Couples Sans Souci: The absolute best!!!

Couples Sans Souci is a wonderful resort. The grounds are lovely, the pools are awesome! The service is beyond compare! All the food was delicious. Our couples massage topped it all off! Till next year!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful!

The resort was great. Much bigger then I expected. The rooms were decent and the staff were all so friendly. The food was amazing!!!! The buffet was unbelievable and had so many options. The beach to the leftcwas beautiful. Snorkeling was ok. Lots of water activities. Would definitely return!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Perfect relaxation

The resort was well kept and the new Don Pablo section opened the day before we left and is gorgeous. We will consider going back . That being said our room was so quiet, it was fantastic. The staff throughout the resort are amazing and service was excellent .

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 5 star resort with 2 star beach

food was decent but not amazing and no lobster . Beach was not good and for the price we paid i was not happy. rooms very nice but always short on towels. Don pablo restaurant very good and pool was nice.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Good resort with Friendly staff

Traveled to the Hyatt Zilara with another couple, we enjoyed our stay and had fun. Food was good, premium drinks were served when asked for on the Zilara side only. Rooms were nice and clean nothing over the top but comfortable. Some staff stood out more than others but for the most everyone was pleasant. Beach is very small with 2 man made wave breaks one side is very rocky while the other is clear of rocks but too small to enjoy daily walks on the beach. Went to several restaurants as well as  [... read more]the piano bar that lacked ambiance ...no music what so ever you could hear everyone else's conversations. Beach and pool activities were very poor with nothing organized other than the spin classes in the pool. Beach crew very lazy, did not affect our trip but did notice the lack of activities available which would not have worked if we had brought our family of adult children 20-30 year olds. Sports bar was great but not much else to do at night when there wasn't a beach party to dance at.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Home away from home....

This was my 6th time at this resort in the past three yrs. The staff are so friendly and its like going home each time i arrive. The rooms are big, air conditioning works well , and the location ! The location is right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach , you can walk to all the good stuff. I will return each time i go It isnt one of those big box jail like resorts. It is sweet and quaint . Grand Palladium Jamaica: Amazing resort

Ground are super clean and there are so much things to do. They had an amazing dance troupe showing the evolution of music and dance, and the food was amazing. I definitely plan to go back again, and this will be the place that I am staying.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: good, yet poor service

had a beautiful week, resort is good but need a few minor repairs, food yummy but service wasn't good. I would recommend it but don't expect good service... We where said that we need to know what we wanted to drink at the buffet cause she was only going once for the drinks!! :( rooms where clean

Couples Swept Away: Absolutely perfect !!!

This was our very first all inclusive and we loved it !! The grounds of the resort were pristine. The walkways and beach were always immaculate. The staff in all areas were always very pleasant and willing to assist us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we loved the tropical feel of them. The food was amazing !!! It was always fresh and a huge variety so you never had to eat the same thing twice. It was definitely a very romantic spot and we highly recommend it!!

Riu Montego Bay: Great service!

The beach and water are the worst I've ever seen on my travels. There is only one (very noisy) pool. The rooms are dated, but comfortable and clean. The food is good and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Riu Montego Bay: A Complete Package - No Unpleasant Surprises

Our stay at Riu Montego Bay was blessed with perfect 29-30 degree weather everyday, no rain, courteous and friendly staff, good food and entertainment and no unpleasant surprises. If there was ever one recommendation I'd suggest, that I'm sure many visitors would agree with, it would be to extend the WI-FI to the rooms as a courtesy to guests. Having read some reviews of this resort, we were a little apprehensive at first while checking in. We arrived at the resort about 11:30 am knowing fully  [... read more]well that check in time was 3 pm. We were advised that rooms were being prepared since check out time for guests leaving was 11 am. No problem, lo and behold, we were invited to get changed into proper beach attire, leave our luggage in a secure location near the lobby and enjoy the facilities while we wait for our room to be prepared. That was an invitation we couldn't refuse. Later, check in went flawlessly and we even managed to upgrade to an oceanfront suite at a little extra cost. The room was clean, the a/c worked properly and blower noise was normal, there was no lingering odour, the tiled floors were cool but not wet with condensation as we had experienced at other resorts. The TV worked well although its use was going to be very minimal. The clincher was eventually going to be the bathroom so very cautiously we tested everything - the double sinks and faucets worked flawlessly, no clogs, good mix of hot/cold water. Same thing with the tub - no clogs, good mix of hot/cold water. The toilet worked superb with one flush, so there was no need to miss home once again. If there was any flaw in the bathroom it was very minor - the light above the tub didn't work (probably a blown bulb), but who really cared. The fridge was stocked well with Red Stripe, coke, tonic water and water, but had no ginger ale which is usually what we mixed our drinks with. NBD, because we also enjoyed the Red Stripe with a light touch of Appleton, which was part of the in room dispensary. Overall, I would rate the room an A - , really good but not perfect. We found the staff very friendly and we happened to attach ourselves to Rebecca for breakfast who was there every morning to meet us. The breakfast choices were good, with egg, bacon, sausages, cereals, fruits, etc the norm, with a Jamaican flavour of local specialty dishes kicked in. For lunch everyday, we ate mostly from the beachside jerk hut which always had a lineup of people waiting. It was well worth waiting for though. We found dinner to be good, not great, and not quite up to par to a more flavourful Jamaican take out in Toronto. There was good entertainment at the beach and around the pool each day and there was never a dull moment. At night, there was always a local vibe with either a documentary, a local band, stage dancing, music and comedy. I would rate the entertainment a B+. Although premium liquor wasn't on tap, we never found it to be a problem as we were drinking Appleton and ginger ale most of the time, with a pina colada or rum punch mixed in occasionally. In a nutshell, we found this resort clean, well maintained, has friendly staff, good food and entertainment and would not hesitate making a return trip in the future.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Trip!

