Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great trip!

This resort came recommended to me by two people. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly, our rooms were clean and bug free. The food was good as well. The beach was beautiful. The resort is small which is nice so you aren't walking forever to get from one place to another.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Amazing resort

Food was amazing, Japanese, Mexican and Brazilian... Yummy! beach was beautiful. The entertainers work so hard and did a great job. Popeye, chocolate were awesome! The room were perfect, nice and clean and great view of the pool. Drinks were delicious! We would go back anytime!

Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Iberostar Cozumel is amazing

Staff is wonderful, Food excellent, the grounds, pool and beach outstanding. The rooms could use some upgrades but they already started to do that. We have been going there since 10 Years and that stands for itself.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Relaxing Paradise

This was our second stay with this resort. It is truly a wonderful place to be. The staff treated us very well, the food is great, the buffet has more selections than I could sample in our time there. The beach is peaceful, lots of entertainment at night, we were very happy there and will return.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great spot

Beach was very nice, food was good, preferred the buffet to the restaurants. Pool area clean and well maintained. Rooms good, beds a bit uncomfortable. Staff vey nice. I would not recommend renting scooters at the resort. reserved 4, got 3 and one broke down halfway through the day.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Wonderful Vacation!

A gorgeous resort hotel, sister property to the Paraiso Beach (shared facilities available). A short transfer from the airport in air-conditioned comfort helped us get off to a great start to our vacation. Plenty of options to enjoy a quiet vacation (quiet pool is available), or more active fun (nice gym, included classes, etc.). Amazing buffet food and service--paleo friendly, for eg. Included ice cream and creperie at the shopping centre were appealing. We loved the food at the Brazilian Rodizio restaurant--the service, less so unfortunately (may be hit and miss). Room internet service was slow--likely better in the lobby. Room noise was noticeable at times, but not a problem for us--bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. The staff remain outstanding--very friendly, multilingual, and eager to help without any tipping expected--genuinely wonderful. This is our second time to Iberostar--we stayed at the Beach last year--and we would love to return next year, too!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: AWSOME EXPERIENCE!

Lovely beach. Very good food quality and variety . Clean, well maintained Resort. Staff will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Entertainment, professional shows, plenty of activities. Observation: More lawn chairs required, the only way to secure one, was to "drag" it with you from the beach to the pool and vice versa.

friendly staff, beautiful beach, fantastic room cleaning, great shows at night, helpful staff willing to make your stay the best possible vacation ever. Bartenders and waiters/waitresses are very friendly and pleasant.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Amazing trip!

Best trip of my life. What a beautiful wonderful resort. The people are so nice, The grounds are so well kept. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean. Food is absolutely delicious! Breakfast, lunch, dinner dessert to die for! I loved every second of my trip!

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Not like it use to be!!!

We arrived at the hotel at lunch time our rooms we not ready, so around 3 we went to see if they ready yet, and they were not. We waited until around 4, we went to our rooms to find out that we had two rooms, with double beds, we had requested one with a king size bed the other with double beds. When we tried to request the rooms we had booked, no one would help us they kept hanging the phone up on my husband. So we took all our luggage back to the lobby, we requested to speak to the manager whi [... read more]ch took an hour or so of asking, we also had to get our sunwing rep. involved, finally at 6:00 they said we could have the rooms we had requested. We were told when you book your trip you don't book a bed you book a room. This is crazy, we have been to this resort 5 times, years ago it was called The Royal Hideaway Ensenachos. I thought we would of been treated better, but it didn't seem to matter, also the manager did not speak English, as well as most of the staff at the front desk it was hard to get a straight answer from any of them. Also when going to the steak restaurant they ran out of steak. The best meal there was at the Japanese restaurant the cook was great and made the evening great. No toilet paper in lobby washrooms or at beach everyday they would run out and not replace it until the next morning. There was also no soap in the washrooms, my daughter asked at the front desk the morning we were leaving to come home for toilet paper for the washroom and they said they had none. This is not a very good way to run a hotel. Your guest should be treated better its just a simple request to have soap and paper when you need it.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: RELAXING YET FUN

Everything was great about this resort. Staff were very polite and friendly. The entertainment staff were excellent. Night shows were very well done. You could lie around the pool all day or keep busy following the activity schedule.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: A bit of heaven on earth

Our trip to iberostar lindo was more than we could ever had hoped for in an ideal resort vacation. The grounds were beyond expansive as well as the amenities. The staff, accommodations, and food fare were beyond what we could hope for a visit to paradise. The staffs friendliest and sincerity was felt. Our room, dining and entertainment areas, gym facilities, and beach area and grounds were, to say the least, spectacular. Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: A quality place in Cuba

Having been in Cayo Santa Maria at least half a dozen times I would rate Iberostar Ensenachos toward the upper end without the top end pricing. Gardens (the whole place is a garden ) are terrific , food very good and rooms spacious and comfortable. Our second time here and my previous objection that the main dining room is all indoors has been improved with a few outdoor tables now available. The beaches are very nice and because this is such a large resort in area (not in overall number of room [... read more]s) it never feels crowded. The Spa section means adults only with a quiet pool area . It is nearer the main buildings and the gym and spa and so is preferred if you are going without kids. Otherwise it can be a hike to your room although the electric carts are always about giving rides. We usually hire a driver to tour the towns on the mainland and a 2 peso ride on the open top double decker tourist bus gives you an idea of the Cayo and other hotels.

Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.)All was OK except dining which is an issue in Cuba re quality etc but which we were able to deal with.

Hotel Mojito: WOW Great Value

I read a lot of reviews and most are bang on. The service at this resort is excellent. The bar staff are all on the mature side and I think that helps. Food at a la cartes was good and presented well. Buffet was best I have had in Cuba and several items surprised me being tastier than expected. We tipped appropriately but didn't feel like it was a pressure or necessity . Swim up bar is too shady to sit at but still fun to visit for a cool drink. I would return in a heartbeat with Friends or Family.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Great Holiday

We just came back from a great week at the Ensenachos resort. Our room was huge,and very clean and tidy. The beaches were some of the best we have ever been to and the staff were very friendly. Flights and transfers were smooth and early.

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Better than expected

Why waste time and money with any other property? We have travelled a lot and been to many 4 and 5 stars. The food here was fantastic, service kind and experience amazing. It was close to playa central and we would definitely recommend it to anyone and return.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Only two complaints

Resort was exceptional We were given an upgrade to get into the building we wanted. Food was very good. Ocean and beach were beautiful. Pool was exceptional. Entertainment was mostly very good. Wildlife was wonderful Negative. Air Canada Vacations would not accept our $100prepaid card. Julie Renaud from Air Transat Vacations got it approved for us. Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Great Cuban resort.

Clean, friendly staff, decent food and a beautiful beach. We kiteboard and the resort was very accommodating to our needs including providing us with a hose to clean our gear at the end of our trip. We've been town other hotel on the same beach recently and the iberoatar was significantly nicer.
