Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Just Ok

We are fairly well traveled couple who have enough getaways to all inclusive at different carribean getaways to provide this feedback. Let me start by saying that the staff were friendly and helpful, the ocean view was nice wit some of the most amazing sunrises we have ever experienced. The rooms were decent little tired looking in need of a make over the air conditioning in rooms that was the postive of our stay. The food was average nothing to write home about the alcarts were very poor the buffet average with strong septic oder in dinning area. To me this is a 3 star stay don't kid yourself with the rating. Very little Jamaican vibe going on at this resort had a Spanish feel due to ownership and it's original design. Need to have more cultural vibe to this resort.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: What a resort

This resort is huuuuge!!! We were there for a week, and there are parts we never got around to check out! The pool is amazing. The food is ok, could have been a bit better. We were travelling with a group, and from sharing our experiences we concluded that the restaurants seem to have good and bad nights. They also seem to take some creative license with the dish compositions vs what is written on the menu, probably according to what they have on hand. Might have something to do with our being t [... read more]here during low season. The rooms and staff were awesome. Wish the jerk chicken hut wasn't at the furthest beach! Sunset Cove is the best beach though, calm water and nice sand, if a little harder to get to. Thank god for the shuttles that constantly zoom around! Our wedding was wonderful, very glad we chose to have it here. The staff really went above and beyond to give us a special day. One minus is that the lobby and way to the restaurant/buffets always has staff trying to sell you on spa services and excursion, and some can be a little aggressive. We were descended upon not 5 minutes after our arrival, without so much as a chance to actually check in. One lady who I think was trying to sell time shares actually scolded my sister-in-law for not going off with her to listen to her spiel. So that was annoying, but as the days went on we got better at ignoring and walking away.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing last minute vacation

We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday at this resort and had an absolutely great stay. Kudos to the entertainment team!! They were aesome. The entire staff was very friendly .. I would definitely go back..! One recommendation to the hotel : more lighting throughout the hotel would be appreciated..

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: great resort

Loved the resort !! About 1 hour from airport but really nice drive !! Food very good !!! Staff very friendly !! Grounds very well kept !!! Beachparty on wednesday nights was a blast !! Great entertainment staff !!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Destination wedding

Dining was very nice. Service was above and beyond. Bars and common areas were pleasant. There is always someone asking if we would like a spa treatment. Rooms are nice except the bathrooms. No exhaust and always felt damp and mouldy. Staff were excellent

Jewel Paradise Cove: Fantastic Holiday

Fastastic holiday destination!! We arrived at 10:30pm to a cold towel and cocktail!! Check-in was quick and we were off to the 24 hr Grill for a snack. The rooms were spacious and clean. This resort was taken over by the Hilton a year ago and the typical Hilton touches are all there....lovely toiletries, linens, towels, and even a turndown service, etc. A coffee bar opened from 7am to 9pm for a latte, coffee, tea or fruit infused water. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet were pretty [... read more] good with typical buffet foods. The restaurant food was fantastic! We enjoyed the Italian, Japanese and continental cuisine and loved that you didn't need reservations apart from the Japanese. Staff at this resort was the best I've seen at any Caribbean resort I've been to. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, were incredibly polite, and were always checking that you were having a good time and weren't needing anything. Security guards are posted around the perimeter of the resort and they too were engaging and helpful. The three pools each offered a different atmosphere ranging from quiet to fun and there were plenty of loungers. Towels were left in various spots so no line-ups and no card....and no wristbands! The package included snorkeling, a round of golf, a shopping trip, a trip to the falls, a booze cruise and glassbottom boat ride. We didn't partake but many people came back having enjoyed the excursions. There were so many places once could relax with little gazebos and hammocks scattered throughout the property. There was lots to do day and night if you wanted to. We wouldn't hesitate to go back for an adult holiday!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Our favourite resort

This was our third stay at Sunspree. We love everything about it. The several small beaches allow a more relaxed visit and everything is close at hand. We particularly love the authenticity of the Jamaican cuisine. The staff were helpful and friendly. We will return for sure.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Time !!

We had a great time !! The staff was amazing such great service, the beach was beautiful they kept it so clean the the entertainment was great !!! The food was soo good even at the buffet. We are planning to go back soon

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Awesome resort

Beautiful setting, spacious and clean rooms, great variety in dining. Only negative dining event was the filet I had at the steak house. Friendly and efficient staff and they weren't pushy in trying to sell anything, be it services or retail.

