Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: tres bien sauf......la plage

Tres bon service, chambre agreable, nourriture au buffet tres bien ,resto le francais et l italien tres bien,le 24 heures pour depannage tres bien, la plage rien a voir a celle de Cuba,je n ai pas aimer et il y avait de tres gros insectes comme des abeilles a l interieur du sable et l eau etait toujours brouillee, pas faite pour des amoureux de plage .Le plus desagreable c etait le transport inclus de l aeroport a l hotel, a l arrivee il nous ont oublie ils ont fait revenir l autobus pour nous p [... read more]rendre , pour le retour a l aeroport a la fin des vacances , le responsable d air Transat nous conseille d etre au lobby pur 9heures 45 minutes pour prendre l autobus ,a 9heures 30 minutes nous sommes au lobby pour prendre cet autobus qui n est jamais venu et nous avons appris par d autres voyageurs Louise et kalvin que je salut, qu il n y a jamais eu d autobus mais un petit taxi avant 9 heures 30 minutes et qui est parti sans jamais ce presenter comme notre transporteur.Heureusement le vol etait en retard et Leonardo le represantant de air transat voyant que j etait tres mecontente a reussi a nous avoir un autre taxi gratuitement.Ne pas ce laisser arnaquer et ce plaindre vigoureusement parce que le transport est inclus.Merci air Transat mon prochain depart est pour janvier 2023.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Lost our reservation.

This hotel is an older property, so everything reflected that. Our room had some challenges. The door was tough to push open, hot water was iffy, and the water pressure was terrible. The most unfortunate part was that they weren’t expecting us, and when we showed them our confirmation, instead of upgrading us for our inconvenience, I think they shoved us in 2 of their forgotten spaces. Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Did not exceed our expectations

The Hotel was clean and grounds are very beautiful, Stuff is very friendly and accommodating , But the reservations for a La Carte Restaurants are not possible to get. It was very disappointing not to be able to get a table at Don Pablo French restaurant. If I am paying for Luxury Resort, I am expecting to get the everything that the place is advertising as All inclusive. Food at the buffet was alright, but nothing to brag about. Viva V Samana by Wyndham: Great vacation spot!

It was our first Adult only resort in DR and we weren't disappointed. Perfect location beautiful grounds always maintained and clean. It was great that we didn't need to hunt for beach towels you can just grab them near the pool and drop them to the same place. And there are always plenty of them . We stayed in bungalow highly recommended if you want privacy and quite place. The customer service is great whenever we had small issues they were addressed fast and always with the smile . Casa Marina Sosua Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive: Love this resort

Everything is great about this resort except that the food was better when I went in September 2022, this time the food was good but not as good, the rooms are very clean, the staff is really nice and they have good entertainment shows, overall it is my favorite place!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Very good hotel and nice people

Special thanks goes out to Glen the fitness instructor who gave exceptional classes and coaching as well as our housekeeper, Narin. Thanks to Bernie the Sunwing rep for all the tips. Will definitely go back. One small comment, it would be nice if all the wonderful fruit juices were labelled. Our travel agent Lisa Selig was exceptional and extremely helpful!

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Great Resort

The hotel had very well maintained grounds. We loved that there was food available 24 hours. The pizza shop, ice cream, sports bar and coffee shop all great. Buffet food was plentiful and delicious and the entertainment was really good most nights. Hardly any mosquitos. The beach had strong waves and a lot of rocks do bring water shoes. Overall definitely recommend and would go there again.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Incredible Experience!

We visited this resort for 8 days with our kids and the experience was nothing short of incredible! Everyone, and I do mean everyone were beyond accommodating. It was my kids very first trip to the Dominican and they are officially in love with everything. The evening entertainment was breath taking and the resort itself was clean and well kept. Definitely a place we will be returning! Thank you so much to all of the staff for such a memorable experience!

