Grand Oasis Sens: Mix Feeling-( not the best though:(

We had few issues with our stay, such as room type, toilet n shower not working all the time, water supply had shutdown for 3 hrs w/o any advance notice due to reno. and on a raining day lot of leaks throughout the resort. No free wifi anywhere ($11 per day) no food or drink after 2am if you want to explore Cancun's (the best) nitelife make sure to eat in downtown cuz there is nothing available at this resort not even as late snack :( and also there isn't much happening at the resort entertainme [... read more]nt wise may be due to not that many ppl were there after 10pm its a ghost town only entertainment is dwntwn. Anyhow they did their best to compensate us for all these issues to make our stay enjoyable by giving us free wifi and upgrade our vacation package. On positive note Benazuza , Black Hole, Sakura and The Box restaurants were awesome, great food and service. Cheers

Grand Oasis Riviera: Disappointing

This was my first time at an All-Inclusive and it was disappointing. Half the resort was being renovated and my party was relocated (without us being told) to another part of the resort that was not part of the main grounds. The vacationers staying in this section shared the site with staff that were living there. As well there were security issues resulting in a room change. There was a strong rancid smell which indicated that we were adjacent to the Sewage Reservoirs. Food was fair with very l [... read more]imited healthy and/or vegetarian options. Staff was friendly and respectful but slow to respond to requests. Beach and pool areas were awesome.

Brisas Del Caribe: Good and confortable resorts to stay

Overall staffs are friendly, we upgrade our room to 3rd floor with no extra cost, room 337 on the third floor is the best, food are good, sometime the buffet restaurant very busy, we tips them not all the time (but a dollars goes a long way), our server at the restaurant reserve our table every night. Afterall it is only 3 stars resorts not a 5 stars, but I feel it is 4 stars.

Oasis Tulum: Staff set this resort apart from all other resorts

Have to say very disappointed with Sunwing on this vacation. Everything pictured, or promised through Sunwing was images from a sister resort. The rooms were adequate at best. But the staff made up for any disappointments we had with Sunwing. Very friendly, and all staff would drop everything just to help out. Even had a couple servers offer dinners at their homes with their families. Super cool. Entertainment at resort was lacking, unless ur into pool yoga. And the amount of screaming children  [... read more]running around was not enjoyable. Would definitely go back to area, just not this resort. Also have to say Jill from Trip Central (Sarnia)was a delight to deal with. Any questions we had, she found answers right away. Will definitely use Trip Central again.

Brisas Del Caribe: Great staff!

I would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a cheap get away. The price was great and the staff were unforgettable! The entertainers were the most friendly and happiest people we've ever met! We have to thank them for our great experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Brisas Del Caribe: Incredible Beach, friendly Cubans

The North Hotel was close to the beach and the grounds were kept immaculate. We really enjoyed the BBQ Calenta when fired up for the chicken and hotdog, bring tabasco. The buffet was good and the staff incredible, yet at two occasions I found a few blue spots of mold on the bread and discarded them. Now everything else we experienced was pure magic, the friendly bartenders, the beach and experiencing a little of the downtown varadero. The animation team were really outgoing and funny, keeping people entertained and happy. I even have photos of staff dancing with guests at random. My girlfriend was almost in tears to leave and wants to return again. We did not eat at a resort restaurant because there was always a limited amount of room and wasted too much time to book. Would have been nice to try but did not really diminish our visit. We did swim with fishes along with a catamaran ride for a decent price. Over all the resort has potential to be truly amazing but we still enjoyed it very much nonetheless.

