Rooms on the Beach Negril: WORTH THE MONEY

I thought Room was very good. the room was good enough we were close to the pool, so my son like that. Staff very friendly, safe with security, the beach amazing and ground clean. Breakfast did me ok and lots of close places to eat. I took Jamaican money with me. I always asked the price up front. Would not recommend eating at Woodstock, rip off. I just kept saying NO to the sellers. My son was the only child there and around this resort, but we made out fine,. Would go back forsure.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Excellent Resort

We stayed at the Jewel Paradise from April 1st to 15th. The resort was great and the staff were outstanding.They were the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered in my travels.The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The food was good and there was always a variety. We really enjoyed our stay.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Good and Bad!!!

The hotel grounds were immaculate, very very well maintained, wonderful pool and beaches, room service somewhat slacking ,even with generous tips, shuttels very slow. Hard to get answers and remedies! Gave us wrong room had to repack and be out of that one at 10:30am and not into the other one until after 4:00pm, had to unpack again still not the right room but I'd had enough! Sandy Haven: Perfect!

We just returned from Sandy Haven April 30/2016. All the reviews we read prior to going do not do this place justice. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach and feel welcome by the awesome staff. We will definitely return here, and would highly recommend to anyone, which I already have!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Great hotel with lots of things to do and see

We stayed at this hotel the week of April 23-30th and it was our first time to Jamaica. From the moment we entered this hotel, everyone was very courteous and helpful. Check in was quick and our room was fabulous!!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed this resort and all the people working there. The buffet was excellent and the a la carte restaurants were great. My favorite was the Mexican and Indian. All beaches were really nice and we enjoyed changing it up each day between the huge pool and the beach. T [... read more]he Sunset Cove beach activities were great. My kids had a good time and my husband learned to sail a catamaran...whoooo! One suggestion would be to refresh the lounge chairs as several were broken. Since we have come back from Jamaica, I have really missed spending time at this resort and can't wait to go back. I have shared my positive feedback with my friends and everyone at work and I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jamaica. Thanks lady Hamilton for such a wonderful vacation. We will be back and we will definately ask for the same room.

Couples Negril: Amazing Week at a Fantastic Resort!

We just returned from a great week at Couples Negril ... the resort was fairly compact, but still had nice lush grounds for wandering around. The restaurants, piano bar and pool were all in a central core area, which was great for activities and socializing. Plenty of fun organized activities, but no pressure to take part. You could just lounge on the beach or float in the water. And "The Beach" ... beautiful white sand, calm water, stretching on for a couple of miles. Food ranged from good to amazing (one dinner at Otaheite -- lionfish and scallops -- was among the best meals we've ever had). Four restaurants to choose from, lots of selections at breakfast or lunch, and several a-la-carte options for dinner. Everything was included, including Scuba Diving, snorkeling, tennis lessons, yoga, and a catamaran cruise (which was a hoot!). Starff was great. And the people we met were fantastic. Plus we had nice warm weather the entire week ... maybe a couple of hours of rain in total, but it cleared quickly to nice sunny skies. April was a perfect time to visit! Hopefully we'll make it back someday!

Jewel Paradise Cove: Resort was amazing!

The staff were superb. Very helpful if you were looking for something. The groundskeeper's were pleasant and they kept the resort beautiful. Jasmine was the house keeping person and she was fantastic.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Below Expectations

Our room was nice (junior suite) but the grounds were poor ( garbage/debris/cigarette butts at entrances/left-overs from the previous nite's partying/beaches not cleaned weeds-old tires-debris-plastics/beach swimming areas littered w/coral rocks,seawood resulting in scrapes/cuts etc/having to get up at 6:am to mark a pool chair/beach chair/insufficient beach towels.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastic Spot !!!

This being our 3rd time there, twice as Don Pablo guest & now that they have their own Hotel, they met all expectations!!! Staff friendly, food excellent, new pool Fantastic, New Beach needs a little work, as the sand is Fantastic, but the view is lacking.....

Legends Beach Resort: Fantastic beach !

The legends grounds are kept up very well by the gardeners they really work hard and do a great job ! This resort is older but very clean and quaint , the only thing I would recommend is that they make wine available on the all inclusive list never ever been anywhere where the wine was not free !! We still had an awesome relaxing time at legends ❤️

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Awesome trip!