Casa Marina Reef Resort: Casa Marina Review

Great large pool with rooms surrounding it. Both beaches were closed due to abnormal waves which was a disappointment to us however we went by taxi to Cabarete Beach and loved it. The dining room greeters were amazing, very friendly and personable. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. All hand sanitizers were empty though and there were a few guests who were not feeling well with flu like symptoms. They seem to have a problem with wasps in the outdoor bar area and in pool. Impressive Premium Punta Cana: Great hotel, but the staff could be better

The buildings and beach were beautiful! But I found the staff to be lacking! Been to Bavaro Princess 2 times and the service there was great. I felt the service at impressive to be not so impressive. Some staff were great but most waiters and reservation takers could care less.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana: Perfection at its finest

We 2 couples stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana from December 14-21. Shuttle service from the airport was the best we’ve had. We were quickly taken to the resort. Check in was also quick. We were in different buildings when we got there but were quickly moved to the same one so we could be close to each other. I had asked for renovated rooms which we did not get but we had amazing clean rooms none the less. We weren’t in it much so it didn’t bother me. It was clean and the staff were friendly and very quick bringing us drinks. They made our week. We are at Toro(steak house) twice. Excellent food and service and would highly recommend. Impanema and Italian were the other choices for the week as well as the buffet. All were excellent and service was impeccable. We never waited but we ate around 6 pm always. Moon lounge, ice cream shop and cafe were also places we frequented daily and again always friendly staff and quick. Shuttle service was frequent and got us where we wanted to go on time. Entertainment staff were high energy. We did the water aerobics daily. Shoutout to Sexy Evelyn, Alexandre for getting us moving. They work extremely hard. The only complaint I have is the push to become members. This was annoying and if I didn’t know better could have easily ruined our week but they still bugged us daily anywhere we went and upon check in and check out. Will definitely return soon

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Good variety

The water park section was a great way to split up the day. The one side of the pool is quieter which is nice. The other side of the pool is busy with lots of action to keep kids entertained. Food is decent.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort: Beautiful and Modern Resort

The resort was absolutely beautiful and very modern and clean with plenty of seating and things to do. Staff were very good and the food was amazing. Lots of food options for all ages as well as swimming areas for all ages (adults or families). We loved how this resort was so big so it was never an issue with over crowding or trying to find a spot to sit by the pool or beach! There weren’t any mask mandates with Covid and everything was open and running. Overall we can say we highly recommend this resort to you or any of your clients interested in traveling to Punta Cana!

Club Med Punta Cana: Something for everyone!

Lovely resort with amazing food! If you want to do activities all day long there is lots to do - tennis, circus school, yoga, gym etc.. If you want to be quiet on the beach there is lots of space for that.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana: good resort!

The main issues that i had with the resort was arriving there, without being informed that it was being closed until further notice on December 20th. The last few days showed a noticeable change in available food at the buffet. We also experienced one disgruntled employee at one of the a la carte restaurants, but this was quickly handled by the management. The vacancy rate at the hotel was high, no doubt due to fact is was closing soon, but this resulted in fantastic service from the staff.  [... read more] Would not recommend the ocean area as it was always red flagged. The pool was great, but we are beach and ocean people.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Beautifully resort!

This resort is very large but with the trolley passing every five minutes it made going from one area to another much quicker. The pools are clean and there are enough chairs for everyone. Buffet has many options to choose from. Only thing I can say is the buffet close to the beach is not kept clean in the eating areas. Food left on the ground and tables not cleaned after the people's dishes are removed.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Good value

The hotel has seen better days but it was clean, service was good. There was no special covid procedures as nine are needed any longer really. You can order ivermectin to bring home at the customer service desk and a pharmacy will deliver it.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Great resort with very knowledgeable and very friendly personnel

Would highly recommend to anybody and definitely will go back again. Great beach with a lot of mature trees providing natural shadows. Everything is so close - hotel surrounds the pools on three sides leaving one side open toward the beach

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Small but great value for money

We visited the resort as a family of 4. The resort is comparatively small, but very clean & staff members are generally friendly & want to help. Food is very good, lot of options for buffet. A la carte restaurants were good as well, we tried all 3. Entertainment could be improved.

Sunscape Puerto Plata: Wonderful Resort!!!

the pool areas are very well kept.. lots of loungers to sit on, the Christmas lights were great, so pretty at night,, the food was good,,, we went to 2 of the restaurants, the Italian and the Argentina,, both were great,, the Asia was too busy, but heard it was good.. the pizza over e big pool was GREAT.. should be open more then it was,, Chicken Wings the best and should have them more often.. Pool is small but very nice. and we went over to the family sunclub for breakfast, which was good nice and cozy.. We also had room service for lunch , chicken club house delicious.. a few went to the disco and had a great time. beach is so nice. the Castaway down by the beach has a bar, but it should be serving food during the day for lunch for the people who want to spend more time on the beach. All in All we enjoyed every minute of Sunscape and would go back in a second.. The staff, well all i can say it TopNotch,, all smiles and so very nice.
