Hotel Playa Coco: Very Nice

Hotel was clean Staff were polite and helpful After checking out @ 12noon and was not going to leave hotel until 7:30pm our luggage was stored away and front desk staff gave us a courtesy suite and fresh towels @ 6:30pm so we could then have a shower before leaving at 7:30pm to the airport

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Very good resort

Everything is at it best. Better than in Florida with 3 times more expensive resorts than this one. Beech is also good.Only for swimming you need to go far way because the shallow area is over 100m.

Melia Cayo Coco: Quiet resort for adults

Was our 2nd stay: very good quality for the price. Service is excellent! Food is great for Cuba and I would say at least 4 stars! Wines are good and international alcools of any brands available. Rooms are clean and in order but old: need some renos soon. Room service is very good. Clientele was made mostly of mature couples looking for calm and rest. Entertainment is of very good quality. Enough beach towels but they should be replaced by new. Air Transat agent Deyani is great. The only thing that did not go we is the bus to go back to the airport: we was waiting in the lobby well ahead of time and nobody showed after 45 minutes late we were worried and we have been told that the bus stopped on time!!!! We never heard or seen nobody. By chance a SunWing bus went to the hotel and accepted to take us on board: many thanks to Joyce. At the airport we met an agent of Air Transat and we told him the bad story. He was very gentle and helpfully. Lastly, the plane to come back was terrible: I hate Boeing 737! So uncomfortable: it is the worst part of our vacation. SHoule say that I highly preferred the Airbus 330 which we had to go to Cuba.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Friendly Staff

Run down and aging but clean. We upgraded to a suite, ocean view room. The view made up for any discomforts. (hot water took 20min to funnel thru the pipes; one afternoon there was absolutely no hot water for the shower). The food has improved, more tasty, improved spicing, daily fresh fish was delicious.

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Amazing Resort

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.Small quiet resort great for our needs. After a dozen holidays to Cuba we have now found our perfect home away from home.This was our second visit to this resort & hope to return again.We were in the Adults only section this year. Loved it & will request this again next year.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great beach got better!!

This is my second time at Cayo Coco and again I wasn't disappointed! Great beach with the rocks removed made it even better! Rooms were descent, staff where friendly. Food was ok but needed more omlette stations and faster tray refills. I was disappointed with the lack of music in the lobby at night before and after dinner. They had a trio of musicians working the lobby bar area looking for tips! That was not professional way to entertain at a resort!! You needed to go to the beach before 6 am to get a shady spot then watch the spots empty for most of the day! Overall Cayo Coco beach and this resort was a wonderful experience and will be back and would recommend to others!!

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: We loved Playa Pilar!

I have only positive things to say about Playa Pilar. The design is very contemporary and clean, the staff are great, and the entertainment options are many. While there isn't a long sandy beach on the property, there's a beautiful beach only 5 minutes away. Having said that, I quite like the resort beach. The bar is fun and there are plenty of lounging opportunities in both the sun and the shade. Thanks to TripCentral's Karol for setting us up! Two thumbs up!

Hotel Mojito: Excellent

We had a wonderful stay, staff was very pleasant and always available, room was comfortable and well kept. Beach/pool was excellent !!!!!We will definitely be coming back for another visit hopefully next year.

Just came back Apr 7/17 from 10 days in Cayo Coco- Melia Jardines del Rey. We had a great time the food was good, our room was beautiful with a walk in shower. The service was great and bungalow 25 had a great location close to lobby bar and main buffet. It backed onto the pool that had an amazing fried chicken restaurant. The only exception was our room faced the market/disco, the 1st few nights didn't bother us but next time I would ask for a pool view - it would muffle the sound of the  [... read more]music. jAlways plenty of toilet paper, clean room & close to the airport only 1 beer ride.

Hotel Camino del Mar: One of the nicest resort in Cuba

Very clean resort the food was excellent for Cuba. Wish they would have told us about the sand fleas on the beach they show up at night till sunrise . The service was very good but they did not have anybody to help with the luggage when we check out we where on the third floor

Tryp Cayo Coco: Fantastic Time!!!!

