Barcelo Aruba: Great family vacation spot
Just returned from a family vacation October 1-8, 2016. We arrived only a couple days following hurricane Matthew which did not leave much to be desired with regards to the beach/ocean. Alot of seaweed in the water and also on the beach. Although the ocean was very warm, the water was not Crystal clear as anticipated. I rated the ocean with 4 stars because it certainly has the potential under normal weather conditions. The pool was amazing. They offered aqua fit with an instructor each morning [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Riu Palace Antillas
Not a 5 star resort. The hallway was very dingy, and the rooms bathroom in the room was quite dirty. The room itself was OK, but outdated. The restaurants were great, the lobby and main areas were very nice. We were honeymooners and were promised a welcome gift which we never did receive.
Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Hotel
Hotel was amazing. Grounds was well kept Staff was amazing. Room size was great. but we didn't care for the view (overlooking parking lot, noisy) Food was good. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants. Good location
Riu Palace Aruba: Wonderful honeymoon
My husband and I loved this resort for our honeymoon! Spectacular scenery and incredible food. Buffet was always fully stocked with delicious fresh food. We had a great room that the cleaning service took excellent care of. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!
Riu Palace Aruba: Great location and amenities
This was our first trip to Aruba and we will definitely go back. The Riu Palace all-inclusive is great, it's located within walking distance from shops and restaurants. It has great beach with clear and still water, nice swimming pool and great rooms. Food was overall good. No worries about tap water like other places. Aruba is nice and safe, people are friendly and happy; although is a small island, there are plenty of interesting places to visit. We rented a car for half a day and we drove to [... read more]

Holiday Inn Resort Aruba: Great family resort!
The grounds are great, ocean and sand are clean, beautiful and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Food is delicious and always fresh. Recommendations: Palm and Ocean tower rooms need to be updated and the carpet must be removed. They are very dated and muggy!! As for the restaurants, Davinci's should be open every evening to give guests a third choice. Pools and hot tubs could also use a refresh Activities: More activities at the pool would be great. There were no activities at the beac [... read more]
Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort: the worst of all my 38 yr traveling
I found the staff rude I will never stay there again we go to aruba 3 times a tear for the past 8 years this was the worse if your travel agent recommends this place get a new agent, if your going to aruba stay in palm beach please you will thank me for it later
Riu Palace Antillas: Outstanding Resort
The only issue I had with this resort was that the 4 a la carte restaurants must be reserved between 8:00 am and 11:00 am 24 hours in advance. Not an issue except that the seating are only for 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm and the Assistant General Manager, Justin Carson told me that they appear half empty for every sitting because they only book 45% capacity. Needless to say this, is frustrating and highly inconvenient for such an otherwise outstanding resort. I am not a huge foody but I would imagine th [... read more]
Tamarijn Beach Resort: An Amazing vacation resort!
First, I would like to thank the tripcentral travel agent Maria for recommending this resort, theTamarijn Beach Resort in Aruba. It was amazing! All the rooms had ocean front rooms that were just a few feet from the beach (2 story small buildings). The beach was great for long walks and the water was so clear and beautiful. All the rooms had been fully renovated and were beautiful. I went there needing a rest. I slept, ate and drank when I was not enjoying the tours the entire week (all inclusiv [... read more]
Riu Palace Aruba: Great holidays!
We spent a fabulous 7 day vacation at the Riu Palace Aruba and it was great! The beach and the pool were fantastic! We had very nice, hot weather all week. The food was very good, we found the buffet offered nice healthy choices for lunch and dinner! The island itself is very beautiful with super friendly locals...i would return in a heartbeat!
Tamarijn Beach Resort: quiet and low key
The pictures shown on the website reflect exactly what you get. Its clean and when you ask for ocean front you get it! Bring your water shoes as there can be small stones when you enter the ocean. This seems to change with the weather, but, best to be prepared. The only down side I can think about is that this hotel is close to Town (bonus to walk into) but along with that comes more traffic sounds and the ambulance. That noise took some getting used to!
Divi Village: Great resort and greater beaches
Hotel room was very spacious modern and clean, we had a 1 bedroom suite on the first floor overlooking the golf course and a man made lake, it was a great and relaxing view!! The beach is just across the street but very easy access, also i rented a car and with my wife we drove all around aruba to different restaurants and beaches, overall in my opinion aruba is not a place to go all inclusive since there are so many great places to eat and see and price will even out in the end. Great vacation! [... read more]
Courtyard by Marriott Aruba Resort: Great resort
Well kept and updated. Stayed at the Mill when it first open and several other times and still would go back. Short walk to the beach and across street from the high rise hotels. Good place to see Aruba without breaking your pocket.
Riu Palace Antillas: Needs to improvement to be five star
Very short drive from the airport which was great. Check in was fast. They upgraded our room because it was our wedding anniversary, very happy about that. Our floor was renovated but the room still needef much more work. Bathroom needs complete makeover. Water pressure so low you could barely shower, bathtub needs to be replaced, more comfortable chairs on the balcony. The bed was too hard. Room was cleaned every day, lots of towels, bar stocked every day. Wish they had brand name beer. Food wa [... read more]
Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing Vacation
My first impression was that the rooms were dated but the resort is being updated from the former Westin to the RIU standards. The staff all through the hotel delivered the best customer service I have ever seen, everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home. The dining and choice of meals was superb. Management was very hands on to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay, thanks Justin and Allison and all the other Management staff. Special mention to Nelson the bartender and Tamik [... read more]
Tamarijn Beach Resort: Good times
The grounds were clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food adequate but not too hot. Often times even a la carte meals were lukewarm. Had issues with the drainage in the shower on the last day of our trip. Called front desk to advise and they said they were aware however by next morning still not fixed. This was a disappointment as we're concerned of flooding out bathroom. Still would like coffee makers in room
Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Would definitely come back!
Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, food was good, beach was a short walk away and it was a beautiful beach! Easy, quick bus transportation downtown or to Palm Beach. Would definitely go back to this resort!
Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Amazing resort!
We were very impressed with the Tropicana Resort and Casino. The resort is very well maintained, the pools, rooms, grounds, restaurants and casino. We would love to return to this resort in the future. It was quiet and very relaxing. We were worried that the resort may not be up to our standards because it was such a great deal but we were pleasantly surprised.
