Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Wonderfull clean resort

The grounds were clean and landscaped beautifully. Beach clean, staff wonderfull, happy and willing to help at all times. The entertainment was good. The food was excrllent in the buffet and restaurants. Loved the location Cable beach. We went downtown via local bus and loved the ride of 20 minutes. The locals help you allot.😍🤗

The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana: Amazing resort

Jacuzzi in the room was not clean so we never used it. Food: buffet was ok but the main restaurant like the grill, bana was garbage. Drinks: they use too much sugar and ice in drinks, they put coke in beer. For sure not a 5 star hotel. Staff service was good and fast

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Amazing Resort

The food was amazing. Lobster, caviar, you name it they pretty much had it. Premium drinks for the level 1 adults only guests which we were. We where assigned a butler Omar He was amazing. The beach had seaweed they cleaned every day. Over all we would go back again.

Melia Puerto Vallarta: Perfect relaxing holiday

The staff go out of their way to make your holiday perfect. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well kept. The entertainment was great. There was always something going on, archery, ping pong, volleyball, water aerobics, mini put, rock wall climbing and assorted pool games.The waiters actually run to serve you. The food was great and the sunsets fabulous. I had a great time.

Paradisus Cancun: Not an amazing resort

First we will start with the pros... our view was amazing, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Cons... were do we begin...drinks were watered down, had to get up at 6:00 am to get a lounger which was no guarantee as either the staff or other guests would take the lounger if you left it unattended for any length of time. The buffet was terrible. My husband and I are still suffering from diarrhea and gastric upset. Many times the meat was not completely cooked. One day at lunch  [... read more]the Buffett ran out of food.. only ice in the trays. There was a gelato stand that was never opened. Our room was right above the Avenue Bar and Red Lounge. Bad place for a room. The music sounded like it was in our room. So we unable to get to sleep until the music stopped. The a la carte restaurants were ok nothing special. The resort was too large with too many kids that we watched stick their hands in the food. We will never go back again to this resort again.

Paradisus Cancun: Great Trip - Beautiful Resort

This trip was a family vacation, which was long overdue and needed. When you book a vacation you hope and pray that it looks the same as all the pictures you have been looking at for weeks before hand, and the Paradisus Cancun certainly was all that and more!!! The beautiful indoor gardens made you feel beyond alive and fresh. The welcoming was terrific! The pool concierge's Micheal and Victor were very helpful and made our experience 10 out of 10. (thank you guys again). The server Laur [... read more]a was right up there as well, always a smile and a bevy, life could not get any better!! We also had the "Family Concierge Package" the Butlers helped with excursions and dinner, which was quite helpful. We had goodies in our room every evening (for the Adult's and Children) this was a treat for sure. Would recomend this service as well. We ordered room service every morning for Breakfast, so we could capture the beautiful ocean view (well worth the price) and it was all ways delish (hot) and on time! Our experience would of been 12 out of 10, BUT I'm sorry to say the food experience other than our morning breaky and lunch snacks by the pool was terrible. The restaurant food in the resort was quite unsatisfactory, but the service was good. We tried several restaurant's and all of them left a bad taste with us. To end on a good note our booking agent with tripcentral was very helpful and easy to work with, so I want to thank Nicole Deforest for all her help. thank you!!

Paradisus Cancun: Great family vacation

The hotel was great, the food amazing and the service was superb! Took our 5.5 month old with us and felt at ease. The pool area and beach were always clean, as were the restaurants. Will definitely be planning to go again soon!

The Level at Melia Caribe: SPECTACULAR RESORT

Just returned from Melia Caribe tropical level adults in Punta Cana Dominican and wow wow wow it is beautiful the grounds are surrounded by beautiful trees and clean very very clean. The rooms are very nice but we spent our time at the beach and lounges. The beach is fantastic they have lots of little huts, you can walk for hours at the beach. the beach is also clean the water was beautiful did a lot of swimming. the lobby's are beautiful and comfortable and very relaxing on adult side a little  [... read more]more activity on family side. The washrooms are so pretty and clean. The dining was great never had a problem with any of our food lots of selections. The Riviera is so pretty and food is great. No reservations was good just go wherever. The resort is big but we never felt crowded. We travelled with carts never had to wait long Omar was always asking what time we needed a ride and he was always there for us. The staff is great friendly and they cant do enough for you. our bartender Kebai Bay made us feel special and his drinks are amazing. all the waiters greeted us kindly everyday. My husband loved the fact that he did not have to wear long pants to go to supper. Meals were casual which was great because it was to hot to dress up. We were at this resort for 2 weeks we were never bored. I would definitely go back and I would recommend this resort to everybody. Check in at the level is 1 to 1 and very relaxing. The level benefits are very nice treat you like your special.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: A great week!