The minute we stepped into the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort I new that our week was going to be amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are wonderful and the food was delicious every single day. We ate at all three of the à la carte restaurants and the Cajun and Steak house were our favourites. The buffet had different themes every night for dinner. Lots of options that were all very good. Drinks were all delicious! The cleaning ladies always did an excellent job of our rooms. Beer fridge was always full. Also, a great plus is the tap water is drinkable. Great for families, couples, singles....this resort won't disappoint.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Good time at this resort!

The hotel is your average Holiday Inn. I've been too several all inclusive resorts for the same price and received much better service, accommodations and food. Regardless, we still made the best out of our vacation. Only a handful of employees seemed happy to be working there. Our room was spacious but we had a lot of ants and some type of wood mites. Our housekeeping lady was amazing!! She always created such beautiful towel sculptures for my kids to admire!! Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good Bang for your Buck Place!

The Good - Long nice Beach , Had Decent food , Nice Looking rooms with showers with good water pressure and temperatures , staff were nice , place was clean and a lot of stuff to keep the kids occupied The bad - skimpy on alcohol in the drinks , bed was not very comfortable and mosquitos , bar unable to make certain drinks at times. No Major problems Overall for the price I would recommend this place

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Great Resort

The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The resort was very well kept. If there is one thing that I would have liked, it would be a longer beach or the ability to walk along connecting beaches.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing time

I had a wonderful experience at the Bahia Príncipe. Staff were so friendly and considerate, food was AMAZING, loved the room, only minor thing was that our bathtub plug didn't work to enjoy the jet tub but that wasn't anything to complain about. Amazing place to go to:) I can't say enough how amazing the food was :)))) five stars here :)

Couples Tower Isle: Incredible resort

This was our 4th visit to Couples Tower Isle. The resort, staff, food and atmosphere all incredible. The hotel itself has super sea views, there's always a free beach or pool chaise and the food, out of this world. It's a very GLAM resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Absolutely stunning!!

Food and drinks were amazing. Very friendly staff and easy to navigate around the resort. Entertainment is top notch as well the beach. Second visit to this resort and would go again very soon. Kerol and Adain at the pool bar are awesome guys.

Sandals Dunn's River: Small beach

Entrance of hotel is very nice,the grounds are well kept,the rooms are a little outdated,they need some work in the rooms.The beach front is a little small I am used to walking the beach,I would have to say that is my biggest issue with this resort.The staff was amazing we had an issue with needing two double beds,that problem was resolved before we even finished a drink.They were the most friendly people I have seen.The food was fantastic they had different themes at the buffets, which was nice [... read more] not to have repetishes meals every night.Entertainment was okay have seen better at other resorts.Over all it was a great time would I go back most certainly yes

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Just so so for Jamaica

This was my third trip to Jamaica and my least satisfied experience. The food was good. The drinks: they never had tequila or vodka and when they did have Gin they had no mix only orange Fanta, the wine was not drinkable and I never asked for Rye or Whisky since I figured they had none. It was very much like the 3 1/2 star I was at last year in Cuba. However, in Cuba, you get great service. No service at this hotel. Every employee I encountered seemed to despise travellers as well as their job. [... read more] There is no activities other than one spot at the pool where there is a very uninterested MC barely asking people to join. The night life is non-existent. The shows seemed like they were preformed by a high school group. So we only went three nights and were disappointed those three nights. We booked at this resort because of a wedding. The wedding ceremony was nice but there were three weddings happening at the same time in the same restaurant. So you could hear everyone's speeches. It was odd and uncomfortable. There is a lot of segregation at the Grand Bahia Principe. Depending on how much you spent or which side you were on - luxury, adult or where I was - I am guessing the general pop - you got the service and experience you paid for. You can't go on the luxury side and there are segregated areas everywhere for the luxury people. Yuk. They get the best of everything while the rest have to beg for a working toilet. I ended up changing rooms twice because of a broken toilet and on another occasion because there was already someone in the room they gave me. Needless to say, it was very disappointing.