Sandals Dunn's River: LUXURY ABOVE AND BEYOND

First off want to start off by saying a special thanks to our special travel agent Oneil Graham for booking us through trip central on this fabulous vacation. This resort is definitely beautiful and luxurious! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beach is amazing! Food was good. We especially loved the Japanese and the Platinum Restaurant. Our drinks were always full, always offering us fresh fruit while laying on the beach and a cold cloth just to keep you cool, you really helped to make our trip a memorable one!

Riu Palace Jamaica: Great vacation and already missing it

Few review points here: Property: very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious. We loved the fact that we don't have to fight for chairs on the beach or by the pool. Everything is close, so no running back and forth between room, beach, pool, restaurants. We did venture to the next door as well, but just for walks and Jerk chicken. All the a la carte restaurants are delicious, even the buffet was great (different themes for 3-4 nights per week). Even the 24 hour snack bar (Aqua bar) are fairly decent. Drink: I separated this item from food because I think it is worth mentioning. Drink selections are very good, you get premium drinks such as Martini's, premium rum (the $140/bottle one) , where we never got when travelled to DR last year. I am not a huge drinker, but they have a great variety of tasty cocktails Service: GREAT SERVICE... you always have drink/water in your hand. Staff are always greet you with a smile. I like it the room services are included 24/7. Beach: it is average beach as it is closed off. But the water is calm and warm, which was great for a late afternoon swim. Excursion: We went for a horse back riding tour...it was very interesting as it is not something we do here everyday, especially when we ride the horse and swim in the ocean. Overall it is a pleasant tour (guides are very nice). We also went for a shopping trip that cost US 25pp to go. This is the only thing I would not recommend. We went to 3 different designated gift shops which are all overpriced items. There is a mall across the road from hotel, which doesn't cost anything to walk over to check out.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Gorgeous resort, stunning beach, delicious food!

This hotel was fantastic! Staff was fun, the resort itself was beautiful, and it had a stunning beach as well! They played great Jamaican music throughout the days and the Jamaican food was authentic and delicious (the Jerk chicken hut was amazing)! The only constructive thing I'd include, is that it did take awhile to get a drink at the swim up bar - but we're also all on caribbean time when we're down there right?! ;)

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Trip of a Lifetime

I had an amazing time at this resort. Food was quite well and there was so many options! The only downside was it was hard to get Jerk Chicken, it was so good it would be gone sometimes if you waited too long. The staff was excellent, it was clean, and they were so friendly and helped whenever it was needed!

Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Very Very Basic Resort.

We already knew what to expect before we booked this hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was always clean, we had to ask for a few things but we always got what we asked for. Tipping goes a long way to show respect & appreciation. The staff was wonderful, Jennifer, Gary, Steve,Chris(the MC) Yocean, the waitess & the cook forgot his name. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand Bahia

I just love Grand Bahia it's the best one I stayed in Jamaica (my 4 trip to Jam.) I will definitely go back. The food is amazing, Lots of different kind to choose from. Their is something for everyone. The alla cart restaurant food/service is excellent.

Sandals Dunn's River: Amazing Resort !!!

Great resort, the best we have been to entertainment, rooms, meals and staff are fantastic cannot say enough about this resort .Cannot wait to go back. The trips are great went on the Jewel Dunn waterfall so much fun the tour guide was great. Lots to do or just relax by the pool and hang out with the funny entertaining staff at the pool bars.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Best staff ever!

My friend and I went for a relax and do nothing vacation and this exceeded our expectations. The resort was the perfect size - big enough to have a variety of pools, beach and restaurants but not too big. I have never been a big fan of the entertainment and activities at all inclusives but the Paradise Cove team pleasantly surprised me. They had entertaining trivia games and the evening entertainment was top notch. There was a band playing during dinner. After dinner entertainment included count [... read more]ry and western, a steel band, cirque du soleil group and a goat race! The biggest plus was the quality of the staff. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such a warm and welcoming staff. From the security guards to the gentleman cleaning around the pool, they were all so friendly and helpful.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: fantastic time at Sea Garden

I had a wonderful relaxing time at the Sea Garden Beach Resort in Montego Bay. Warm welcoming staff, good food, sun and surf. Special thanks to T-Rex for a great time. We were given first rate treatment and and can't wait to return in the near future.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: My vacation @ iberostar rose hall.

We stay @ the iberostar rose hall ..we had a wonderful time . The stafffs were very nice entertainment was good food was ok the hotel was very clean and well kept . Hotel was quiet I was told that it's time that we there was low season .i would recomend hotel. If ever ur thinking of going on a vacation chose iberostar rose hall.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: beautiful

big rooms, nice dining, the pool and the beach beautiful, the hotel is big whith a big service, everything is nice and beautiful in this hotel, the food was delicius, the room service was very handy for me, and the attention to the costumers.
