Occidental Punta Cana: Unforgettable Experience

We just came back from our wedding at the Occidental Punta Cana, we had the most amazing time with all our friends and relatives, the hotel is the perfect size, big but not so much that you could still walk back and forth to the beach and the lobby several times a day, many options for dining, although a little hard to book the restaurants but the buffet had so many choices and different things every day, the beach is amazing, well maintained, overall super happy to have chosen this hotel for ou [... read more]r big day!

Riu Republica: The best place been too.

The resort was amaizing. We had alot of fun. We enjoyed it. Definitely will return to Riu Republica for more adventure. Thank you Tripcentral for giving us a great price, with a big advise. Thank you Eva the travel agent. Who was wonderful and carrying all the way for us. Ofcourse most of the people will wright only positive experience with there vacation. But we will have to place a little of negative side. Sunwing did okay for us in the begging. But afterwords it turned around. The flight back [... read more] was not so great. Flight got delayed for over 12 hours. Had to stay in the resort. But. Sunwing fid pay for our extra day of vacation. But on the other side. When we have left to the airport from the resort. Our plane wasent in the airport. We had to wait for 5 more hours. Eventho. Once the plane have came at 5 in the morning. We had to sit in it for another hour in the heat. Whenever no conditioner was turnd on for our support of not getting over hot. The flight was not so good.. eventho. The trip was amaizing. I got 10/10 stars for Tripcentral and for Riu Republica Punta Cana. Thank you! Hopefully this review will help others. Or atleast someone will read it. Have a good day. And of you go to Riu. Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Amazing place to stay

I have just came back from the mejestic colonial resort in punta Cana and I can say that it was my first but most safe trip. As I was so scared about the stories that were told about a number of things when I reached there I felt like I was in a safe zone this resort is so family oriented and aswell as the club side. Food wise I’m a vegetarian and I can say breakfast and lunch was good but kind of the same thing everyday which was fine but dinner I did not like because all the dinner spots like the French restro and Japanese restro alll has only meat options and I didn’t like that I wish there was more of a option for vegetarians but overall I had an awesome stay and felt really safe with the area, staff , and my surroundings. 7.5/10

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Beautiful resort

The resort seemed new and was very clean. One of the better resorts I have been to in the Dominican. We stayed on the ground level but it was not too noisy. Would definitely be visiting again in the future.

The rooms were stunning but unfortunately they don’t tell you what your view is till you get there and we were facing the staff area so it was loud with trucks and yelling. I still had a great time the pool staff and the aquamarine lobby staff was very patient and nice except one bartender talked poorly of my boyfriend because he couldn’t speak Spanish but I understood and so did the Spanish couple beside me. If you w [... read more]ant to keep to yourself it’s a great resort great view and pool but don’t expect to be friends with the workers. Also the beach is not adults only so that was disappointing when you paid for an adults only resort. 3/5 stars

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Unforgettable

Al a carte restaurants were amazing, some of the best food I've ever had in my life. Very welcoming environment and great atmosphere. Buffet food was repetitive but the staff was very good at changing spices and creating traditional dishes according to the cuisine theme of the night. Overall a little crowed but that was expected because it is a HUGE resort. Again, my boyfriend and I had a great time, we will definitely be going back to the Aquamarine but we also really want to check out the Ambar!!!

Riu Republica: Great Travels

The hotel was amazing! and the staff was very friendly and offered spectacular service, I would definetly love to visit this resort again,it surpassed my expectations of a great vacation. Hope to travel back soon

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Amazing resort!

Very good service, comfortable rooms, excellent dinning, awesome ground, nice pools for kids and adults, shows for kids were absolutely funny, people are very kind and nice. The only thing was a bus delay going back to the airport and made us run to much, we did not have time for anything.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful Honeymoon

We had a wonderful 14 day honeymoon in a swim up suite. Great state, great coffee shop, wonderful food and atmosphere! Would return again! The managers and staff were so friendly and the rooms were modern and well cleaned. We loved every second of our stay. Thank you so much!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Awesome!

Could not be happier! The whole experience was exceptional! It was only a couple hundred dollars more expensive than Cuba. But would easily pay $1000 more knowing now just how much better Grand Bahia Principe is.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Above average resort

The grounds were kept in immaculate shape. Pool area clean. Buffet restaurant great staff, food above average, very clean. Customer service staff, hit and miss. WiFi difficult to connect to. Beach area very nice, but first time in 15 years that we have been going to this resort had a lot of seaweed. Resort is becoming restrictive as to how to move around to different locations. Not interested in recognizing repeat customers unless you book directly with them.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Resort look very nice

Services is bad thou. House keeping and restaurants service are slow. The golf cart drivers that take you from lobby to resturant are lazy. They saw you walking but they don't stop to offer a ride even the golf cart is empty. The Resort itself is very nice.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Horrible service and experience!!!

