Spent 3 night luxury Bahia prencipay Amber blue . Food was good. The staff was great.Beautiful resort. Really enjoyed the entertainment at the lobby in the evening.Ground very well maintained, clean, beautiful. Customer Service very poor .

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Really a paradise

We stayed at Luxury Bahia Principe Samana for one week between Sept 11 and 18 ; between two major hurricanes Irma and Maria, we were lucky to have the best weather we have had in three years. The hotel is relatively small At this time of the year was just half occupied. Secluded between hills with tropical forest and a peaceful cove this hotel offers a private beach with crystal limpid waters. (no rocks, no weeds ). We did not need to ask for anything; coffee, bottled water and alcoholic and soft drinks were replenished daily in the fridge, towels and sheets changed etc. The entertainment was great too. Really a five star hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: ExceptionL

The grounds were beautiful, the people were exceptionally attentive. The entertainment was lacking, but our overall vacation was fantastic! We took advantage of all they had to offer including a shoping trip that cannot be explained and must be experienced for ones self. A definate return in our future!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Decent resort

Foodwise not the best but some ok la carte restuarants with the best one being Maika the japanese restaurant Pool was warm and ok but i got ear infection the last day so dont go too deep in water just float around if you ask me. Overall I recommend this place if you dont want to spend too much money for vacation

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Enjoyed every minute!!!

Everything was perfect! Believe the positive reviews, they are all true. The negative reviews come from negative people. If you can't be happy here, you can't be happy anywhere! Room, grounds, food, beach, staff and especially the Jamaican people were wonderful! Definitely going back!! Not worth paying extra for the Don Pablo luxury side as the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica had what we needed.

This resort is one of the destination we have seen.. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The view from our room was fantastic . OPEN View The food is one of the best we ever had This is our second time to this resort.. We are in the process of saving our money for a third trip. LOVE THIS PLACE

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: A great place to go and getaway for some fun and sun

Was very pleased with this hotel. We were recommended this place from some friends and so we went to check it out ourselves and we were not disappointed. The food, service, entertainment, rooms and everything was great. I will be returning to this resort again for sure.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fabulous pool!

We spent 6 days at this beautiful resort. It was clean and well maintained. The food was great, with several options. We went scuba diving and snokeling and the dive shop staff were fantastic! My only "complaint" if I would even call it that would be the areas with air conditioning were not very cool. I realize it was 40 degrees out but it would have been nice to get a break from the heat.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Awesome resort!!

We went there as a family with three kids 10 months old, 2 and 10 years to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and it be was an off the chain experience. They catered to our needs entirely by providing an additional bed plus a crib for the baby before we got there. We were placed in a room close to the main buffet restaurant and pool which was ideal since we had the kids and strollers to manoeuvre with. The room was cleaned twice with fresh towels daily. That was just spectacular!! The grounds were very clean and the nightly entertainment was superb. After the nightly entertainment they had a film that was shown from a projector reflecting on the towers which the kids really enjoyed. The waterpark was great for the younger kids but not so much for the older but she enjoyed the pool more anyways. Didn't do much at the beach except for a photo shoot since there was so much seaweed which is only natural for which they tried to clean as much as possible. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely go back and as the name implies Fantasia which is Fantasy in Spanish and it was just that... FANTASTIC experience�

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing experience!

Hotel was super nice! Clean and modern. Rooms were big and beautiful. Large balcony! Staff was amazing! So polite and really was just overall always happy and wanting to make our experience and vacation as best as they can! Beach was small, and quite rocky. Premium booze was a plus! Overall amazing resort, would definitely go back

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Overrated!

Firstly, this is one small section of a huge complex. There is Ambar Green, Ambar Blue and Ambar Blue and Green- totally confusing! The best part of this resort is the grounds which are well maintained and clean. One of the restaurants, serving Brazilian food was very good. The reception personnel were Sooo ineffective! When we went to ask for something, they rudely directed us to guest services! For us, the worst part were the rooms! Perhaps when newly constructed, they were worthy of a 5 star resort but not any longer! The room was outdated, smelled of mold and humidity! We changed rooms twice! The staff couldn't seem to repair the Air Conditioning until the day we left! As one stepped into the corridor, there were dust bunnies everywhere and dirty dishes piled up! Disgusting! This is NOT a 5 star or a 4 star hotel!

That was the second time I booked my vacation through them, and I'm so happy with my choice, as I had the best deal with the best customer service experience. Rick spent almost spent an hour patiently to find me the best deal with as much as possible discount. I appreciate his work.

nice resort.. nice food.. great location.. very accommodating staff ... They have a great Japanese restaurant which provide great service and food is awesome .. buffet has wide variety of food from different cuisines. overall great place for family and kids

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Incredible Food!!!

The hotel is rustic and traditional. We went in Sept and it was rainy season so our room was flooded but we got a different room - no upgrade for our troubles but a complimentary spa session. There's no Wifi in the rooms and it's $50 USD per week. The food experience was 10/10. With resort food I just don't expect too much but I was extremely impressed! The resort is child friendly and there's good activity and food options for them as well. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great resort

Amazing resort. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Please note that this resort is adults only! No kids!! :) & its great for couples or a group of friends. The resort is perfect size and very accessible to all other Bahia's in the area. The beach, which is located 10 min away and the hotel provideds you with all transporstations required. Bussess come every 5 minutes & the ride to the beach and other resorts is super fun. The beach is phenomenal, cristal clear water and you get to swin with the fishes [... read more]!! Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Somewhat disappointed

This resort is beautiful, well kept, has fantastic entertainment, and the food is very good. The service in the A la cart restraunts is fantastic. The down side is that the resort is extremely large and understaffed. In the buffet, it was almost impossible to get a coffee, and in the evening during the entertainment the service was slow and the waiters were abrupt and less then friendly,.also, it was labeled all exclusive but the safe was an extra $5. US a day, and the alcohol was cut off at 11 [... read more] pm. And if you wanted more it was at an additional cost. As I said a very large resort and understaffed, getting a transport from lobby to room was near impossible

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: had a great time

everything was great other then beach and transat security. they put the wrong luggage tags on the wrong bags. spent a hour in security each. in punta cana. I will go back any time. other than that no problem.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Excellent views!

Recently we stayed at the Grand Bahia Príncipe Cayacoa for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The hotel was clean and well taken care of, the staff and food were wonderful! We loved the elevator to the beach and many nightly entertainment options. The all inclusive made everything easy. We would have changed the fact that the beach is not fully private (some locals have access) and we would have liked more souvenirs. Overall a great experience we would recommend!

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: One word AMAZING

I would like to thank Helen Cloutier for her proposition to go to El Portillo. It was exactly what she had said it would be. We had Villa 8 and it was in the center of the resort. The food very tasty both at the buffet and a la carte, vast variety and good, the beach was we just how we like it calm water and clean, weather was great except for one day. The rooms were clean. The food was great all facilities were clean. Excellent resort I would recommend this resort. We had a great time. We also enjoyed ala cart restaurants including Italian and Brazilian.
