Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: The Best Resort Ever!!!

This resort was absolutely amazing. From the food, to the pools, to the activities for kids. I have stayed at many resorts and by far this was the best value for your money. I traveled with my 5 year old grandson and there was so much for him to participate in that he was never bored. Truly amazing experience.

Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort: Amazing resort!!

We had an amazing week at this resort, I can't say enough about the service and food and how clean the resort is. The manager Ricardo goes above and beyond making everything perfect, from getting us ocean view rooms over looking one of their pools. The only downfall was the all the seaweed on the beach, which is really not the resorts fault. It seems to be an issue all over the coast this year.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico: Amazing resort!

Hotel is kept miraculous! Fabulous, super friendly staff everywhere, no exceptions! Gorgeous hotel, grounds, pools and ocean. Beach is quite small but very well kept . Variety and quality of food is 5 star!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Fabulous place

The hotel is great and the grounds are quite large. The beach setting with the mature palms makes you feel as if you are in paradise. The standard rooms are well equipped and clean. I would air out your room and leave the sliding door ajar with the fan running. The restaurants, and many to choose from had no issues. The pools are quite large and great for all the guests. Walking throughout resort was made easy due to a barrier free ground level and elevator. The only item I wish they could addre [... read more]ss is the access into the ocean. A pathway cleared of rocks and marked for a safe entry and exit into the ocean for newbie's.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort with outstanding service

It was our second time returning to this fantastic resort. This is a large resort but we found the walking to be good. Probably one of the nicest pools we've been to with 2 swim up bars. There's also a quieter pool nearby and the lazy river. The service is outstanding and the staff are friendly and always eager to help in any way possible. The grounds and buildings are impeccable. The restaurants are fantastic. All the food is top notch. The only downside was the beach was not nearly as nice  [... read more]as the last time we visited. The whole area seems to be have issues with seaweed washing up which does not make it enjoyable to walk along the shoreline or get in the ocean. Of course this is totally not the resorts fault. They do try to clean it up, but it's next to impossible. Otherwise this is a resort that I would highly recommend.

Riu Playacar: Super beau Resort

Le resort est petit et très facile d'accès. Très facile d'accès pour les gens a mobilité réduite et les familles.... L'environnement est très propre, acceuillant. Le personnel est toujours souriant et tu as autant de service si tu donne du pourboire ou pas... La nourriture a une grande variété et est délicieuse, en 10 jours je n'ai rien manger de pas bon, pas frais ou redondant.. C'est vraiment un endoit magnifique

Catalonia Royal Tulum: Good resort

The grounds were excellent, the a la cartel very good/ the buffets average/ The rooms very good and clean. The beach was not very good ..the sand is white but significant seaweed / not their fault but a strong negative if you like beach Not a fan of the exclusive and privilege levels at a small resort

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing spot!

I loved the resort. Staff very friendly, lots of things to do, the only thing I do not like is the people that bug you every time you walk by them to buy time shares, we were even warned about theses people by the west jet employees not to bother with them! And unfortunately the beach was covered with seaweed, after the 3rd day but was a beautiful for the 1st few days! Can’t argue with Mother Nature!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Spectacular Resort

We we a group of 8 ladies and we were all pleased with the service, the food, the accommodations, and the above and beyond impeccable over all experience. Our only complaint was that the beach was quite stinky with seaweed from a storm.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Friendly and amazing

This is our second visit to Grand Bahia Principe Coba..the resort was just as friendly and accommodating as I remember. The food in the a la carte restaurants were fabulous. The buffets were surprisingly better than what I remembered! Rooms were incredibly clean. My only disappointment this year was the beach, we had about 3 days of good swimming then the seaweed invaded the entire shoreline. This resort also has sooo much to do, a casino, lots of shopping, and nightlife.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Barcello Resort in Rivera Maya, Mexico

The staff members that help make this trip so enjoyable and service was above the others were Leticia, Nawel Bouteraa, Guillermo Lobato, Demetrio Chi and at the Buffet tropical in Maya tropical was Edilberto Roberto.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very nice resort

Place was beautiful kept very clean. Food was average lots to choose from some thing for everyone . Our favorite worker was gab ! Such a friendly guy and awesome dancer ..would love to go back one day :)

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Enjoyable Family Vacation

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda is a rather nice resort. We found the rooms as spacious and clean. The à la carte restaurants were plentiful and food (for the most part) was excellent. Buffets were repetitive - which most are! They struggle to understand/accommodate allergies ie. celiac. The grounds were very clean, lush and lots of wildlife (ie. Coati, Capybara, deer). We enjoyed our visit, however had a few disappointments. A lot of young immature "adults" who partied (obnoxiously) all day and night, with no break! The beach was the worst I've ever seen, large piles of rotten/smelly seaweed covered the shoreline and water, water was very murky with rocky bottom. If the beach is not an important part for you, you should be happy with this resort!

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Extraordinary resort

This resort is amazing. Has wide option of food selection. Sushi, brazillian grill, mexican cuisine, western fusion and if you.can find anything. There always a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is very friendly and always there to assist with any needs. The room service was great. Room are kept very clean, new towels everyday. Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Great getaway

The resort was beautiful and clean. We upgraded to a junior suite ocean view and it was worth every dollar. Panama Jack was within walking distance to 5th ave (shopping district). You will always find something to do. Great food and great service! Overall it was amazing ! Thank you!

Grand Sunset Princess: Such a beautiful resort

Everything was great, from the staff, to the food, to the service, the pools. I had such a blast and will definitely go back to that resort again. Their is so much to do and so much to see that only going once isn’t enough.

This was our second time to the Grand Sunset Princess! This time we stayed in the platinum rooms, which are definitely worth the price! We loved having our own concierge and private pool if we wanted a quiet day by the pool. The staff everywhere across the resort are super friendly and always willing to help. The resort is very clean and the food is pretty decent, although I will say it has decreased in quality since we last visited in 2015. The pools were numerous and there were choices between party pools and quiet pools, but the ocean shore and first 30-40' of water was full of seaweed and smelled awful most days; we didn't even have a chance to swim in it.We had a couple issues with our room (the toilet broke about 4 times during our 2 week stay, and the AC was broken one day), but overall we would still recommend this resort to anyone wanting a great experience in the Riviera Maya!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Awesome Vacation Resort

Barcello Colonial Beach Resort was excellent. Rooms were air conditioned, grounds were lush and green, pool was amazing and the food was good. Beach was lovely even though seaweed washed ashore daily.... no big deal. It was sunny and hot for our 7 days with a lovely breeze coming in off the ocean. Loved the fact that the pool and beach were next to each other. Would go again for sure!

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Azul 5 Cancún Mexico

Fabulous place! Not a complaint with the exception of booking a la cartes. Too much time spent waiting to reserve tables. Most is booked by members so you are wasting your time trying to book a restaurant. Simply arrive and wait to be seated. It was frustrating to see how much space was available for sitting and how few reservations were allowed.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Spot

This was my second time at the Bahia Principe Coba and I wasn’t disappointed. Great weather and even better staff. We always feel welcome when we go. Great place to take your family. Only issue we had was the air conditioning didn’t work in two of our rooms and they couldn’t fix it. It took them 3 days to finally move us to a new room.