Oasis Tulum: Very nice resort

Nice beach, clean resort, the staff is very friendly... It rained a lot during our visit. The only downside would be the ambiance in the lobby. There was only elevator type of music which was a little boring

Brisas Del Caribe: yes i,ve been there before thats y went back

i like it its better than some in cuba the rooms are kept clean pools are good the food could be little better but the rest is good I would go back there except no coffee in rooms meet so interesting people and were going to try meet up around feb or early march

Brisas Del Caribe: Beautiful Beach

Had a lovely week stay in Brisas Del Caribe. It was extremely hot, the beach was the best beach I have ever seen. Great snorkeling and explored Bella Caves in Matanza. Definitely worth seeing. Resort... Older by nature but okay. The friendliest staff and fabulous Massage Therapist. Good food, no complaints.

Be Live Turquesa: Average resort.

Food and beach was absolutely amazing. Aesthetics and upkeep could use a little work. We had a leaking air conditioner in our room that finally was fixed on the last day we left. Pool did not look absolutely clean or maintained. A section of the pool did not have water in it and appeared abandoned. There were other areas that looked liked they had been working previously but were abandoned.Upkeep of property definately could use some TLC.

Brisas Del Caribe: Relaxing week

I got married and enjoyed so much time with my husband, family and friends. Always go back for the people and the music. It my spot to reboot and recharge with the infecious happiness that Cuba always offers.

Oasis Tulum: Didn't get what we paid for

Casa club guests are not at the main resort and treated by some staff (welcoming concierge) as second class. We booked a family fun suit that had a separate bedroom and living space with a pull out couch..... We never got this room!!! Some of the staff were excellent! Rooms were clean, resort was nice..... It was the treatment by some of the staff and not getting the suit we paid for that ruined our time. Food was not very good, but the Mediterranean restaurant was excellent, best meal we had al [... read more]l week.

First time for my fiance and I at the Oasis Tulum and would not go back at all. The hotel is not a beachfront hotel as advertise. The room was old and in need of a upgrade, the grounds smells like a sewer. If your not staying at the Grand Oasis tulum the staff doesn't really pay attention to you and basically ignores you because of the color of your bracelet. The beach is very small and rocky, not what I was expecting for Tulum. This resort has sooo much potential to be 5 star but they seem happy to stay 4 star. The front desk reps need to be retrained in customer service - a simple smile and pleasant demeanor goes a long way. My major disappontment is with the food - having a good meal was 'hit-and-miss' but mostly 'miss'. The resort was okay overall. clean rooms, hot water, working air-conditioning and the food was good however the selection was very limited. The resort lacked in the service area. Front desk process was extremely slow and staff not overly friendly with the exception of a very few. Beach was excellent, pool area was a little run down. I would recommend this resort for people travelling on a budget who are used to basic accommodations.

Oasis Tulum: beautiful amazing resort

This was our first trip to mexico And the place was beautiful.we had a ground floor room with a pool view, the servers were polite and helpful. The weather was fantastic. We will definitely go back. Rooms were clean fresh towels daily, pool towel supplied everyday. Loved it

Be Live Turquesa: Good if you like Cuba, nice beach & all inclusive

The beach and sea are perfect. You can eat good here (good for Cuba conditions), draft beer is perfect, local wine are poor, bars are OK. Hotel rooms are old but passable, the only important irritant was the low constant noise from air conditioning. Evening shows are very simple, not as seen in other Be Live hotels.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Good, not great

I went to this resort expecting a party resort, and that is definitely what Cancun Oasis caters to. The service is pretty bad overall, but there is lots of alcohol, a good beach and fun parties every night. The room was better than expected; however, the air conditioners break a lot and it made me sick/cough when it was on (probably mold). The Italian restaurant on the resort is great, but all other room options are mediocre, especially the buffet.

The Sens Cancun: Amazing resort!!!

Good food, good people. Rooms are a little outdated and internet is not included, but other than that the resort is very beautiful!! Staff are very friendly. Everything is close by!! and me and my family had an amazing experience. My kids loved it!!!

Brisas Del Caribe: A one

The room no lock patio door bathroom broken seat bathtub rust very brown people were fantastic the night before I left finally put a lock on my door??????sunwing elite plus sucks go to Europe every year always travel first class SATA transat people besi
