Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Jamaica trip

The arrival was not an A+ (room late, dirty sheets, internet issue, no elevator - we were on the 7th floor), but the rest was perfect picture. We knew the beach was not big - so that was fine. We were surprise that the Grand Bahia (not the luxury) beach was not at all the Bahia standard - actually it was not well maintained - not at all.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Good resort. Great location. Great staff.

Hotel was kept very nice. Grounds, beach, staff was great. Beach access was wonderful. Grounds were always being worked on and were very tidy. Any concerns you would have were address quickly by staff. Would suggest refrigerators be available for all rooms.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: 5-Star Resort! You definitely should go!

We stayed for 7 days at the Grand Palladium Jamaica, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! The resort is very big, gorgeous, and well kept. There are so many things to do and things to see just on the grounds itself. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, the various a-la-carte restaurants had a good variety of menus. They have the biggest pool in Jamaica there and it's gorgeous and huge! Although it is a little far from the main cities (Montego Bay, Negril), it was still central enough to travel easily to them if you wish to go. Will definitely need to visit other Grand Palladium resorts after this one!

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Quiet resort

Resort is very clean and nice..our oceanview was obstructed by palm tree in front of balcony. I love Jamaica; the music, the food, the people ... all good. However, I found this resort lacking in outside patios; a place to enjoy drinks and music and socialize especially in the evening. The beach was ok. You really had to be careful entering or exiting the water as there were many rocks. It is conveniently located, not too far from airport. The pool was nice. The staff was very nice.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: great resort

Sea garden beach resort is a great resort. The staff from front desk to housekeeping, dining room , and activities are very friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean and the food very tasty and a good variety. We would like to thank Lisa and Nadia in dining room, Rose in housekeeping who kept our room clean. T Rex for pool activities and Percy the parrot who also entertained us. Do not let the negative reports on this resort stop you from going to Sea Garden. Catalonia Montego Bay: Awesome resort

Trip Central is the best travel agents that I have ever dealt with.. They look after everything possible as far as day trips and getting tickets printed for you. Awesome. Holiday Inn Sunspree has been the best resort I have been to. The food is excellent, rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff are so friendly and are ready to help in any way they can. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Iberostar Rose Hall Beach resor

the whole experience was wonderful. A very relaxing vacation. Nice beach. Great food,fabulous,helpful staff. The only negative was the room. It was a little tired and hot water was an issue sometimes. Great pool and pool bar.

Sandals Dunn's River: Friendly staff

The resort is beauiful, the resturants were wonderful. They had a beauiful dinner on the pier and a beach party, which was a lovely touch. There was no worry about getting a beach chair or towels. We loved the smaller pool as quiet but could hear he music from the main pool. The only thing for us was the smaller beach, we walk a lot but the water was very warm. No trouble with flights, Sunwing is great to fly with.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Great Food Great Resort

This is a large, clean well run resort. I made arrangements for a top floor, king size bed, and a tub. I got what was requested. Thanks to the Desk Manager Andrea (who was on a day off on our check in day) and Orlando who checked us in. It is their smiles and spirit that keep us coming back to Jamaica. I talked and joked with the life guard's Bruce, Norris and Sonja every day. They are very knowledgeable about the ocean and Jamaica’s culture. The bar service on the beach was first class. The Manager Kerry led from the front, a really nice man. He or the staff brought lemon aide in the morning and drinks by lunch. Speaking of drinks, they had lots of good quality booze for drinks, except they did not have any Canadian Whiskey (no Crown Royal, CC, 5 stars); we don't drink Bourbon Jack Daniels. I found other things to drink, like Ice coffee with Baileys, and Tia Maria. The bartenders are first rate; they make and serve the drinks quickly with a smile and a few words. Staff like Christopher, Darleen, Nicole and the rest ensured our glass (or Bubba) was full. The title of this review was great food.... With the finest Chef Managers like Patrick, Isaiah and Jerome they make sure the staffs are always making meals that will not be forgotten. I had lobster tails 4 of the 14 days and them where to die for. The entertainment team was also good with Paige, OMG, Peaches and Rick Hollywood. They talked to us every day on the beach. We came to relax and they understood why we played no games. The live music (from 7:30 to 9:30) in the bar was fantastic. We requested songs and they played them. We only watched the late show once. It was all lip synched like most resorts and we never went back. This show was run twice. I tried to talk to the Entertainment Manager Keni but she was never around. The property was spotless and always being cleaned with workers likes Orlando who never stopped working or smiling when I would say hello. The beach was kept cleaned and raked every day. My buddy Osborn always said hi when he was raking the beach. We took a little trip to the hills and the Mo Bay Dock Club. Eric (Eric’s Chillout Tours) our driver explained a lot of what we saw. He knew every tree, fruit and back roads around Mo Bay. We took some pictures and enjoyed a few minutes at the great river. The resort and vacation was great

