Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wasnt all sunshine and rainbows

Food was fantastic, all water in the resort safe to drink. Did get sick upon return home though.. something I ate? Service was good, nice staff. Just don't ask for a water bottle... apparently they keep those under lock and key.. Not enough shade to go around.. be sure to get up at the crack of dawn to throw your towels on some lounges under the umbrellas.. "Contaminated beaches" means more seaweed than water, be careful not to get run over by the guy with the bobcat. In case you find 40 degrees chilly.. AC in your room is a godsend. Beautiful resort, housekeeping did a fantastic job. Heads up.. dont walk outside past 7pm. They turn the sprinklers on to water the grass.. using septic water. Those people having a candlelit dinner by the pool sure enjoyed that I'm sure..

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: great resort

the hotel and service was great the pool was also great, the beach was a disaster full os sea weeds we could not walk on beach as we alwais like to do. the other disappointing `point was the very limited choice of wine included in the all inclusive package. there was only one choice of house wine very cheap that i could not drink. what i don't understand is that the all inclusive package allows guest to sit at the bar and drink all kinds of liquor all day long and yet limit only one choic [... read more]e of wine at any restaurant. I an not a drinker but I enjoy having a glass of decent wine with my dinner. with your current system that requires extra payment. If the company is concern about cost, why not limit the amount of alcohol consumed at bars and increase the choice of wine in the menu for the all inclusive package?

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Amazing resort!

Beautiful and the people very friendly! Food was amazing at buffet and the special dinners! The beach was rough for swimming and we did have a scorpion in or room, but it was handled very well by staff

Grand Riviera Princess: Great Family resort

There are plenty of things to do with kids on the resort. The magicians and live shows were a hit with my three year old. The staff is amazing and will go out of there way to assist you. The only thing I don’t like the individuals selling time shares. They are very persistent.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: very niceand clean resort

One of the best trip where kids and adults got a very good time.. The ocean is better comparative with other Playacar resorts where the ocean is calcified and rough and wearing shoes is mandatory. The resort personnel very nice and eager to help. I'm recommending this resort ..Enjoy!!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Good resort- a lot of walking

We loved the jungle atmosphere this resort has to offer. Tons of wildlife to see. Negatives were the beach- lots of seaweed and very small, and everywhere was a 10 minute walk since the resort is so massive. The food was great apart from the main buffet, eat anywhere else but there. best sushi at the a la carte. Seafood restaurant had great steak. Excellence Riviera Cancun: Perfect

Everything about the Excellence Riviera Cancun was perfect. The staff are exceptionally poised and polite, with beautiful English. No issues of translation at Excellence. The grounds are beautiful, modern, airy and clean. Food is incredible. The restaurants have authentic cuisine and wonderful service - we enjoyed the Italian and Indian. Pools are heaven. The gym is the best we've ever experienced with clean, well-maintained equipment. This is a short review, but I have endless compliments for this resort.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Amazing, not to be missed experience at this resort

The grounds are beautiful with lush tropical vegetation, the rooms are spacious, there is an abundance of food choices and restaurants and most of all, this resort is spotless. the timeshare people respect your wishes of not to be harrassed. the beach is full of weeds 24/7 but there are poeple tasked to clean it up daily.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: This resort for all people

I like this resort, This resort for all kind of people. I have access for all Barcelona beach, colonial, crabe, Tropical, I like the bus driving around the resort, Maya mall, sportsbar, we watched the raptors game on the big screen, if you have kids, all inside this resort. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Blue Bay Review

Everything was very good except the waiter service was sometimes lacking , shower water pressure was slim to none. Had a good experience overall. Would go again and i have been before. The pool was full of activities even though the beach was covered in seaweed

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Awesome resort, great time

This was a good resort, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. The most amazing thing was the starcamp for kids activities and playground. It was at a high quality and joyful. Food was excellent and pools were great. The only thing that could be better is the shuttle bus service. It doesn't take you to the room but only to lobby (would be easier if you have to carry a sleeping kid (s)). That was minor though.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: It still above average, but I expected a bit more.

Overall I was pleased with the stay. I was initially placed in a room with an inoperable air conditioner. Unacceptable. I appreciate that the next day I was moved to the next building where the AC was perfect. So bad that the algae on the beach were everywhere. Generally, the beach is unusable. It would be nice if customers were informed in advance of this beach condition. Actually, the only place to cool off is the pool. There were lots of sunbeds. Drinks and food were excellent. Many choices.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing Resort

Great Food, Great amenities... All the pools are great but The Akumal Adults only area was our favourite. Only 1 complain, our AC didn't wasn't cold enough, I don't know if it was because we were at the top floor or was just our room but it got pretty hot at night. The service was also the best.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Quite place to enjoy

Very quite atmosphere Service is very good Menu is original in many restaurants including buffet Room was well maintained for all aspects Personnel is well trained and carefully selected Plaisant experience

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Peaceful vacation!

LBP Sian Ka'an was amazing! Our rooms were clean and spacious, the food was plentiful and delicious. Although it's not beachfront, there is a shuttle you can take straight to the Sian Ka'an only beach. You also get access to the other 3 BP resorts and their restaurants. Amazing value for a 5 star resort!

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Fantastic place!

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we loved this place! The food was delicious! The staff was very helpful and professional. The only downside was that the beach had a lot of seaweed. They worked really hard to clear the beach everyday, but there was still seaweed everywhere.