Our week at this beautiful and luxurious 5-star resort was a pleasure from beginning to end. Big, bright rooms; delicious and plentiful choices of food and beverages; and very friendly staff. The resort was beautiful and large and fun to roam around with a drink in hand. Our friends were there with their kids and they had a ton to be entertained with! The only drawback was the volume of seaweed on the beach. The staff work hard to remove it every day, but there is still lots and it’s slightly unpleasant to swim in. No big deal, though, we still enjoyed the beach.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Great All Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana

This was an excellent all inclusive resort, with amazing grounds, beach, and restaurants. The food was better than any other all inclusive resort we have been to. I was especially impressed with the VIP Royal Service "lapalapa restaurant". The drinks were good too! I really liked the friendly staff as everyone was well trained and very friendly, going above and beyond the call of duty. The affiliated golf course was fine, and we even ventured to the other Palma Rheal Paradisus resort whic [... read more]h was an hour long walk on the beautiful beach. The lady that was on site the week of the 14th in charge of the fitness was also excellent by conducting Tabata fitness session on the beach. Thanks Paradisus for a great holiday

Melia Puerto Vallarta: 3.5 star only

Service people are friendly & work hard. Food was fairly good but a lot of it I couldn’t or wouldn’t eat. Signage was missing at times especially to indicate if the food contained seafood. Pool bathrooms are kept clean but hotel rooms need a thorough cleaning as do all of the surfaces around the pool and the wrought iron tables/placemats in the main buffet. Too often found dishes/glasses/cutlery that was supposed to be “clean” wasn’t. :(

Zel Cozumel: great resort

Smaller resort Very clean and well kept grounds Staff always attentive Buffet was great, Italian a la carte was good, Mexican a la carte was OK and international a la carte service was extremely slow. Hotel caters to golfers so beach and pool were never crowded. Everything closes at 1am. Don't expect too much for night life.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Paradisus playa del Carmen la perla

The entire grounds in resort was in exquisite order, trimmed tidy. All in all well kept. Food was beyond excellent. Cannot say enough about the staff. They all went over and above to make our stay unforgettable.

Melia Puerto Vallarta: Lovely resort

We loved the Mexican theme..food, decor, artwork, etc..wanted to experience the Mexican style not a cookie cutter hotel. All the staff were amazing and very helpful about tours, wheelchairs, iPad assistance!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Fantastic Resort

Melia Caribe Beach is a fantastic resort. It is big but has trolleys to drive vacationers to their desired destinations. The grounds are clean. The gardens and shrubs are well cared for. Peacocks and flamingos can be seen during these rides. The beach and pools are well maintained with plenty of chairs and towels. There are many restaurants with yummy food. No reservations are required at the a la carte restaurants so we ate a a different on each night a- what a treat! Rooms are big with lots o [... read more]f air conditioning. The daily cleaning is great. We upgraded to Premium. This extra money provided us with rooms in the perfect location - neat beach, pool, a bar, and buffet restaurant. Staff are friendly and polite.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Melia Caribe Beach is a Jem!

Just got back from a week at the Melia Caribe Beach Resort in Dominican Republic and it is a Jem and the website does not do it justice! Grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was good and beach and pools were awesome. We upgraded our rooms from Deluxe to Premium on arrival ( at a cost) to be close to the beach which was the right decision. We liked the fact there was a number of a la Crate restaurants to choose from and you didn't have to make res [... read more]ervations in advance. We only had to wait one night to be seated at our restaurant of choice for that evening.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Better than amazin!

The Melia Caribe Beach resort kept amazing us. The grounds were manicured like a gold course with beautiful varieties of palms and exotic plant hedges. Flamingos and colourful birds didn't shy away if you walked by. The dining rooms served delicious food as did the restaurants on site. We ate in a different one each evening. I walked the white sandy beach at dawn each day and we spent relaxing time around the pool during the days, often taking a swim to cool off. Our rooms were a minute from the beach and pool and it was awesome: nicely appointed, clean, and the staff were there to provide anything and everything we wanted. Paradisus Cancun: amaing resort

hotel was fantastic. The 15 min. trip from the airport was a bonus.When we arrived we were up graded to a suit ocean view in the main tower on the 7th. floor. Great view of the beach. The pool and the restaraunts.and food was good. The only thing we wished was there was no activities around the pool.Other than that we had a great time . The weather was great 85 and sunny every day and no rain. The only issue was on the way home when we got to the airport in cancun the air transat person who giv [... read more]es us our luggage tags said we were going to toronto. we had to go to the air transat counter where they take our luggage to get it staightened out. Paradisus Cancun: Good for family, bad for singles

Good for couples and families, not good for singles. Let me explain. We went there from Canada with my friend. The reason we picked Paradisus is that our close friend from Russia got married, we couldn't attend his wedding in Russia so we decided to pay respect and invade his honeymoon :) . Long story short, we were considered gay couple TWICE by different people just cuz we sat together. Paradisus Cancun: Fantastic Stay

My 4 friends and I were reccommended this hotel from Krista our travel agent. All I have to say is WOW! Amazing! Food is absolutely fantastic. The À La Carte’s are even better! Special special thanks to our boy Michael by the main pool he is an absolute legend. He definitely is a pleasure to be around everyday, and made the trip worth while.