The resort was very beautiful very clean . Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Food was excellent . If I had to say anything negative it would be the beach but they were working on it while we were there . Would've liked to seen more nightly entertainment .The Entertainement they did have was amazing

Riu Negril: Amazing resort. Awesome food!

The hotel was beautifully renovated. Very clean! Delicious food, with many options for everyone. Great amenities and comfortable spacious rooms. Jerk chicken on the beach was great! Staff were all friendly and very helpful!

Couples Swept Away: A fantastic vacation!

The food was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was great, very friendly and accommodating! We took full advantage of the watersports, there's so much more included here than your typical all-inclusive. We stayed in a Gardenview room; the room itself was nice, but the road noise was noticeably loud especially morning and evening, although with the a/c on it was mostly drowned out. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Girls vacation

I loved it it was so beautiful. I felt so good there the food was good the staff was friendly and felt very safe. Very helpful the drinks were great the events that were going on we're great I thought the lobby was amazing

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Overall great resort.

Grounds were great especially Rose Hall area. Room itself was okay but had a nice large bathroom. Enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants. The majority of the staff were friendly and there were a few not so nice. Disappointed with the beach area.

Sunset Beach Resort and Spa: Sunscape Resort and Spa

This was our first trip to Jamaica. It was not what we were expecting. I think this resort is geared for families more than couples. All but one of the bars shut down by 10pm. The only one still open was in the dance club/casino. It was very relaxing though. Food and services were great and so was the staff. Not much of a beach on the resort. SeaGarden Beach Resort: Excellent Resort

My husband and I just got back from a 7 day all inclusive stay at Sea Gardens, Montego Bay. We were extremely happy with the resort. Our room was extremely big and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the nightly entertainment was awesome. The food was extremely good - especially the homemade soups. One thing I would recommend though would be a selection of cheese. Overall, I would certainly recommend this resort and would certainly go back.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Resort

This was our second visit to this resort however we chose the new Luxury adults only side this year. We had an even better time than last year. The resort is so clean, Staff are amazing and food is delicious. Already looking forward to visiting again next year.

The hotel was great! Very clean and modern. Staff were good but not the best. grounds were very well maintained. The beach sucked! They have a wall of rocks dumped in front of the hotel to stop the water from ruining the beach.water was Not even hip deepwater. We booked excursions through the hotel BIG MISTAKE we were left behind and didn't get to go to the Appleton estates. We got our money back but that's not the point we wanted to go. Riu Montego Bay: Will go again!!!

I was extremely impressed with EVERYTHING. Staff friendly, clean, food was excellent and a variety. We had an amazing time!!!!! My wife and I felt we got our moneys worth. We have not a single complaint!!!!!!

Riu Negril: Nice place

Newly renovated, perfect size resort. Nice clean rooms, great food, excellent entertainment team, calm ocean water, good snorkeling. The ocean floor has sea weed and sand muck in some areas. Be careful not to step on sea urchants. 2 hour drive from the airport.
