great resort for families with kids

The hotel rooms were great. Some rooms did not have a great view, i.e., back of kitchen hut, but staff was very accommodating to switch us to better room with an amazing ocean view. Poolside bars were hit an miss with making good drinks. Some bar tenders just rushed making the drink and were poured all over the glass making it very sticky and the quality of taste of same drink varied bartender to bartender. Food in buffet was good and lots of variety. The evening entertainment was top notch [... read more]. Kids pool had 4 water slides and great life guards they helped kids. It was fairly easy to find a place to sit pool side as security guards removed towels of people who claimed many chairs too early. Beach was sandy with lots of waves down the shore for surfing.

Grand Palladium Palace: Beyond my wildest dreams!

A combo of pure speechlessness and “This place is a dream” was a phrase said countless times over the week by us. I 100% recommend anyone to visit. families, young and old alike. It is truly paradise

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing Resort

We loved this resort! Rooms were clean, grounds were very well kept. The pool was always clean. The staff at this resort were all amazing! Food was excellent. Overall an amazing experience! We would definitely return!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Family Trip April 2019

Amazing week away to Grand Palladium Jamaica. We traveled through Air Transat and stayed on the Jamaica side building 14 - room 1430 from April 6-13. We had booked a one bedroom suite and was so pleased to have a full ocean view from the living room balcony. Phylicia Haywood was so amazing at check in and was able to give us a third floor room and also helped us get a late check out on departure. Like others have mentioned - the rooms are very clean...but could use some refreshing. We were always comfortable and never spent alot of time in our room. We ate at the Negril and Mo'bay buffets, the Jamaican, Mexican, Italian, and Poseidon restaurants. We loved the Poseidon the most - all the food was amazing and always hot/freshly prepared. The view was also amazing. We enjoyed the Mojitos from Charlene outside the Italian/Asian restaurants - she is the best Mojito maker yet! We found we always had amazing service from every staff member we talked to - everyone from the gardener, the kids club staff, the maid, and front desk - all were eager to help find our way around, or make our stay better. We were asked if we wanted a massage etc as we walked around, but never harassed or bothered with extras offered by the resort - all staff took a "no thank you" politely. We did travel with our 7 year old daughter who loved the resort and all staff were eager to engage with her and teach her about their culture. She even got brave enough to order her own treats from Ms Lou's and slush at the bar. Some other great staff we would like to acknowledge was the bartender Paula...who worked at the infinity pool bar and at the sunset beach during our stay. She was so great with drinks and customer service. Always a huge smile. We also really liked the bartender at Poseidon at lunch - he had curly hair and I think his name was Alex. The lifeguards were great when our daughter was (we think) stung by a jellyfish one afternoon after a heavy rain day. We never had the issue again but they were calming to her and provided lidocaine jelly to help. This is the first trip we experienced, after staying at many 4-5 star resorts throughout the Caribbean, that we fully intend to return to. We would recommend this resort to any traveler but would try to book the Lady Hamilton side due to proximity to our favorite spots (sunset beach/Poseidon). When we visit again, we will be sure to bring an extension cord, as the rooms have limited outlets available. As a side note - we used the club mobay for arrival and departure. We wouldn't use it again for departure, but was great for Arrival to get through customs quicker.

TRS Coral: Great Resort - still some bugs to work out, but Beautiful

The staff are tremendously friendly. We made friends with many of them. Shout out to Aurelia & Yuri, they are the best! So friendly, willing to help and genuinely happy to see you. The service over all was very good. Restaurant food was 8 out of 10 and room service we good too. We had the loft suite near the ocean. It was beautiful. We found the music a little to mellow. It was elevator music for the most part and when they had live entertainment (which was awesome) it was just too mellow. The beach was nice, clean and lots of area to get shade if wanted. Same goes for the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs! The boat taxi was a nice touch. Overall this is a great resort. I imagine in time it will be right up there with the best of them!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Beautiful resort!

This resort had all of the things you want from a luxury resort from the adults only beach to the infinity bar it ticked all the boxes and was amazing for our vacation! I would definitely go back as soon as possible.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Wonderful Family Resort

The Grand Palladium Vallarta is an excellent family orientated resort. The pools are wonderful and the beach great for boogie boarding or beach combing depending on what you prefer. There are numerous food establishments but time your dinner time as depending on how busy the resort is you may have a wait. We upgraded upon arrival to the Family Selection area of the resort. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Jamaica Fun in the sun

When we arrived, we were treated with kindness and courtesy. Easy check in and we’re given a beautiful ocean view room. The staff were friendly all week. The food was great and drinks were amazing. Pools were very clean and jerk chicken was addictive! Favourite restaurant was Bogali - Indian restaurant. Food was terrific in fact went to this one twice!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Beautiful resort

A very beautiful, clean resort. Pools are very inviting & grounds are immaculate. There is food for every palate. A great resort for a relaxing vacation but lots of entertainment for the younger crowd.....activities for the very young to the elderly. Lots to do for any age group & a great place for a family vacation.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Average Resort

Resort is nice but nothing special. Average stay, older property but well maintained. Rooms were the most modern part of the resort. Nice and spacious, clean. Food was great. Beaches were okay - a bit small and not the clearest waters. Our main disappointment was the staff. We met a few great people, however overall we were not impressed. I’d save my money and go back to Mexico where all staff are hard working and go over and above to ensure you have a memorable experience.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Very nice trip

Very pleasant staff. Excellent food. Weather was perfect. Comfortable bed. Room was cleaned and fridge stocked daily. Overall a very nice resort and good trip. It seemed to be a great choice for people with kids. Lots of stuff for them to do.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Nice resort

Nice resort for people with kids. Good service, good food and nice installations. Long wait sometimes for restaurant and even more with 2 young kids. Room was ok but the matrice was not really comfortable. Sports installations were amazing and nice long beach. I would not rebook with Westjet as we had a few bad surprises though.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Best vacation wver

We stayed at the romance suites only a hundred feet from the beach. Nice beach and beautiful location. Best snorkelling off the beach I have ever seen. Resort a la carte food was really good, buffets were ok but food was not always hot. Large resort but we used the carts and short cuts. Staff were all very helpful.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Amazing resort

This was an wonderful resort with excellent facilities, restaurants, and activities for all ages. Would definitely go back to this resort in the future. Was a great vacation with all family members to celebrate an anniversary.