We went to Tryp end of March for 10 days as a returning guest from last March. We were upgraded to ocean front room at no extra charge...amazing view. We enjoyed everthing about our experience, staff was so nice, food was good, beach was absolutely amazing....will be returning next year.

Tryp Cayo Coco: GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!

Very disappointed in this resort.We waited in the lobby for 2 hours to get our room,the girls at check-in were not the friendliest. When we got our room , it was on the ground floor ,near the quiet pool.Soon as we opened the door the smell of mold was brutal,the furniture was so old and dated it should be in the garbage.I know this is Cuba,however when your paying hard earned money to go on a vacation , I just wanted it to be at least presentable. Buffet food is never hot,however in saying tha [... read more]t ,there was lots of choices.But they leave the doors to the buffet open and flies were all over the food.Lots of cats roaming around sitting on the chairs in the buffet area as well. If it weren't for the pool being outside of our room,I think I would have went elsewhere.. I was at another resort in Cuba in Jan,wish I would have went back there.(Pestana).

The grounds are lovely ,rooms are great looking,plumbing not the best, food is good if you can get a plate to put it on and don't expect a hot coffee or tea at the buffet it took 3 days to get a beach towel at customer service where we were constantly sent us they never seemed to be able to get things done,hopefully you do not have a emergency medical or floods because no one will answer the phone. you are given only one number to call for everything there is no information in the room regarding [... read more] anything about the resort what events were going on etc!We arrived late at night thank goodness we have been to other resorts we were given our keys and sent on our way to pathways that were not lit to find our room and building witch were not marked well or lit up we were not very happy no one at the resort or transat reps were very helpful in coming up with options that would resolve our issues ( that was found in a travel agent that overheard our conversation) Beaches incredible

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Memories Flamenco Beach Cayo Coco Cuba

Just got back from Memories Flamenco. Had a wonderful time at the beach. Miles ensured that we had a cabana every day - paid him a total of $21 p but worth every penny as there is not many cabana's The beach is wonderful for walking and walking so far that you are alone on the beach - where in the world can you do that! If you need better food and an up to date resort go somewhere else!

Muthu Colonial Hotel: Good laid back resort

Older resort definitely showing its age but the staff are amazing and try very hard, grounds are very good and rooms are comfortable just wish for once I could get a room with a nicer view😥,was only disappointed​ with the cook for the 24 hour snack bar he seemed put out when you asked him for anything and spent most his time on the phone,he said he only had ham sandwiches one night and kept putting up a sign saying he was closed,I complained to the front desk and they said a manager was on  [... read more]it,sure enough there was someone there trying to fill orders,but I must say he was the only staff member I could complain about the rest were wonderful!

Melia Jardines del Rey: Fabulous vacation!!!

The hotel was amazing and staff were fabulous! Shout out to Yandy in entertainment and Bombino for being so welcoming!! Rooms were clean and if there was something needed staff was ready to accommodate. Will be returning for sure!!

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Amazinggg!

Good resort, good food, good hotel, good service, respectful people . Couldn't be better! Would recommend this everyone. Beach is clean, and many things to do there. Good experience & very relaxing .

Melia Jardines del Rey: Wow !

What a week ! Superb hotel ! The beach is beautifull! The staff friendly , something to eat for everyone! Love it !!! Our bungalow was well located close to the beach and the pool. We went to Pilar beach , wow is an understatement ! Incredible!!!

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Very loud & busy but good

Everything was very good but we were surprised how noisy it was everywhere, even the beach, the bar, the ocean,,,we couldn't get away from loud music and just enjoy some quiet no matter where we tried. Best pizza ever!

Melia Jardines del Rey: Excellent Resort

This is the best resort in cayo coco by far.. We have stayed at every resort in cayo coco and this one blows them all.. no comparison.. This is our second year in a row and it only gets better.. We found the food even better than last year and the beach has no rocks anymore..if anyone is looking to go there you will be very surprised at this new hotel.. A must for any Cuban vacation..
