Riu Flamingos: Amazing resort. More then a 3.5 star by far!
Riu Jalisco was amazing starting with the staff right down to house keeping. Food was awesome, very clean resort. No complains what so ever. My first time there and I would definitly return and recommend to my friends. Thanks for an awesome time!!
Riu Palace Punta Cana: not that great
It was ok smelly rooms no towels half the time no water bottles in room had to ask them everyday. Carpets dirty people were very friendly all of them can,t say nothing about them food was terrable no taste about fifty of us got sick from the fish we talked to someone on the resort told us that they go fishing leave the fish in the boat not on ice in the sun all day that is why people get sick.
Riu Ocho Rios: awesome and Friendly resort
The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always try to help you with any questions the beach is gorgeous and the views are awesome. Drinks and the food is plenty and you can always find a seat because of the awesome service from the kitchen staff. Entertainment was great and you l always find something going on at the beach whether it be volleyball or exercise programs
Riu Guanacaste: Absolutely amazing resort
Amazing resort ! Spotless and very friendly staff. With amazing food and drinks and guarantee sun shine ever day . What more could you ask for . We'll be going back ! Highly recommended. Entertainment was amazing also .
Riu Flamingos: Great resort for the price!
After reading other reviews we were not sure what to expect but honestly I have no clue what people are complaining about! Great food options, had no problems making reservations for the al a carte. The resort definitely is busy but it was upsetting to see that people save so many beach chairs with their towel yet don't sit there all day! But that says nothing about the resort, it was the guests!
Riu Flamingos: DISSAPOINTING
The food and liquor was very DISSAPOINTING. There was a shortage of staff throughout the resort making lineups quite long at times. Would not go here ever again. Same food everyday. No changes very poor grade of rum and vodka always short on.
Riu Vallarta: Riu Vallarta
I would recommend this resort to anyone. The place is very clean the staff very friendly and the food was excellent. Weather and the beaches were awesome. Lots to do everyday. Met lots of really friendly people from England
Grand Memories Varadero: Nothing to complain about!
Staff is very friendly, service is good. Resort & Beach was very nice and well kept. Diamond club is worth the extra. Plenty of well done entertainment day and night. Some food handling improvements could be made.
Riu Caribe Cancun: Happy stay
We had to change rooms , musty smell and fixtures broken in the bathroom, the front desk was good to deal with and we received a different room the next day, the staff was excellent, food was excellent. We would stay again
Riu Palace Costa Rica: Nice Resort but not 5 star
The hotel was very nice, very clean. The beach was good but not a long walking beach and the hotel is in a very remote area and there are not any towns close by. the dining room staff need more training, service was very inconsistent. The staff were for the most part very friendly. This is a very hot country and very expensive.
Grand Memories Varadero: Nice Resort
The hotel itself was nice to look at, pool area is pleasing and appealing. Cleanliness could of been improved, the pool chairs stained. The hotel room themselves very basic and could be freshened up, rooms cleaned but never felt fresh. Food was moderately good in A La Cart Style. Buffet food was not for us, avoided a lot of the food unless it was simple like Bread and Bananas or eggs. Snack bar often out of selections. Coffee Bar was excellent and the Bar was Excellent! I don't think I would rec [... read more]

Sol Turquesa Beach: Big resort
This hotel is part of Gaviota group so it pass to the Cubain. Staff was frustrated cause tourist does not tips anymore. No toilet seat in lobbies washrooms. Massage was great. Beach wanderfull. Very big resort, lots of walking and stairs. Golf carts available to bring you to different place in the resort. Rooms are clean. Fifth times in Cuba. First times in a 4 1/2 star but felt like a 4. Food in the buffet always the same.

Riu Emerald Bay: Beautiful Resort
Resort was well maintained, service was amazing and the food was great. The beach was very clean, all of the pools where amazing and very clean. The bartenders had a vast knowledge of specialty drinks which was very impressive.
Sol Turquesa Beach: good resort
Cleanest rooms, good beach, food was OK we never went hungry. We had terrific weather from the 2nd of Feb to 9th. My wife had quite a few bug bites whatever they were, but we brought an arsenal knowing that would be the case.
Sol Turquesa Beach: ok resort
food as expected for cuba ,bland and same food every day at buffet .Service good and beaches nice! room clean but needs updating too many stairs beds are hard as rock overall for price its what to expect better than other spots
Riu Palace Aruba: RIU Palace Aruba
Beautiful hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.... The food was excellent at all of the restaurants, including the buffet that had so much selection we could hardly believe it! Restaurants were particularly beautiful, and were kept immaculate! One disappointment was the departure time provided by Sunwing - 6:10 a.m. Since the airport doesn't open for traffic until 6:30 a.m. we were stuck on the plane for an extra 20 minutes. Concerning the beach, all of which are public in Aruba, we were bot [... read more]
Riu Palace Costa Rica: Very good resort
Very clean and well maintained room and grounds. The floors in the halls, rooms and walkways outside were washed every day. The pools and pool areas were also well maintained every day. The food was very good in the restaurants, especially in the buffets - loved themes. The entertainment was also very good..
