Paradisus Cancun: Amazing resort

Hotel is very nice. Room is newly renovated. Most staffs are very friendly, some staffs are very passionate about their jobs while some others might need you to tip them well in order to provide services with smiles.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Beautiful resort!

We enjoyed all aspects of this resort! The food was delicious, the service was top notch and the beach and pool areas were clean and beautiful. The room was in great location of all areas of resort. Would definitely recommend!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Amazing and definitely returning

I loved this resort it was absolutely beautiful the staff were also amazing I stayed in the royal service area and couldn’t have asked for nothing more I can’t wit to return this is definitely a place you will want to return to time and time again already looking forward to and saving for my next visit

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Good resort

Hotel is O.K. Beach is nice, water very clear. Plenty of chairs and towels. Rooms are good, but some "touch -up" is needed; carpet is not really clean properly, no glasses for water in room (only paper cups), but room was quiet. Restaurants: Buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch looks good, but we have some concern about hygiene. They cleaning tables with bleach, without rinse after that. With same bleach-cloth they wipe cutlery before serving on the table. Cutlery they carrying like a f [... read more]ire-wood, in hands instead on some tray. On bread area missing tongs to take a bread, there is more different salads, but no spoon or some tong for serving. Personal is somehow rough, newer smile. So far, in our vacation experience every hotel have some coffee corner with some pastry, but here installed "Starbuck"! Order and pay! Coffee from machine in front of buffet restaurant is very strong, for us unpossible to drink. Different is in all a-la-carte restaurants: service is very good, food very tasty, selection is supper!

The Level at Melia Caribe: Great Resort

Great staff, very good food, nice beach and pool. Overall the trip was very good and we all had a good time, I would go back again. Had a couple of small hiccups, but nothing to spoil our vacation. We were part of a group and there was a mix up because two of us had the same last name, so after they checked my parents in, they gave our room to someone else. We had to wait for a room in a different building than the rest of the group( but it was near so not a big problem.) If they had just t [... read more]old us there was going to be a delay checking in, it would not have been an issue, but in stead there was a lot of "it will be ready soon" and then nothing. The bath robes were missing and it took multiple requests over five days until we finally got two tiny robes that looked like they were rolled in a ball and stored in the bottom of a closet. The restocking of the mini fridge was a little hit or miss Other than these minor issues, we found the staff friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Ride from the airport is short, staff very friendly and accommodating. Resort clean, food was delish! Entertainment was fun. Majestic Tours are great and reasonably priced. Ride to downtown was cheap and short, wait at bus stop was very short. Downtown was great to walk around, shop and eat, Twin Brothers was amazing, try the 'Seeing Double' cocktaii, You will see double! All in all, we had an amazing time! Paradisus Punta Cana: Fun resort

We had a 4 night stay. Thank goodness we decided to upgrade to Royal service. We ended up in building 1 which is situated very central and right at the beach. The food was just ok but as a royal service guest we were entitled to eat in La Palapa which we really enjoyed.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Spectacular Resort

We we a group of 8 ladies and we were all pleased with the service, the food, the accommodations, and the above and beyond impeccable over all experience. Our only complaint was that the beach was quite stinky with seaweed from a storm.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Wonderful Resort

The grounds were clean, the staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. My personal favourite was the Vietnamese restaurant. Unlimited a la carte’s, and there was always entertainment. The resort wasn’t overly loud or busy. It was definitely a great place to relax.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Nice pools but horrible beach

The hotel is beautiful but the beach is so horrible we would never go to this area again. Service was great but i got food poisioning. Thr quality of the wine needs to be better. More options for different wines. Waterpark is amazing.

Zel Punta Cana - All Suites: Outstanding in All Aspects

I’m a season traveller-especially throughout the Caribbean—and I can say without hesitation that the Reserve at Real Palm delivers. From a prompt check in to daily activities geared toward all ages. Lineup everyday to book a diner takes an hour. Not relaxing - Shower and washroom faucet Water smell bad. Sewage odour.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Another amazing vacation!

Third visit to the Paradisus Punta Cana. Highly recommend the Royal Service and if you do ask for Alex as your Butler. The beach is very clean and both the private pool and beach are very close to the suite. All of the restaurants offer very good food. A number of them are open air restaurants so make sure you use some OFF because the mosquitos can be bad. Aside from that looking forward to returning again next year.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Love to stay at Paradisus La Perla Royal Service.

Absolutely well kept beautiful resort. Royal service for people who want to relax away from the noisy busy areas. Restaurants are amazing . The La Palapa highly recommended with all the polite service we got during our 8 days stay. The snacks in the Royal Service Lounge are very appetizing and creatively presented. Entertainment is a little noisy but it’s for the younger vacationers Rooms are very clean and specious.Clean towels twice a day. Melia Braco Village: Amazing vacation

April, great time to visit the island of Jamaica. My wife and I just got back from melia braco village, and we were amazed by the staff, the grounds, our room, the food, I am not sure but I think this is one of our best experiences so far, for us.I have to give them five star for service and hospitality. HOTEL NICE AND CLEAN, NICE POOLS, GREAT FOOD, GROUNDS WELL KEPT. STAFF VERY NICE, BEACH IS NOT GREAT BUT OK. EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. BARS SELECTION GOOD, NOT A PARTY RESORT BUT ALSO LOT OF YOUNGER CHILDREN SO NOT VERY QUIET.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Huge resort, disappointing beach.

The property is huge, with tons of pools and restaurants. It’s beautiful and the staff are amazing - every single one was over the top friendly. The beach was a huge disappointment (obviously not the fault of the resort). Not swimmable because of crazy amounts of seaweed. Incredible lattes and excellent food. Tons of swim up hotel rooms if you enjoy pools.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Another excellent stay at the level

This was our second stay in the last two years at the Meliá Punta Cana, again another awesome time. After reading all the negative reviews from the last year , let me say please don’t believe some of the negative reviews people write the Meliá has made some positive changes ALL for the best! Paradisus Punta Cana: Excellent resort

The resort was nice n clean, the workers were friendly. I enjoy the different varieties of food. The beach have nice white sand my favorite was poolside it's huge also the fitness room have machine that's up to date.
