Secrets Royal Beach: Great week at Secrets Cap Cana

This resort was 5 star all the way. From the amazing service to the fantastic food to the clean gorgeous rooms. We had a great week. It's the only resort that I have ever been to that I would say I would 100% go back to.

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Majestic Mirage is our home away from home!

This was our second stay at Majestic Mirage, having stayed the same week last year, and we were even more impressed this time! Jacobs met us on the front steps of the resort and made check in a breeze. We were in our room and on the beach literally a half hour after stepping off the bus. Jacobs made himself available to us at all times so that we could take full advantage of our week in the sun without having to worry about the details. Our absolute favourite spots on the property: 1) the sports bar, where we were able to enjoy Sunday football, billiards, great music, and pub-style eats in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; 2) the coffee shop in the main square, where we opted for a specialty coffee each night in lieu of dessert (the best Spanish coffees ever!); 3) the beach buffet, which had a bit of everything, and then some - very easy to eat healthy this week with the choice of delicious salads at lunch, and wonderful steak and seafood at this restaurant for 3 of our nights; 4) THE BEACH!!!, stunning and always well-maintained; 5) the martini bar, just outside the Italian restaurant - so delicious and a really nice touch; 6) the Japanese restaurant is a must-do - entertaining and tasty; 7) the Mirage Club swim-up bar was a nice, shady place to spend happy hour and get chatting with other guests. 8) The Dominican Night - wow, we were so impressed with the food, dance, costumes, and music...and enjoyed the Mama Juana very much! We would highly recommend Punta Cana, Majestic Mirage, and our butler, Jose Jacobs, who we can't say enough good things about. Please go to this resort and see for yourself!

Riu Republica: Amazing resort

This hotel was very very very nice. From the welcoming to the service of the friendly and amazing staff I can say I will be back. The restaurants and buffet were very catering to the needs of the clients. Food also stocked, freshed and well seasoned. Im glad i made the choice to come to this country and stay at this Riu.

Riu Republica: Beautiful Resort

Beautiful resort, everything was always super clean. Well air conditioned. Nothing ever sat on tables too long at restaurants they were very quick to clear plates off for the next guest to sit down!!!

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Phenomenal

CHIC was an absolutely wonderful resort. On top of the fun we had, we were very well thought of often and taken care of with pride and courtesy. The staff, all of them, were incredible and made us feel at home and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our engagement. Thank you to Ana and her team for making our stay wonderful and bringing us together in your “family”! Excursions were so much fun. The crew were absolutely fantastic and ensured everyone’s safety both in the water and on the catamaran. The monkey excursion was so fabulous and worth every memory. Mimi and Pina were just WOW!!!!! They were so hilarious we couldn’t stop laughing. The horseback riding was a great time too! Joel, our guide was fantastic and a lot of fun. I cannot remember our other guides name but he too was great and had us laughing with his andele andele catch phrase. Absolutely a fantastic trip. We will definitely be back.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: They tried

We (3 couples) stayed at the Level section of the Melia Punta Cana and probably won’t return (only because we stayed at a 2 diamond resort last year) . The resort was ok considering it’s over 21 years old. We had the butler service and 2 out of the 3 butlers were no shows all the time. I’m pleased to say that the 1 butler stepped up and took over. The food was fine with the exception of the Italian which was 5 star!!!

Excellence El Carmen: Best resort I have ever stayed at

Best resort I have ever stayed at. Right from greeting at the front door to the amazing rooms pools food beach and service I have never been more amazed at such a great resort. The atmosphere and the service and the people were amazing.

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Barcelo Bavara Beach

The resort is one of the best we have every stayed The food out of this world, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms excellent.Would we go back definitely One negative it is not easy to get in and out of shower no handrails

Hotel staff - extremely friendly and helpful Room - very clean and kept very well throughout our stay Maid staff - attended to any requests promptly (I.e. extra towels) Pool - very nice, cleaned everyday, great for swimming and activities. Concierge - our concierge was Heney and he was amazing. He was always there to help in whatever we needed. And provided is with any information about the Dominican we required. Spa - I am so glad we had a massage. It was absolutely relaxing and gave us access to the jacuzzi, saunas (dry and wet), bubble bath and much more. Such a relaxing environment. They offered swimming classes for kids. Overall Highly recommend this resort particularly if you have children

Excellence El Carmen: Great resort

Great resort with large comfortable rooms. Pools and beach were excellent. Food was good and we had a gluten free person and everybody was quite accommodating. Gym was very well equipped and super clean.