I'm here now at the Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana. I think this is the worst resort I have ever been to. Horrible service in the buffet restaurants. Food is never being replenished and if it is, you need to wait so long. Yesterday basically nothing was at breakfast I had to stand and wait for eggs, for the guy to make more pancakes and crepes. It was very frustrating. No waiter comes to your table to ask what you would like to drink. You have to wave someone down to finally get a drink and the [... read more]n wait at least 20 minutes until they finally show up with your drink. Housekeeping never swept my room or changed my cups. I had to ask for clean cups in my room and for more water and had to complain so someone can sweep. There is no train to bring you to the snack bar that is over 10-15 mins walk from the lobby at night. Supposedly the snack bar is 24 hours but the train isnt so how do we get there? We saw some young group of drunk girls. They came from the snack bar and could hardly walk and the reception told them that they will not drive them back to their resort which was at the Aquamarine. So the resort is not worried for any of the tourists safety. Overall I'm very disappointed. Yesterday I went out for dinner with my kids off the resort because we are tired of no selection of food and all the food always being empty!!! I hope the issue gets fixed fast because we would like to enjoy the remainder of our vacation on the resort instead of having to leave the resort to enjoy ( which we are doing again all day today) we got no reservations for the a la carte as they were all full. When I called guest services from my room they kept hanging up on me. Overall experience here is horrible and we will never return. Also, my whole family of 9 people all had upset stomachs throughout the trip and other travellers which tells me the water is not filtered or the food is no good.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Paradise

Literally the best resort we’ve been to! Such a pleasure. Staff was amazing, food was amazing, entertainment was amazing! The resort is new and clean and everything is well organized so we are extremely happy and will definitely return. No complaints at all! The only thing is we wish we could’ve stayed longer! 1 week here is not enough.

A few hiccups early in our stay... But then amazing as ever Great Hotel and great friendly people who bend over backwards to help! The beaches were super clean and great new bar hut at the beach ..Also a new bbq near pool and food on the beach Ty Judy

Riu Palace Bavaro: Fantastic Getaway

This Resort was amazing ,, beaches were gorgeous,, staff bend backward to make u feel like u are in a adream ..Food was above & beyond .. Activities were constant and very cheerful.. Would go back again no hesitations..

Occidental Caribe: Beautiful resort

We had a beautiful stay at the Occidental caribe the resort its self was amazing and very clean it was nice to see that the staff took pride in there jobs to make your stay comfortable an fun. The rooms were cleaned every day. An towels were supplied. I notice that there were security cameras every were I was very impressed an felt safe. I loved the French an Italian la carta . The buffet was a hit an miss but over all it was good . I recommend you eat at the pizza place it was amazing pizza they have other options there as well for food like burgers an hot dogs an another small buffet close to the pool. Plenty of places to get drinks you can also sit an relax in the lobby when you want to cool off . I was not to impressed with the shows but did like the Michael Jackson show. the grounds an the beach was amazing. Over all I give this resort a 4 out of 5 an would recommend this resort to my family and friends

Occidental Caribe: Super nice!

Very nice resort, well maintained. Our room didn’t look recently renovated, but was sufficiently spacious and clean. We paid a little extra for an ocean view, totally worth it! Pools are great, clean and heated. There is one just for kids, so preschoolers can have lots of fun. Beach: amazing. Out of 7 days, there were 2 where there seemed to be more algae, but it was quickly cleaned. The buffet is huuuge! There is a great variety of food, both Caribbean and international. The only improvement  [... read more]opportunity is the service at the main restaurant: the waiters don’t seem to be coordinated in any way, so sometimes it’s faster to get your drink yourself. Not a big deal, but I believe that with better planning, they would be able to offer better service.

Punta Cana Princess: Fantastic small and intimate resort

Grounds well kept and maintained. Everyone we met super friendly. Accomadations top floor partial Ocean view jacuzzi suite who could ask for better ! Food amazing well prepared and hot ! Nice touch of unlimeted ala carte no reservatons required ! Small resort friendly and intimate everything you want. Even Beach Vendors not too bad ( tolerable lol )

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Excellent resort.

The grounds was well manicure. Room was a 4*. Service was excellent and restaurant was ok. The best alacart was Italian and Japanese. Some improvements can be done in lobby washrooms. Staff was very goof and helpful.
