Sunset at the Palms: Sooooo Relaxing......

My wife and I enjoyed the SATP so much. The food was incredible, even the buffet, the grounds are lush and beautiful, but the best part has to be the staff and the wonderful service that gives you complete relaxation.

Catalonia Montego Bay: amazing everything WOW

immaculate grounds,beaches awesome and very clean,buffet always awesome for breakfast lunch diner,never waited for anything,omellet guy PAUL is a fenom.Bar staff,Bell boys,lets say everyone were always friendly and courteousand willing to help.I will go back and recommend this resort to everyone I talk to.If you have kids,they will have the time of their lives.If your a single couple like my wife and I,you'll probably have the greatest time like we did.Just amazing!!!!!

Riu Ocho Rios: awesome and Friendly resort

The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always try to help you with any questions the beach is gorgeous and the views are awesome. Drinks and the food is plenty and you can always find a seat because of the awesome service from the kitchen staff. Entertainment was great and you l always find something going on at the beach whether it be volleyball or exercise programs

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Very Disappointing service

Location is great. Food was excellent. Gorgeous resort. Excellent entertainment. The service was very very poor. It's very unfortunate as the resort itself was perfect but the hotel staff were awful. Front desk was the worst. Put us in the wrong room, took 2 days to sort out. No one was ever helpful. 4 days in a row they would send us all over the resort to talk to different people as everyone would try to pass us off to other depts only to be sent back to the original place. Would never go back [... read more] because of the workers. The run around they continually gave us ruined our vacation.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: No other way than the Bahia Way!

Amazing resort!!!. Food was amazing, pools are beautiful, grounds are spectacularly clean, rooms are big, comfy and luxurious! The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet has so many options to choose from and the restaurants are very nice. Definitely will go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Too Big!

While the hotel is very nice, both sides together are very large with a lot of walking to get anywhere else besides the adults only section. There is loud music playing at every pool and beach bar which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere we look for in a resort. The food is very good at all a la cartes and the service is excellent. The whole vacation was tainted by the horrible rainy weather we had for the whole week. We feel like we paid a large amount of money to sit and play cards in the [... read more] lobby every day. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but still feel like we didn't have a vacation. The hotel is very close to the road which made for a lot of noise in the rooms and on our balcony. The luxury side is still a work in progress, the beach isn't yet finished, nor are all rooms opened yet. It will be much busier when the last block of rooms is open.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Love this Resort.

Second year in a row. I find this resort great value for your dollar. People are friendly and go out of their way to help. As a disabled traveller it is perfect. Meet new friends all the time. Food is excellent. Been to high end resorts and I'm just happy to return to the Holiday Inn Resort.

Couples Negril: Just right

Relaxing. This resort subtly encourages guests to mingle and creates soft opportunities to meet friendly new faces in other happy guests. While some guests create long lasting bonds with their Couples Family it is also encouraged to "Be Easy" and take nothing too seriously. If you desire solitude you will love the space you will find here.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: A great time

This resort was exceptional in every way. Super clean, the staff could not do enough for you. Can't wait to return. We were very happy with all the restaurants we went to. If any suggestion would be a easy place to get lunch while at the pool.

Dreams Rose Hall: Amazing Resort

Property was much bigger than expected. The beach is beautiful and well maintained throughout the day. Entertainment was very good, something different everynight. Food was amazing and staff super polite and helpful.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Terrible Management. Lame beach

We were disappointed that the beach didnt really give us that ocean feeling. All waves blocked off by barriers . Under construction. Not much area to swim. There's rocks that's block people in and you can't swim beyond. Management was terrible When we asked to be moved Becaue our room Was wet and right in front of the pool IT took three days . The tub didn't totally drain itself. The second day we were there we were woken up at 2:00 am asking if we used the tub becaue there was a leak. Then we g [... read more]ot a call another night @6:00 am for no reason .. We asked for a wake up call at 8:00 am ... Crazy. Then to get room service it's 45 minutes and up. They don't even serve pizza after 11:00 pm just nuggets that are brown from the refuted oils . They tasted like pastic from probably being heated. Management didn't seem to care... We revived 5 calls in 1 hour to confirm we received coffee and water to our room. Becaue conciege and front desk computer are not linked ... Terrible!!!!!! Will not go back!!! The only good part was this one cook heard me say I never tried ackee and salt fish and he took come more out

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Enjoyable stay

The hotel staff were very friendly. The food was good. We had some issues with our room on the night of arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable and need to be changed.

The grounds were amazing & very well kept, the rooms were always kept clean, fresh towels & beds made every day, the room was left spotless every day & the cleaning crew was always very courteous & pleasant always wanting to please

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Great vacation

Beautiful grounds and rooms in brand new building. Staff was friendly and would try to provide anything you asked for. Food was good and we had no problem getting reservations at the a la carte retaurants for each night (as long as you are a bit flexible with times). Only drawback is the man made beach with a break water wall along beach, not much room to walk along the water.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Family Resort

As all the Bahia Resorts, the grounds were immaculate. A true family resort, lots of kids for our kids to play with, giving us time to relax. We enjoyed the pool and the beach areas. The kids club team was great, they knew our kids in two days, and the activities they offered were fun. The food is good, the kids seem to prefer the buffet over the a la carte. My only suggestion for improvement would be an actual night show for the kids. They had disco nights at 8:30pm. Our kids were passed out most nights at this time from all the playing and fresh air!

Sandals Dunn's River: Enjoyable vacation

The resort was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable (make sure you get ocean view ) the food was top notch, name brand alcohol at tree bar, beach was small but nice. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful with any requests. Only downside was long drive from the airport.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: With a bit of tweaking this resort could be a 5

This was an amazing resort. It was very large but very well laid out. The grounds were very well kept. the rooms were very nice. they were large, clean, comfortable and very accommodating. The food was also very good and offered a large assortment. We especially loved the table laid out with the cheeses. The pool and beach areas were amazing. the negatives. The golf carts that we were told would be around every few minutes, were very hard to find. We were travelling with two elderly ladies who  [... read more]desperately needed these carts but were never able to find them. One of these ladies finally called the management and complained about this. This seemed to help a bit. The other negative is the workers. In particular the front desk check in girl and the restaurant workers. We usually travel to Mexico and find the people there (we have gone to many different areas and different resorts) to be much friendlier. I am not too sure if the people in Jamaica are not of the same nature or if it was the resort. Their attitudes did impact our feel of the place though. We are not sure if we will book with the Palladium chain again?

Catalonia Montego Bay: Clean hotel, great food and friendly staff

The only down side was the beach. Very clean but not very long. No possibility for walks. Area for swimming also very small with shallow water but GREAT if you have kids !!! Very nice pool too !!!! Many snack areas along the beach as well

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Incredible Vacation

I can not say enough good things about our vacation. The food was AMAZING, the service was outstanding, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. The only downside is that the beach isn't that impressive. But overall, we will definitely be returning to Sandals Ochi Beach

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Very Nice Resort

Great staff they were very friendly and accommodating, the pool was clean as well as the beach which had tons of chairs so we always found a seat, the food was good, the room was always clean, nice grounds, well maintained.