Riu Palace Macao: Terrific resort

Very clean inside, well maintained grounds outside, pools and beach area. Dining service can be improved. Servers should be thought that their first and foremost job is to serve the guests. Tips would come as a bonus not as an expectation first. Same as house cleaning. I generously tipped everyone, especially housekeeping because they work very hard. Riu Republica: Beautiful resort

Our stay at Riu republica was nothing short of amazing. It far exceeded out expectations. Food was amazing, the beach was clean, could always find a chair. So many pools, it was clean! The service was fabulous, we didn’t wait for any meal service and never more than a few minutes for drinks. The entertainment staff really did a great job at getting people to have fun, but were not pushy for those who just wanted to observe. The buffet always has a great variety to choose from though! I would recommend this resort to anyone young or old. You will not be disappointed!

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Fantastic Resort!!!

This hotel was awesome. We thank you so much for the free upgrade to the Colonial section. Would definitely recommend this option for the butler service (David was amazing, took care of all our requests quickly and made us feel like we were getting special treatment) and the private lounge, pool and beach section - they were a super added bonus. Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Amazing RESORT

As soon as we got to the hotel, we were greeted with a alcohol beverage and a cold towel. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is massive. We stayed in the family area and it was awesome. Our butler Eli was very helpful. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and Eli surprised us with balloons and cake in our room. The restaurant's were very delicious especially the steak house! We are there 3 times.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Wonderful Resort!

The grounds were beautiful, atmosphere was enjoyable, enjoyed the restaurants, the beach beds, staff were friendly,,Sunwing rep was great, everything was in walking distance, no reservations for the restaurants,

Punta Cana Princess: Wonderful, friendly, relaxing

Fantastic resort. Staff were friendly, accommodating and relaxed. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach was perfect! Plenty of loungers and palapas for everyone. Very nice VIP area with Bali style sunbeds. Everything was clean and beautiful. The food was very good. The steak at Rio Grande was excellent. The most relaxed I've ever felt while on vacation.

Riu Republica: Unreal resort

This resort is truly awesome in so many ways. It is very large with lots of room for everything to help with overcrowding and offers something for everyone The food was top notch especially the main buffet and the Italian specialty restaurant. The beach was big and beautiful and there is plenty of pools for everyone to enjoy depending on your mood. Shows were great and there’s lots of great things to do. Riu Palace Punta Cana: our hello and thanks for all of your employers.

hotel well organized clean and beautiful . suite cleaner were very polite and did a good job. dinning was a nice and good . employers who are serving in dinning area .after serving they gather at one place and making fun of each others and speaking loudly. while dinning room should be a little quite but they did a excellent serve .

Riu Republica: Breath taking vacation

The resort was a 10 out of 10, the saff was very friendly and always busy cleaning , serving etc. The food was amazing in all resteraunts including the buffet. The beach was clean and not alot of pressure type sellers. Only minor complaint was the hard beds. Other than that the Riu Republicia was a great place and would go back. Thank you

Riu Republica: Good stay, not amazing

This is a beautiful resort, lovely grounds with many pool areas to suit your style. The beach is perfect with no rocks or seaweed to be seen, and you can walk for miles. The beach is hidden from the pool areas due to a high hill separating the two. The food was decent in the main buffet. Lots of options here and great service. We tried the steak house and had food that was either undercooked, or so overcooked that we could have started a hockey game with it. The Italian was decent food,  [... read more]however it is fully buffet with no dishes served. We also ate at the Spanish restaurant. Beef tasted delicious but I was violently ill about half an hour after. Entertainment was hot/cold. The neon party was out of this world. Top level entertainment, better than any stay I have had elsewhere. I didn't bus over to the other resort for the pink party, so can't comment on that. I found the staff would come out and dance around the pool and talk about the entertainment, but never did zumba or salsa by the pool. We checked the schedule and it said it was on the beach the next day, but spent the day at the beach and no activities happened there. Our room was lovely. We had paid for a triple room, but somehow they had booked us in a standard room for 3 people, even though we paid more for a triple. We ended up upgrading to a family suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shared patio and hallway area. Very nice room and ours was in a quiet area. (room 0178). Overall a very nice place. Alcohol is not top notch, but still a decent drink to be found everywhere. Swim up bar can get a little crazy when they start sliding people down the counter-tops, but there are many other pools close by if you don't enjoy that scene.