The hotel is super clean. Very nicely decorated. The pools are well kept. Staff is polite and really helpful and friendly. Beautiful scenery, lots of things to look at and do. Overall an amazing experience.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: First Stay in Jamaica

This was our first trip to the Royal Decameron, while we did have a great time there was definitely improvements that's needed. I found the staff to be generally helpful, entertainment was great. I loved watching Freestyle, you can definitely tell he loves what he does. I also have to say our Air Canada Rep, Cleveland, was such a great guy. He goes out of his way to ensure you have a great time on the tours booked. The improvements I would have to say centers around the room, while they were wel [... read more]l maintained, the lack of a bathroom door was a bit problematic. Renting the safe at $2US a day, (while it's not a lot) it should have been included since it's not inexpensive to stay this hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I truly enjoyed our time at Decameron.

Legends Beach Resort: Quiet friendly rerort with an amazing beach

More like staying at a hotel, two small pools which we didn't use ,one bar / restaurant on the beach. Great service and very friendly staff . The food was good every day but not a large selection , the beach is amazing (the best part) the water is crystal clear with beautiful soft white sand. The beach is great for walking, locals do try to sell you things but are very polite if you say no .The rooms are like a standard motel room but keep very clean .

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: amazing huts on the beach great service

The resort was beautiful service was great rooms are gorgeous the only thing I would suggest is to put Slippery When Wet sign on the piers where gazebo I fell my first day my first day and broke 3 ribs so needless to say I to go again very soon

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Beautiful resort

I have two complaints: the seal around the shower door was no longer forming a seal and each time we showered the water would leak onto the bathroom floor. The humidity was so high that the floor in our room was always wet and slippery.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Clean but overpriced Resort

Small Resort generally quite clean all round. Very limited beach area with no water sport equipment and separated from the Hotel by the road passing through. Entertainment is poor and non-existent on the beach. Food is decent and tasty, small variety though and can be repetitive. Only one A-La-Carte dining BUT you have to pay extra!! (empty throughout the 7-days we were there). Room furniture and upkeep is quite dated!

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: This is a Fantastic Resort, Amazing!!!!

Very Clean, All Employees very friendly, they were very nice and took the time to get to know you! The Food was amazing, the service was amazing, I must have gained 10 pounds! We couldn't have asked for better weather. The Rooms always kept clean and very comfortable. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Best trip home ever!!

I went to the Iberostar Rose Hall for my birthday, and my twin last minute got sick and couldn't make it. Depressed, alone, and on vacation... And the staff made everything perfect! Not only did they have a cake for me (which they replaced quickly once they realized ants got to it before I did!), the entertainment staff celebrated with me at the disco, and everyone at the front desk made it a point to say "Happy Birthday" all week while I was there! I truly felt at home, and being Jamaican/Canad [... read more]ian, it's a feeling you can't beat. I paid no one for this, and out of the kindness of their hearts, made me feel like family. I will be back. No question. Thank you guys!!!

Sandals South Coast: Wonderful resort,but....

The staff were outstanding, the meals were delicious and the service was also outstanding, the resort was very well maintained but rooms and some of the resort is in need of some tlc. The beach area up at the Dutch building I believe is reclaimed sand and is noticeable as it is hard packed and a lot of small stones in it, lots of seaweed and grass in the water and in these areas you have to be careful of the sea urchins, also as you waded out in the water the sand took on a muddy consistency. We [... read more] spent all our time on beach and I was eaten up pretty good by sand fleas ( but was at this same resort three years earlier with being bit at all ). The resort is large for the amount of guests there and never seems to be crowded or congested. the nightly shows were just okay, steel drum band was the highlight of the nightly entertainment. We would go back to this resort, but will probably wait several years as we heard they were going to be redoing the rooms over, adding restaurants, etc.

Jewel Runaway Bay Resort: Wonderful

Our stay a Jewel Runaway Bay was fantastic! We were 6 in our party and everyone of us would recommend this resort. It was clean, friendly and helpful staff, good food and drinks, beautiful beach and water park. Loved every minute.
